Welcome to our Day 2 of the October Countdown. Here at Papertrey Ink we love to bring you tons of variety. If you like more simple designs or something a little more challenging, we have you covered. Each of our newly released products can be used in so many different ways to fit your particular style, we are excited to show you how they come to life!
Hi, it’s Melissa, and I’m so excited to share our new products with you. We absolutely love bringing you the most amazing images made from the highest quality materials for you to add to your creative toolkit. I’m going to show you what I created with these wonderful products and then we’ll show you what the other designers made. The card below was created using our Christmas in Frames stamp set and dies.

Our new Christmas in Frames stamp set is so unique and truly one-of-a-kind. It’s similar to a comic strip where each frame creates a picture which leads to the next, finishing up with a grand finale!

You’ll love creating your scenes in each adorable frame, picking and choosing stamps, dies, and images you’d like to use to build your story. Snowballs, trees, falling snow, a snowman-in-progress, etc. I love the snowdrifts you can add to each frame along with the 4-tiered trees you can layer and create dimension with.

My favorite part of the new Christmas in Frames stamps and dies is the text bubble where you can add your sentiment, coming directly from your finished snowman. As you’ll see from the other designers, the possibilities are endless with this creative, new collection of products!
Supply List:

I’ve used the sweet, new Candy Cane Classics dies and Into the Blooms: Holly dies. I absolutely adore these brilliant, new products! These are classic and timeless and must haves in your holiday stash.

You’ll love these multi-step candy canes. They come in two different sizes ready to mix and match on your Christmas cards. I used the smaller of the candy canes and after die cutting both layers from white cardstock, sponged Pure Poppy and Scarlet Jewel over the bottom layer. I then spritzed them with water and layered them underneath my top layer.

I adore the gorgeous bow that comes in the Candy Cane Classics die collection. I die cut mine twice, once from white cardstock and the second time from white glitter cardstock and then layered them together. My candy canes are layered over the new Fancy Snowflake Frame, which is layered over a Love to Layer: Delightful Brackets which was die cut from Aqua Mist cardstock.

Lastly, I added in some holly and berries, die cut using the new Into the Blooms: Holly dies. I sponged ink over the surface areas, added water, and assembled them on my card. I LOVE them! My sentiment comes from the new Christmas Your Way stamp set and dies, which is another delightful must-have!

TIPS:
- The holly leaves have a slit down the center. I inserted a small piece of cardstock to mask off one half of the leaf and blended ink onto the other half with a blending brush.
- Add detail to the embossed lines with colored pencils.
- Layer shaped dies to draw the eye to your focal point.
