It’s our final day of the April Countdown and we are so grateful you have come along on this fun journey with us this month. Haven’t the products been amazing? We’re not done yet and have a couple more tricks up our sleeve today. You’re. in for a lovely treat. Introducing the new Easy Bouquet stamp set and dies and Cornered: Baroque dies.

I am absolutely in love with our new Easy Bouquet stamp set. This lovely set gives you lots of options as to how you’d like to color it. Choose from colored pencils, ink blending, heat embossing, Copics, etc. I heat embossed mine using white embossing powder and then added color using my watercolor markers. I love how the blooms turned out!

In the corners I’ve used the stunning, new Cornered: Baroque dies, layering them over Lemon Tart cardstock. Don’t the delicate details look gorgeous shining through the white layer? These specific corner dies are my newest favorites. Their details add so much to your cards very easily and quickly.

I have mentioned before just how much I love the new Love to Layer: Delightful Brackets dies. I’ve used them on this card, using the largest die in the background, cut from vellum. The second largest die was used in the center and was cut from white cardstock, and the smallest die was turned on its side to contain the sentiment. The sentiments in the Easy Bouquet stamp set are so sweet and thoughtful. They’re just basic enough to be used for many occasions, but special enough to hold lots of meaning. These new products have my heart!

Our final group of projects, on this, our last day of the April Countdown, are the new Cover Plate: Exquisite die and Just Sentiments: In Motion stamp set. They are beautiful and add so much character and charm to your cards. Melody’s got a gorgeous project to share with you today, highlighting these special new products.

Melody’s card uses the lovely Cover Plate: Exquisite die in the background. It is detailed and full of intricate designs to add depth and texture behind your focal point. I love how she cut it from Olive Twist cardstock and layered it over white, allowing those details to really pop!

The sentiments Melody has chosen for her sentiments from the Just Sentiments: In Motion pair so perfectly together. This new mini set is all about movement and encouragement in some shape or form. Perfect for masculine cards but also cards of encouragement. A must-have set for sure! She’s used the new Love to Layer: Delightful Brackets dies to frame in her sentiment.

And last but certainly not least, Melody has used our gorgeous Into the Blooms: Blossoming Beauties dies to create lovely florals to add frilly flair to her sweet card. These blooms pack a beautiful, powerful punch and add so much color and pop to your cards.
Supplies Used:
STAMPS: Just Sentiments: In Motion
DIES: Cover Plate: Exquisite, Into the Blooms: Blossoming Beauties, Love to Layer: Delightful Brackets, Border Bling: Skinny Diagonal
INK: Olive Twist, Plum Pudding, Winter Wisteria
PAPER: Stamper’s Select White, Olive Twist, Plum Pudding, Winter Wisteria

TIPS:
- Use the awesome sentiments to encourage someone! This one fits perfectly with the Wild Blooms stencil.

TIPS:
- To make the cover die more masculine, cut it from kraft paper and layer it over some blended blues and greens.
- Take a cue from the sentiment and add star embellishments.
- Sponge the edges of the “ripped” die border to give it more definition.

TIPS:
- Use more vivid colors behind the cover plate die to make the pattern pop.
- Vary the colors in your florals then splatter with water to add visual interest.
- Add dew drop embellishments to mimic dew on roses in real life.

TIPS:
- Look at Cover Plate Dies to see how you can layer them together or inlay to make different shapes.
- Stack die-cut sentiments for depth and dimension…slightly offset shadow layer to make it stand out even more.
- Add ink to the edges of die-cuts (as I did to the Ripped Banner Die) to make it more cohesive with the background.
