My dream stamping day is somewhere cozy, with my crafty friends, drinking coffee & eating warm comfort food. Lots of good music & laughter. Magic.
I’m not hard to please on this one…just give me a day alone (no offense to hubby) at home (preferably a rainy one), cozy pj’s (to be worn all day), no phone for distractions, leftover pizza in the fridge, good music, and hopefully at least a few new stamps. Let the creating begin!
A dream stamping day would be going to YOUR studio, Nichole, and spending a day creating with you. We’d eat whatever you would like…or if you wanted, to order in….my treat! Food would not be the “biggie” of the day. : )
I always stamp by myself in my wonderful crafting room, so my dream stamping day would be where I have the house to myself with no commitments or obligations to worry about. I don’t eat when I craft. I would also have the cat out all day, so I could keep the door open and not have her wander in and destroy my projects!
A dream stamping day…I would host any and all crafty, wanna-be crafty, and pretend-to-be crafty friends. We would have snacks…chocolate chip cookies, chips, veggies, cheeses, chocolate covered nuts, water, tea, lemonade, and bread. It would be an all day, or for those who choose a good old-fashioned sleep over. Pasta and salad for dinner with wine. We’d need popcorn and ice cream for later. Lots of creating, chatting, sharing, and inspiring to be had by all. Ending with stronger friendships and a pile of finished cards.
My dream stamping day would a day with endless supply of coffee, lots of good music, and working in my comfy clothes. I would be able to stamp without distractions, so my creativity is freely flowing and all my projects come out exactly how I envision them if not better.
I do not have any crafty friends so I guess I would like my dream day to be with a good group of crafty companions where the inspiration is flowing, the supplies are limitless, all of our projects turn out exactly as we imagined on the first try and someone from this group could teach me how to finally get a good picture of my finished projects. That would be a dream day to me. Food and drink would be necessary for energy but I do not have anything specific in mind.
Nichole heady or Betsy veldman would tell me they are in my area for the day and would like to come and stamp….I like to dream big. My husband would feed us with a lovely BBQ. We’d be at home (there’s no place like home). When we take a break we’d walk in the sunshine or play a game of croquet in the garden eat strawberries/cake and drink tea/Pimms.
At my friends holiday house with our card stamping troup. Music playing and plenty of chocolate and tea. Great release, thank you!
I dream of having a day to show my friends how fun easy it can be to create beautiful cards or artwork — especially if you have such wonderful tools and inspiration. Thanks for giving us both!
My dream stamping day would be a day of make and takes with one of my fave stamper/designers as my personal instructor and teacher. I have so many different favorite stampers whom I would love a day with, including the members of the PTI team. Food? music? No time for that. haha.
I’ve met so many wonderful people all across the world through this hobby! I would love to spend a day with a group of those friends, wouldn’t matter where. I have a strange suspicion there would be less stamping going on than talking and eating :)!!
My dream day would start early with no distractions just fun with my immense stamping supplies and my stamping friend as I know there would be some great laughters .
Food would need to be ordered so pizza for lunch and sushi for dinner 😉
And as long as we are dreaming a good fairy to clean up the mess as we move along .
My dream day would be alone in my craft room, empty house, no interruptions, sun shining and all the supplies I need for every project! And maybe having one of the “dream team” join me for extra inspiration! Oh wouldn’t that be nice!
A day with all the kids in my family — making cards, coloring, stamping, and just generally making a huge mess on the kitchen table.
I live right out in the country and none of my neighbours or local friends are stampers so I would be going it alone. My craft room looks out on our garden but I would prefer a rainy day or I would be out in the garden working. 🙂 Some lovely classical music playing, pots and pots of Earl Grey tea and lots of hot buttered toast…lots of lovely new stamps to play with. Ahhh…wouldn’t it be lovely as Eliza Doolittle said!
Cheers.
It would be fun to have a day with team member to learn a new technique. I have always loved the watercolor look but haven’t done much. As for food, I prefer healthy choices, but also baked goods.
