Welcome to Day 2 of the January Countdown. Here at Papertrey Ink we love to bring you tons of variety. If you like more simple designs or something a little more challenging, we have you covered. Each of our newly released products can be used in so many different ways to fit your particular style, we are excited to show you how they come to life!
Hi, it’s Melissa, and I’m so thrilled to share our new products with you. We absolutely love bringing you the most amazing images made from the highest quality materials for you to add to your creative toolkit. I’m going to show you what I created with these wonderful products and then we’ll show you what the other designers made. Today’s projects use the darling, new Beautiful Bows and Perfect Presents Stencils, the Perfect Presents dies, the Birthday Your Way II stamps and dies, and the delightful, new, Wrap-it Ribbon dies. Let’s jump right into the projects!
I created a birthday tag for my first project, using the Psalm Reflections: December die for my tag base and then layering on a gift box created using the sweet, Perfect Presents dies. I die cut my present from Lemon Tart cardstock and then used Summer Sunrise ink and the new Perfect Presents Stencils to create an irresistible check pattern across the front of my gift. At the top of my present, I used the new Beautiful Bows Stencils to create the cutest package topper using Raspberry Fizz ink.
The Perfect Presents dies come with everything you need to create a dimensional gift that fits perfectly across the front of your card or tag. You’ll find ribbon dies and a box top too. This set coordinates perfectly with our Perfect Presents Stencils, which can create a variety of different patterns to add personality to your packages. You’ll find stripes, dots, checks, and more! The Beautiful Bows Stencils also coordinate perfectly with these products and inside this collection you’ll find the sweetest, most creative variety of bow stencils you’ve ever seen. Create bows in an instant and love the results with this adorable set of stencils.
I embellished my tag using a stamped and die cut sentiment from the new Birthday Your Way II stamp set and coordinating dies. I am in love with all of the creative ways to wish someone a happy birthday using these new products…you’ll love them too! The tiny tag at the top of my package comes in the Perfect Presents dies and is stamped with a sentiment from the Tiers of Cheer: Valentine stamp set. I added in a few Fanciful Flourishes to embellish the front of my package. I’ve used my favorite Hibiscus Burst Moonshine Sequins to add shimmer and you can find those in the Papertrey Ink store as well.

I’ve used the same elements and supplies on this project, but created a card out of the Perfect Presents Stencils, dies, and Beautiful Bows Stencils. I love this fresh, color combo of Lilac Grace, Summer Sunrise, and a bit of Green Parakeet. I used the vertical stripe Perfect Presents stencil on my package, stenciling with some opaque paste to add dimension. I embellished the front of my package using a tiny flower, cut using the new, Into the Blooms: Daisies die.
The Beautiful Bow stenciled at the top is so sweet, isn’t it? I can see so many uses for these stencils and will be using them on lots of future projects. Across the bottom of my gift is a different sentiment from the Birthday Your Way II set, and behind my gift, I have layered two Psalm Reflections: December dies. I stenciled my card base using the gorgeous, Elegant Edges: Floral Swirl die…such a fun way to use our Elegant Edges dies.

Kelly has used our darling, new Wrap-It Ribbon dies and the Birthday Your Way II stamps and dies on this beautiful card of hers! Her Winter Wisteria Bitty Big background looks stunning topped with a Wrap-It Ribbon die cut from the same color of cardstock, don’t you think?
Wrap-It Ribbon was designed to help you create cards and tags that look just like mini gifts…such a fun idea, and they come together in minutes! There are several different bows to choose from, each different from the other, and some with added dimension. All that’s left for you is to add your sentiment and whatever embellishments you’d like, such as flowers as Kelly has done here. She’s combined flowers from our Into the Blooms: Wreath die set with a few from our new Into the Blooms: Daisies. So cute!
