Instructions

  1. Trim an A2 panel of watercolor paper.  Ink mountain base image with Soft Stone ink and mist with water before stamping onto watercolor panel, near bottom edge.  Ink mountain detail stamp with Smokey Shadow ink (sponge the ink onto the stamp instead of pressing directly to the ink pad to achieve a lighter color).  Mist with water before stamping onto paper.
  2. Using Spring Rain reinker, watercolor an area above the mountains, large enough to go behind the sentiment.  Allow to dry, then stamp sentiment with Smokey Shadow ink.
  3. Diecut four of the heather/lavender stems from watercolor paper.  Stamp with Smokey Shadow ink, sponging the ink onto the stamp instead of applying directly from the pad for a softer shade.  Color with Zig Clean Color pens.
