HOT FOIL PLATE: Well Traveled 

INK: Pale Peony, Hibiscus Burst

CARDSTOCK: Pale Peony, Hawaiian Shores, Fine Linen, Cocoa Bean, True Black, Vintage Cream

OTHER: Peacock Feathers Distress Ink, Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Ink, Spellbinders Matte Gold Glimmer Foil, White Gel Pen, Matte Gold Cardstock, Glossy Accents

TIPS: 

  • Use Glossy Accents on the sunglasses to create a glass-like effect.
  • Use metallic cardstock to mimic real metal accessories, such as the zipper toggle, suitcase handle & wheels.
  • Die-cut the hat from colorful colors of cardstock & fussy cut to create the multi-colored stripes.

INK: Distress Oxides in: Walnut Stains, Vintage Photo, Lumberjack Plaid, Scattered Straw

CARDSTOCK:  White Craft, Pattern Paper, Dark Indigo

OTHER: Old Map, Sizzix Embossing Folder Leather, Sewing Machine, Old Stamps

TIPS: 

  • Double  your die cut by cutting it diagonally and stagger the halves when adhering to the card front.
  • Emboss your suitcase die cut with the leather folder, then ink the raised parts for a more realistic textured look.
  • Use old stamps as ephemera for a vintage look.

HOT FOIL PLATE: Well Traveled

INK: Distress Oxides in: Walnut Stains, Lumberjack Plaid

CARDSTOCK:  Stamper’s Select White, Classic Kraft, Pure Poppy, Vellum, Watercolor

OTHER: Pure Poppy Twine, Button, Watercolors

TIPS: 

  • You can use the hot foil plate as a letter press on watercolor paper by inking the raised parts, layering a rubber embossing mat when passing it through your die cut machine.
  • Turn any shape die cut into a tag by punching a hole and threading ribbon or twine through it.
