Welcome to our Day 3 of the October Countdown.  Here at Papertrey Ink we love to bring you tons of variety.  If you like more simple designs or something a little more challenging, we have you covered.  Each of our newly released products can be used in so many different ways to fit your particular style, we are excited to show you how they come to life!

Hi, it’s Melissa, and I’m so thrilled to share our new products with you.  We absolutely love bringing you the most amazing images made from the highest quality materials for you to add to your creative toolkit.  I’m going to show you what I created with these wonderful products and then we’ll show you what the other designers made.  The card below was created using our Peace on Earth Hot Foil Plate, Mega Merry Christmas die, and Starry Delight dies.

I love the beautiful, serene scene on our new Peace on Earth Hot Foil Plate.  It features a lovely, winter village across the bottom, complete with snowdrifts, houses, and trees.  Falling from the top of the hot foil plate are soft snowflakes…it’s truly magical.  I hot foiled my scene on white cardstock using silver foil, and then sponged pastel ink over the snowflakes in three different colors.

The Starry Delight dies are brilliant and certainly unique!  You’ll find a variety of different stars that are perfect for not only Christmas, but throughout the year as well.  I layered two of the medium-size stars together to highlight underneath my sentiment and then added a few of the tiny stars around the outer edges of my card.  These stars easily cut from glitter cardstock and look so beautiful!

My Mega Merry Christmas die was added the the center of my card and was accented with a secondary sentiment from the new Christmas Your Way stamp set.  It was heat embossed across the bottom of my die cut vellum bracket.  To add a little color to my Mega Merry Christmas, I sponged ink over the bottom portion.  This was such a fun card to create.

SUPPLY LIST:

STAMPS: Christmas Your Way

I’ve used the beautiful Ornament Opulence stamps and dies as well as the Merry Christmas Sentiments stamp set and dies on my next card.  Oh, how I love these products!  I have been wishing for a lovely ornament set for the holidays and this set is absolute perfection.

You’ll find a variety of different designs to create your ornaments with.  The designs are intricate and detailed and look so beautiful heat embossed in silver, gold, and white.  The possibilities are truly endless!  I die cut my ornament from Kraft cardstock and heat embossed the snowflake design in gold embossing powder.  You’ll also find pine boughs, snowflakes, and a tiny bow and bell.

I used the circular tags from the tag kit in the September Surprise Box and then layered on my pine boughs and ornament.  I embellished with a Candy Cane Classics and then die cut and stamped my Merry Christmas Sentiments.  I love that this stamp set comes with coordinating dies!