My dream stamping day would include me, my mom and my sister making cards with fresh baked scones to start off the day! Inspiration would come easy and we would use all sorts of techniques to make our cards shine. A catered lunch on the deck would be a welcome break and then back to it for a few more hours!
Well my dream day is probably any old day lol I head to one of our spare bedrooms that I have taken over for crafting, it holds all the goodies I need–except for this new Release. Arranging my desk just so. Clicking on Netflix and holding a hot cup of coffee (but placing it gently down on a side table–you know, just in case. Perhaps it is the middle of winter with a blizzard raging or the early days of Spring when the birds begin chirping. Or maybe it is early evening in summer after a long day of work or a chilly Fall afternoon. Any old day that ends in Y is a dream day of stamping for me! lol
Well, as I am in the process of moving, all of my stamping supplies are packed, so my dream stamp day would be to have my room unpacked, a day of solitude- rain or shine- with an old movie playing on the television, lots of iced tea, and no distractions.
My dream stamping day would start in the early morning when my creativity is fresh. It would be in my crafting space and I would invite my friend Anne who is struggling with anxiety. 23 would pray together and create together. We would have fresh cinnamon buns and coffee.
We would sit in the quietness as true introverts and chat when we wish.
The results would be amazing and we would embrace friendship at its best.❤️
My dream stamping day happens once a year. I pick up some girlfriends from the airport, drop my kids off at my mom’s and head to my friend JJ’s house where a bunch of other stampy friends show up too. We stamp and laugh and then sleep over and do it again the next day before we all head home. There is plenty of food and drink and so much fun.
A day when all my chores are done, my work space cleaned off and new stamps /dies to play with.
My dream stamping day would be to actually have a whole day un-intrupted to stamp. No one needs to go to baseball, track, wants to be fed, or needs anything from me. This rarely happens so it would be a dream for me.
My ultimate stamping day would be with my SIL Liz here at my house since I have every crafting product known to man (woman) LOL. I would feast on Pizza and Wings and Lemon Water, Liz would indulge in Quarts of Ice Cream and Wine. We would giggle and have fun the entire day and well into the night! EEKS!! It’s just so much fun to even dream about it!!
I think i want to come to your party Miriam! 😉
My friend is struggling with her physical and mental health. She is losing her home and family as well as her spirit. I would take her to Fiji (a place she dreams of) and we would sit near the ocean and let nature and art heal her heart.
Today was my dream stamping day……all alone and the music playing!
It would start early in the day and last late into the night, or all weekend. Have food and drink available all day long. Some one to carry all my supplies in & out at the end of the day. A long table to work on. Oldies music playing. All my friends coming.
Dream day stamping! Hummm… has to home, in my craft room, sharing some new stamps and just arrived goodies with some of my stamping friends from online chats. Wouldn’t that be lovely? We’d spend the day stamping and creating, and of course, eating! In the evening some little elves would bring us cheeses and wine, and we would laugh the evening away!
My dream stamping day would be a little different than most. Rather than stamp with crafty friends, I might like to teach a card making class to non-crafters or people who wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity. I think it would be fun to introduce them to a new hobby. The place, time, food wouldn’t matter as long as we were having fun 🙂
Creating brings me joy and fuels my soul. Whenever I can craft all day, I am happy. A dream day would be stretched into a weekend where I am surrounded by pretty paper, new stamps and dies, soup in the crockpot, fresh fruit and veggies for snack breaks, a bowl of M&Ms, COFFEE, and time to just stamp, paint, color, and play with possibilities. A crafting weekend with friends at a resort sounds lovely and would be a dream, but most of the time I love my “tune-out-the-world” mode and just get lost in process. I usually listen to music while stamping. If I am doing the hand sewing projects with felt, I love to watch favorite movies or entire seasons of favorite shows. Anne of Green Gables, Gilmore Girls, and classic movie musicals are my go-to (and ready) choices.
