The tiny critters from the Critter Carolers stamp set are the focus of my card today.  They’re so much fun to dress up and add color and pattern to.

STEP 1: Cut a block of Aqua Mist cardstock using the Border Bling:  Hearts die.  Layer this over a card base cut from Stamper’s Select White cardstock.

STEP 2: Add a strip of trim, wide ribbon, or patterned paper across the card, near the bottom.

STEP 3: Stamp and cut the frame from the Bag-It:  Holiday stamp set from Sweet Blush cardstock, stamped in Hibiscus Burst ink.  Stamp sentiment from Critter Carolers stamp set using Olive Twist ink.

STEP 4: Using the Splendid Snowflakes stamp snowflakes in Sweet Blush ink.  Stamp music notes using Olive Twist ink.

STEP 5: Stamp and cut critters and accessories  from patterned paper.  Add color and shading using markers.

STEP 6: Adhere stamped Sweet Blush block to center of card.  Add critters, accessories, and snowflakes cut using the Starflakes dies.  Finish with adhesive gems.
