It’s our last day of our fabulous January Release and we’ve saved the best for last! Think open windows, sunshine, fresh air, curtains blowing in the breeze, flowers, a pie cooling, a kitten lazily snoozing and more. Introducing our new Scene Everywhere: Windowsill!

I think I may have been smiling the entire time I was creating with this set. It’s just that sweet and refreshing. Our new Scene Everywhere: Windowsill is a delightful mix and match set that allows you to build a scene using a variety of elements included. Geraniums, greenery, cups of tea, etc. Build your own windowsill scene to perfectly suit whomever you’re creating it for.

I adore window boxes and was so excited to see that this set has a darling, weathered box included. I also love geraniums and their happy, vibrant color, so I doubled up my flower images placing one row behind the other, offsetting them slightly, and clipping the greens apart to fill in where needed. I added these delightful flowers and box beneath my Pure Poppy window. Red is pure joy and happiness and I wanted this card to feel just that way for the recipient.

To mimic the feel of warm sunshine coming through the window, I sponged Summer Sunrise ink behind my window before adhering it to my card. I can almost feel the cool breeze floating through the window as my pie sits and cools. I used a sentiment from the Bold Blooms stamp set across the bottom of my card. Imagine all of the sentiments from Papertrey Ink that you can choose from to customize your card for a special friend.
Prepare for inspiration overload from our designers. They’ve been creating such joyful masterpieces with this new set of products. Thanks so much for sharing in our release!
