Welcome to our the final day of the February Countdown. Here at Papertrey Ink we love to bring you tons of variety. If you like more simple designs or something a little more challenging, we have you covered. Each of our newly released products can be used in so many different ways to fit your particular style, we are excited to show you how they come to life!
Hi, it’s Melissa, and I’m so thrilled to share our new products with you. We absolutely love bringing you the most amazing images made from the highest quality materials for you to add to your creative toolkit. I’m going to show you what I created with these wonderful products and then we’ll show you what the other designers made. I’ve used the beautiful, new He Is Risen dies, the Spectacular Spiral die, Thoughts of Easter Sentiments stamps and dies, and Beautiful Branches Hot Foil Plate on my cards today. What very special products they are!
He Is Risen is a die set centered on the meaning and beauty of Easter…that He lives again! The cross in this set has an embossed woodgrain effect which makes creating with it full of even more character and charm. I sponged Honey Nut ink over my die cut cross and then stamped it with the Weathered Wood Background Stamp in Prairie Grass ink.
My cross is layered over my card base which has a gorgeous, layered intricate pattern cut out of it using the new Spectacular Spiral die. What a wonderful way to add dimension, detail, and beauty to your card! I added flowers from the He Is Risen die set and added them across the front of my cross. I adore these tiny, sweet flowers…I will be using them on many of my future cards for sure!
Lastly, I stamped a double sentiment using the Thoughts of Easter Sentiments stamp set, adding in a die cut sentiment as well…don’t you love that many of these sentiments have coordinating dies? This allows you to layer them over elements and really add extra dimension and depth.

I hot foiled my branches in pink foil across the bottom of a block of patterned paper.
