Hello, fellow cardmakers and crafters!!
Bobbi’s project is a celebration of fall in all its richness. 🍂 She layered bold red and earthy kraft leaves with beautifully shaded acorns, then added pops of berries to bring the whole design to life. The coordinating tag and card make such a thoughtful pair, ready for gifting or sending with love.

With dies that add dimension and detail so effortlessly, you’ll find yourself reaching for them again and again to create cards and tags that feel as heartfelt as the words inside.
Bobbi says, “I enjoy fall, but I don’t always love fall colors. I am a gal who loves her bright, saturated colors so combining fall stamps and dies with brighter colors just makes me happy! Two colors I have always loved together is brown, a traditional fall color, paired with pink. Check out the card I made below and the bonus tag, too!”
Step 1: To create this A7-sized card, cut the card base 10″ wide X 7″ tall from the Stamper’s Select White cardstock, score down the middle and set it aside.
Die cut from Stamper’s Select White cardstock, the acorns and berries. Color the images using Copic Sketch Markers in the following colors:
Acorns: E59, E57, E55, E53
Berries: R89, R85, R81, R22
Die cut the large and small leaves from rose-colored and kraft (2 sets) cardstock. Blend Aged Mahogany ink around the edges of the rose and and one set of the kraft cardstock.
Die cut the berry stems from kraft cardstock. Blend Ground Espresso Distress Oxide Ink to darken the stems.
Splatter brown and raspberry watercolor ink and white ink over the die cuts.
Step 2: Cut a 5″ X 7″ card front from white cardstock. Die cut the front panel using the Cover Plate: Handmade Quilt Die. Turn the die cut over and lightly blend pink ink over the stitches on the back side to make the raised edges stand out.
Step 3: Attach the acorns to the card front panel. Use foam tabs for the left and center acorns and adhesive for the right side acorn.
Step 4: Attach the leaves around the acorns.
Step 5: Attach the berry stems around the acorns. Attach the berries to the stems. Use a Gelly Roll pen in white to add highlights on the berries.
Step 6: Stamp, die cut and attach the “Thankful” sentiment above the acorns. Using a Copic Sketch E59 Marker, add faux stitches around the perimeter of the card front panel. Splatter more white and brown ink over the card as desired.