My dream stamping day is having my two kids in the kitchen table and I using any media that I own making cards. The weather is at a beautiful 60 degrees with partly cloudy skies which makes great for the natural light coming into the dining room. In the background we have the tele on playing rogue one (yeah); and I have no worries about cooking because we have leftovers from previous day so no need to cook today. As we play with the stamping together we are getting made awesome card sets for their teachers. ??
My dream day of stamping would include meeting up with Betsy, Heather and Nichole and creating with them all day. I would learn how to use Copics from Nichole. Betsy would share her secret to make everything look so cute and fresh. And Heather and I would make tags and journals for hours! Then Nichole would present me with carte blanche to buy any Papertrey Ink supplies I wanted…for life! Hey, dream big, right?!
My dream stamping day would actually be at my home by myself. I would try all the cool techniques I have been pinning. My husband would make me a wonderful breakfast before I dive into my craft room. Blueberry pancakes, bacon, eggs over medium, sour dough toast. Then thoughout the day he would bring me smoothies (easy to drink and doesnt cause greasy hands) or coffee or both! I would get so much done!
Not a hard question… My dream? NO WORK. No interruptions. Radio or Pandora on. Stamps, ink, cs available. Just time to play!!!
I just indulged in my dream stamping day, or rather, weekend. It was at the Whatever Craft House on Newton, KS with 16 other stamping friends. It was wonderful to share products, ideas, and lots of laughter. It’s such a warm feeling to be with “my people” and share this great hobby.
A quiet day when the kids are out with dad and it’s just me, my stamps and the cat!
My dream stamping day would involve lots of space and natural light, comfortable chairs, a few crafty friends and my niece, some new inks and stamps, and a nice selection of sweet and savoury snacks.
My dream stamping day would be in Aruba with my closest stamping friend. We would fly out for the day and stamp on the beach side with our feet buried in the sand. The hotel would have all of our stamp supplies available to us. It would be so much fun. I’m not sure we would get that much stamping done but we will surly try!!
My favorite stamping day is out in the country wihere my best friend Barb sometimes house-sits a small castle where we haul out all our supplies and set up in front of a picture window that overlooks an enormous green lawn and the woods. Sometimes we start before breakfast or start the day admiring the previous day’s work because it’s STAMP AFFAIRE!!! We work furiously through the day, stopping only for snacks and for showing off our creations to each other or laughing so hard about something that tears are running down our faces. Well I just described our last stamp affaire day – it was perfect!
My dream stamping day would be with my best gal pals(some stamp, most don’t) in a light and airy space with plenty of natural lighting overlooking the garden. I’d share some techniques, tips and tricks for the newbies and then off we’d go. We’d all contribute our favorite homemade dishes (mine would be pizza), drinks and snacks and just have fun chatting and making cards for our loved ones. It wouldn’t matter whether all our creations were perfect but the most important thing would be to have fun.
My dream stamping day would involve seeing and meeting all the great designers I’ve seen online! They would all be coming to my home town and giving demonstrations at one place! I would invite a few friends to come along and watch them individually work their magic! I would love to see them all in person doing what they do best. As for food, we would all head to a great restaurant in town and talk about crafting and designing!
another gorgeous release!!! My dream stamping would be..hmm going to USA to one of meeting or stamping gathering and creating with all the brands…it would definitly be a dream and a funeral for my wallet…hahaha..oh and my perfect dream would be to buy all the supplies on sale..hehe
The dream day would start with coffee and inspiration from Pinterest…leaving my jammies on all day…breaks for favorite foods, listening to the rain outside with a cozy fire going. I know its spring, but I’ve been in the desert all winter and rain would be nice.Picturing a messy desk with first attempts at new techniques…successfully done…sigh. Followed by some wine and dinner provided by someone else….perfect!
Easiest question ever! I would spend my dream stamping day with Nicole Heady in her studio listening to classical music and taking little breaks to go outside and admire the countryside. Maybe munch on delicate little sandwiches and fresh berries before we got back to making the most creative cards imaginable. Yep. That makes me smile. ; )
What could be better than a day with good friends, good food and my stamps!
