Hi everybody, welcome to our next episode of The Great Cover-Up!  This weekly feature is all about mixing and matching patterns. Today Melody will be your guide in The Great Cover-Up so enjoy!

Let’s get started!

I like creating cards with a friend sentiment. It makes the card perfect for for a number of occasions, including birthday , thank you, and just a note cards.
Mixing and matching patterns adds interest to a card. On the circle I added vellum over the pattern to keep the background subtle but allow the pattern to show through. I used three different patterned papers and Tin Stitch Die to add  an additional pattern.
Small details can make a big difference. Add accents with a white gel pen and add a little sparkle with rhinestones or jewels.

INK: Olive Twist, Simply Chartreuse, Hibiscus Burst, Tropical Teal, Toffee
PAPER: Stampers Select White, Vellum, Lemon Drop, Patterned paper from the Basket of Blossoms Card Kit
OTHER: Clear Jewels, White Gel Pen, Foam Tape

PRIZE

RULES

To enter, participants are required to create a friend card with different patterns using PTI/Ink to Paper supplies and Melody’s technique or your very own!  Share your finished project via the link below. We can’t wait to see what you make!
