Hi everybody, welcome to our next episode of The Great Cover-Up!
Let’s get started!
I love the new “Into the Blooms: Tulips” die set! It makes creating realistic tulips so easy. Yellow tulips are my absolute favorite. When they pop up in our front garden, they can make me happy…even when the spring skies are still gray!
To create my card, I shaded my tulips using two different yellows inks. I added some soft gray in the background by stamping the cut-out shapes from the “Cover Plate: Decorative Circles” with the gingham circle from “Pattern Play.” Afterward, I placed the shapes back in like puzzle pieces! As a little bouquet filler, I added the small flowers from “Mason Jar Accessories” by die-cutting from white cardstock, then just stamping the center image in yellow. This sentiment from “Just Sentiments: Quotes” is perfect for my springtime encouragement card!
STAMPS: Just Sentiments: Quotes, Pattern Play, Mason Jar Accessories (bow, mini flowers)
DIES: Into the Blooms: Tulips, Cover Plate: Decorative Circles, Pattern Play, Mason Jar Accessories

OTHER: Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks, VersaFine Black ink, Nuvo Drops (white)