A dream craft day would be with my friends, somewhere far away from the kids where we could have fun playing around with our products, sipping wine and relaxing for an entire day. One can only dream.
Pizza!!! We would eat pizza. And the “we” would be my two best stampin’ pals that I have never met; Donna Phelan and Barb Campbell. We are online BFFs and we love each other very much. We would spend the day stamping and playing any place we can find, because the location doesn’t matter, and the company means everything!!!!!
A great stamping day for me would be with friends from across the country gathering together to stamp and chat. We would have lots of yummy treats to eat along with a nice pasta dinner.
My dream stamping day would be at an ocean cottage, with a soft breeze gently passing through the warm summer air. I am with Nicole Heady and we are stamping many cards as gifts to give to those placing orders; an excellent gesture of appreciation. We are watering our palette with fresh srawberries and champange.
My ultimate stamping adventure would be with all of the amazing folks I have ment because of stamping, every single online friend, someplace tropical where we had cart blanc access to everything PTI makes. Along with the team to do live videos with all of us as an audience. We would stamp all day then dance all night!
An entire day with my dearest friend POLLY preferably at the castle where I’m dog sitting. We stamp all day breaking only for lunch and dinner. Happy hour begins about five followed by a light dinner and we stamp all evening. Then line up all our projects ad admire each other’s work and of course our own! It’s always a perfect day.
I enjoy getting together with my friends and practice new techniques (or old ones I have forgotten) and trying out new products. Of course, just spending time with them making cards is the best part! Food of any kind, especially chocolate, always makes me smile!
My dream stamping day would be a day alone without my kids, in my craft room. I would enjoy the peace and quiet and eat leftovers, so I wouldn’t have to cook 🙂
The place would be in your stamp studio, Nichole! …with maybe a friend that I brought along, or all or some of the DT! Some appetizers and some chocolate dessert of some sort! Please pick me and let’s make this happen!!
A dream stamping day would definitely be spending it with some of the PTI pros in one their gorgeous well-stocked studios! Learn some new techniques, laugh a lot and enjoy a few breaks while eating some delicious appetizers.
Just stamping in daylight hours would be a dream for me. (I typically only have time to stamp after my kiddos have gone to bed at night.) I have lots of crafty blogging friends I’d love to craft with, but I don’t think I’d get much done if I was actually with them. 🙂 I’d just want to sit and talk and watch them work.
My dream stamping day would be to spend the day stamping with the entire PTI design team at Nicole’s house! Lots of good food and chocolate would be involved – and lots of laughing!! How fun would that be????
My perfect stamping day would be a cloudy rainy day. No phone no TV, just me in my stamp room, with a large coffee…my cat on my table trying to help me stamp. Oh and all of the PTI products…..
My ultimate stamping day would be on a retreat in a beach-y location with the entire PTI design team. We would create all day so I could learn techniques from them and just talk face to face and get to know them. it would be a catered event of course. How amazing is that?
My dream atamping day would be to have the whole PTI DT in Maine where we could get together in a big enough place with a gorgeous ocean view, have a barbecued picnic outside and invite some of my friends to partake of all your goodness and creativity and to have all the products in this release at our fingertips. A girl can dream big right?
My dream stamping day would be a full day in my craft room where I am completely uninterrupted and I am able to complete many projects in one day! As for food, I would be so engrossed with what I am doing that I wouldn’t need anything to eat! No stopping for food, just a stamping marathon!
I would love to be in a big lake cabin with my 3 best stamping buddies – Kate, Meghan, & Keisha. We do like good, healthy food; however, lots of chocolate would have to be involved in a stamping weekend. We would do individual and group projects and laugh ourselves silly.
