It’s our final day of the Papertrey Ink December Countdown and today is full of such pretty, pretty products and versatile, new goodies for your craft stash. Introducing the new Happy Hearts Stencil Collection and Lots of Hugs stamp set and dies. Let’s jump right in!

I am smitten with the new Happy Hearts Stencil Collection. It is a delightful two-step stencil set that allows you to create multi-colored hearts. Our designers have really used these in such fun ways…just wait until you see! I used Lovely Lady and Autumn Rose ink to create my background using these stencils. After stenciling, I ran my block of cardstock through my die cut machine using the Border Bling: Skinny Embossed Frames.

I used the Show Your Stripes Stencils to created contrasting stripes across the bottom of my card and then started layering on the different elements. I began with the Love to Layer: Hearts, die cutting the largest die from Sweet Blush cardstock and the next layer from white cardstock. I stamped the first part of my sentiment from the Lots of Hugs stamp set in Scarlet Jewel in the upper right corner of the heart, followed by die cut “hugs”.

Every heart needs flowers to compliment it, so I added in blooms from the new Vase Collection 14, heat embossing in white over Autumn Rose cardstock. I then added blooms from the Flourishing Florals stamp set. I added gold leaves, cut using the Into the Blooms: Dahlia dies and a tiny bow, cut using the Bows Galore die.

Next up today is a gorgeous new Hot Foil Plate for you called Mercury Glass. It is a stunner! We also have the new Vase Collection 14 and Inside Greetings: Celebration. You’ll love these fabulous, new products!

I began with the new Mercury Glass Hot Foil Plate, using Sweet Blush cardstock topped with pink foil. I ran this block through my die cut machine using the Border Bling: Skinny Embossed Frames die. I then layered on a die cut Love to Layer: Torn Edges die, cut from white cardstock.

Next came a Cover Plate: Elegance die cut, followed by a vellum circle, die cut using the Love to Layer: Scalloped Circles. You know I love my layers! I then added my sweet Vase Collection 14 images. I just love this container…it resembles Mercury Glass too, don’t you think? I stamped in Lovely Lady and Autumn Rose.

The Vase Collection 14 comes with these beautiful flowers that you can add as filler and a darling strip of burlap you can add across the front of your vase. I die cut my blooms twice, stamping them once in Scarlet Jewel and once in Bright Buttercup. I stamped my sentiment from the new Inside Greetings: Celebration on a die cut Charming Tags 1.
