"Ink blending and sponging is one of my favorited techniques for creating backgrounds.  I love the soft, blended look!  I decided to try my hand at giving this technique a bit of a spin by doing some “detail” sponging with small make-up sponges.  Stop over at my blog to check out the results and get a few tips for trying it yourself…all you need is your ink pads and some small sponges!"