Our friends rent a historic mansion for the weekend and stamp, craft and sew away! Laughter, creative ideas and enduring friendship! We buy Gino’s lasagna, bring salads and breakfast casseroles from home, and go out to the local pub for Kentucky Derby fun! It is the perfect weekend for a crafty girl!
I would love a day all to myself in my nice clean craft room. I don’t eat or drink while I make cards, but there would be plenty of food already prepared for my breaks. A nice big salad, spaghetti and garlic bread, and cheesecake for dessert. Hot gooey cinnamon rolls for breakfast, too. It seems I’m fantasizing more about the food than the crafting!
All the chores are done and the house is empty. I’ll binge-watch something on Netflix or stream my favorite music. I’m one of those people who can eat the same thing for multiple lunches/dinners in a row so I’ll make a big pot of soup.
My dream stamping day would be with my Dad’s wife who introduced me to stamping and to have an uninterrupted day doing it We have so much fun together when we make cards. I love that time together. It has really created a bond between us that I just love!!
My dream day for stamping would include a magically clean and incredibly organized stamping room, card designs ready to go, and NO interruptions. When this (rarely) happens, I forget to eat, so yummy leftovers in the fridge would suffice!
My dream stamping day would be at home with maybe my nieces to come visit with no obligations but to stamp and have fun. Lots of sweets and coffee and good music. I could always dream that one of the DT comes over and spends the day as well.
My dream day of stamping would be held outside in a conservatory filled with butterflies and singing birds. The sky would be blue. Outside the trees would be exploding in spring’s glory with daffodils and tulips swaying underneath. Of course, my little Cavalier spaniel would be nestled on a cushion beside me. I would start early in the morning so there would be a steaming hot coffee beside me and a delicious blueberry muffin to munch on as I got my supplies organized. On this wonderful dream day, I would make no errors and creativity would flow out of me like a gushing stream. When my relaxing “holiday from life” came to an end, I would be surrounded by beautiful cards to give to family and friends. *sigh* It makes me happy just thinking about this day! 🙂
My dream stamping day would be a day alone without any interruptions. While I would love to craft with friends, I don’t normally get much done because of all of the distractions. And I have a lot of scrapbooking that I need to do. DS is 4 & I still haven’t finished scrapping his first year.
My dream stamping day is Stamp-A-Faire! It is the one day out of the year that I can stamp and create from morning to night without interruption. I am looking forward to this year’s SAF details, because it is 3 days long! Can anyone say “hog heaven”? 😉
My dream day would begin in the early mornings, just as the sun is rising in my east window…a huge pot of coffee and only the birds singing in my ear.
My dream stamping day would be with my beautiful and creative daughter, whom I have been stamping with for about 11 years. We would be at my house with no interruptions and munching on junk food, oh and we would have a chef, to make us all the meals, for the day.
I would love to have a day with the Papertrey team. I don’t care where just love to see and hear them work. Hmmm, food is not huge thing for me so may be a potluck salad lunch. I don’t like to eat while I am stamping. It might make a mess on my perfect card. Lol. Thanks for letting me dream a little!
My dream stamping day is twice a year when I spend it with friends at family at a retreat in the Ozarks. Relaxing and fun. The friendships we have maid is priceless with others who have the same interests as I do.
My dream stamping day would be a day all to myself, no distractions or running to pick up/drop off the kids from here, there and everywhere. And I’d be able to use all of the awesome stamp sets sitting on my desk that haven’t been inked up yet at least once. And then, I’d organize and put them all away! Creating and organizing – sounds like a perfect day to me!!!
A day with my Mom…she doesn’t stamp, but she does get a ton of my cards. It would be fun in someone else’s studio, like your’s Nicole, so that I could have the use of different stamps and my mom could just tell me the kinds of cards to make forher to use…whatever I made that day would be for her personal card ministry (she sends cards to so many hurting people). For food, I guess Maggiano Salad and rolls…and sweet tea! That would be perfect!
Very cute cats. I love it all.
I’d love to spend a day stamping in Jennifer McGwire’s stamping room! Maybe cater in breakfast, lunch, & dinner. Yeah, that’s the ticket!
