This week’s Project Inspiration is strawberry-sweet perfection — bright, cheerful, and full of handmade joy. As the seasons shift, there’s nothing sweeter than rediscovering favorite supplies — and this strawberry-themed card is bursting with sunshine and charm! Kelly shares her annual tradition of crafting with strawberries, pairing fresh colors, layered florals, and playful die cuts to celebrate the start of a new season. Follow along step-by-step and create your own sweet slice of summer!
Before we get started, let’s hear from Kelly..
“It’s always exciting as one season changes to another, and as card makers, that means pulling out stamps and dies we may not have used for a while! Every year I make some type of strawberry card, and I just adore the combination of supplies I used to bring today’s card to life! Follow along with me step-by-step as we make this sweet-as-can-be strawberry card!“

STEP 1:
Use the Watercolor Plaid Stencil Collection with Pure Poppy ink to create the background panel. Trim it to measure 4” x 3 1/4 inches, use a corner rounder punch to round the corners, and then adhere it to a top folding white card base using foam square.
