Featured Products:
Build-A-Party Hat
Reflections: John 1 stamps and dies
Melissa’s Featured Card

Tips
- Create custom tags for birthday packaging or wrap by using the Love to Layer: Scalloped Ovals and the smaller Build-A-Party Hat dies.
- Add patterns to your tags or cards by selecting a stencil and creating a tone-on-tone look by stenciling in one shade darker than your base layer. I’ve stenciled my Mint Julep tag using Hawaiian Shores ink and the Playful Dots Stencil Collection.
Supplies Used
STAMPS: This is Big Sentiments: Birthday
INK: Pinefeather, Melon Berry, Summer Sunrise, Simply Chartreuse, Berry Sorbet, Hawaiian Shores
PAPER: Stamper’s Select White, Mint Julep, Lemon Tart, Fine Linen
DIES: Build-A-Party Hat, Love to Layer: Scalloped Ovals
STENCIL: Playful Dots Stencil Collection
OTHER: patterned paper, Fossilized Amber Distress Sprtiz, assorted trim, button, thread, adhesive pearls, Crystal Stickles glitter

Tips
- The Build-A-Party Hat dies are perfect for using with assorted elements such as patterned paper, vellum, cardstock, cardboard, and felt.
- To add dimension to your party hat details, bend ends upward just as I’ve done here with the fringe across the bottom of the party hat and the flower petals.

Betty’s Featured Card

Tips
- Cut into various patterns of pattern papers with cover plate dies to create interest.
- Add additional details to die cuts with Copic Markers.
Supplies Used
Stencil: Script Background Stencil Collection

Tips
- Ink blend a panel of card stock before cutting.
- Do not be afraid to try to do a direct-to-paper technique to get ink saturation and blending easily
- When making a shaker, sometimes the detailed frame and sentiment are enough. This frame is perfect for a shaker!
- Here, I blocked off the corners and added shaker elements to the middle part.
- It is easy to add different shaker elements in each corner.
Supplies Used
Stamps: Reflections: January stamp set
Dies: Reflections: January die
Ink: Harvest Gold, Autumn Rose, Raspberry Fizz, black
Paper: white
Other: pattern paper, sequins
