If you like more simple designs or something a little more challenging, we have you covered. Each of our newly released products can be used in so many different ways to fit your particular style, we are excited to show you how they come to life!
Hi, it’s Melissa, and I’m so thrilled to share our new products with you. We absolutely love bringing you the most amazing images made from the highest quality materials for you to add to your creative toolkit. I’m going to show you what I created with these wonderful products and then we’ll show you what the other designers made. I’ve used the funnest and most creative new Cover Plate on my first card for you today. It’s called Cover Plate: Beautiful Quilt! Let’s dive right in!
The Cover Plate: Beautiful Quilt can be used in a variety of creative ways. If you picture it as indeed, a quilt, you can fill in the empty triangles with colored triangles that create a fun pattern, such as the heart I created with my Cover Plate.
I die cut my Cover Plate: Beautiful Quilt from white cardstock and saved the individual triangles that were cut from the die. I sponged Berry Sorbet ink over 14 of these tiny triangles and fit them into the quilt to create my heart. I then sponged others with Aqua Mist, Summer Sunrise, and more Berry Sorbet ink and scattered these pieces over my surface area.
I stamped my sentiment on a die cut Just Tags using a sentiment from the With All My Heart stamp set. I then added flourishes and swirls to create motion, also from With All My Heart. I love how these sets work so perfectly together. What will you create with your Beautiful Quilt?

TIPS:
- Use the negative quilt pattern cut outs and adhere to background using adhesive sheet.
- Splatter gray ink over Soft Stone paper for added visual interest.
- Cut out two sentiment dies for more dimension.
TIPS:
- Stamp tone on tone ink to paper prior to cutting the cover plate for a subtle hint of texture.
- Add sequins in groups of 3 for a touch of sparkle.
We’ve saved perhaps one of the most beautiful, new set of products for last. Introducing the Extravagant Floral Frames dies. This die set comes with two different floral frames. I’ve used the larger of the two on my card. The smaller die is about half the size of the larger.
I sponged ink over my surface area as well as using my Copics to add color. Aren’t the swirls, vines, and flowers intricate and beautiful? Such a perfect concept for wedding invitations and anniversary cards. I used the center portion of the frame to build and sandwich other beautiful dies such as the Iconic Christmas, Love to Layer: Ovals, and Love to Layer: Charming Brackets dies.
My sentiment is from the With All My Heart stamp set and is surrounded by die cut flowers from the Into the Blooms: Wreath die set and my stamped flowers are from the sweet, new You Are Loved stamp set. So many lovely florals this month. Do you have a favorite?
