SUPPLIES

STAMPS: Winter Iris
DIES: Winter Iris, Weave-A-Basket Die, Hold that Thought Die, Into the Blooms: Bold Berries

CARDSTOCK: Stampers’ Select White, Classic Kraft, Dark Chocolate, Soft Stone, Plum Pudding, Ripe Avocado

INK: Encore Metallic Silver, Winter Wysteria, Plum Pudding

OTHERS: White Gelly Roll Pen, Foam Tabs, Watercolor Paint, Copic Sketch Markers, Distress Oxide Ink: Milled Lavender , Bee Creative Precision Glue, Gem Sticker Rhinestones

  • Use a gray ink like Encore Metallic Silver instead of black to stamp the florals. It makes the outlining less prominent on the floral blossoms.
  • Consider die cutting the leaves versus stamping and diecutting to keep the leaves less prominent. Use a blending brush to add color for a softer look.
  • Use a blender brush to apply light color to the iris florals for a light a soft color.
  • Use the Weave-A-Basket Die and brown cardstock colors to make a fall/winter-themed basket of flowers. Die cut the grassy die using Soft Stone for a natural “dried moss” look.
  • Use the stems from the Into the Blooms: Bold Berries as “sticks” to add to the bouquet. Pearl Pen or other liquid pearl products are a quick and easy way to add tiny berries to stems.