I have 2 dream stamping days. The first would would be with my grandchildren. I love having the 4 of them and teaching them techniques and watching create . The 2 oldest are really creative and have great ideas for cards and gifts. The other one would be with my best stamping buddy, Judy. We don’t live in the same city anymore so hardly get to see each other. We would stamp, laugh, eat Mexican food or pizza and have m&ms all day long.
To would love to have a big space with a lot of my family and friends where we could share stories and a lot of good food. That would be awesome
my dream stamping day would start in a new, well organized stamping room with a caramel macchiato coffee. my head would be filled with ideas that would all work with no glitches along the way – classical music playing in the background. i would be by myself as that’s how I work the best. and when the mail arrives i would find a $150 g.c from PTI!! after stamping all day i would enjoy a glass of wine and read a good mystery!
My dream stamping day is coming this wed. We stamp at my house I set up a die cutting station and have room for 3 others so my momma is coming and 2 of my friends. I will come up with a couple of card kits. We will have chicken enchiladas home made.,music and laughter. I can’t wait.
My dream stamping day is with my crafty friends during a rainy day drinking hot tea and chocolate, eating chips, snacks and pizza. It would be amazing!!!
I’d like to get together with the many blog friends I’ve “met” over the years. We could meet in a central place, bring all our supplies and craft and eat for days.
My day would be spent at home with my family around me, music playing and pots of tea magically appearing when needed. My husband would cook a delicious dinner of home made ravioli (which will keep him happily occupied for a couple of hours) and the girls would be working on their latest craft projects.
Perfect day for me is at a cabin on a lake. Large deck, friends galore. We’d snack all day and throw something yummy like chicken on the grill for dinner. And of course we’d get inspired and create!
My crafting day would be with my two grown daughters who also love to stamp. On occasion we would let my 4 year old grandson or my 87 year old father in. They both love to make cards too but need a bit of guidance 🙂 It would be in my upstairs craft room since I have everything we would need right there. Lunch… pizza sounds good! And of course my latest order from PTI would be on the table ready to be used. Sounds like a fun day!!
Wow -I don’t usually picture my dream day! Ok, I would stamp with my older sister at her house but with all my supplies there somehow, with her homemade quiche and fresh salad and fresh donuts and coffee!
My dream stamping day – first, my friends and I would shop for crafts on an unlimited budget. Then we would come to my house where a mas·seuse would massage our tired feet and we would have a glass of wine. Finally we would start crafting while a gourmet chef cooked lunch, dinner, and all the snacks we wanted. Also someone a maid would be cleaning the house and any mess we made.
First I want to say – thank you for the Pinterest Board with the tips–love it. My dream stamping day would be spent with my sisters stamping here at my house. We would try each others stamp stuff, play with new techniques and watch videos of other crafters to learn even more. I confess I was the one who started stamping originally years ago and I got the two of them hooked on it as well. Stamping changed all of our lives and PTI is a big part of that! As for food – we would of course have onion dip and then our favorite pasta salad from childhood and for a special treat, make my Mom’s special birthday cake (even when it’s no one’s birthday) with the Crisco icing… Ahhhhh I can taste it now.
I would love to do a retreat weekend of stamping. Actually, my sister in law has this beautiful home in the Adirondacks that would be perfect. She is not a crafter but it would be fun if I brought all of the stuff and some of the ladies in our family and made some cards together. They would drink wine and I would have water. lol.
My dream stamping day would be with all those that blog about cardmaking all coming together at a huge beach house. Of course, it would have to be longer than a day. We would have breakfast of fruit, yogurt and then go out for lunch at our favorite beach restaurant and then have dinner in of pizza. 🙂 Sounds dreamy!
My dream stamping day would include finding stamping friends who live close by and enjoy it as much as I do. It would be wonderful if I didn’t have to pick cat hairs out of my projects!
My dream stamping day would be at a beach house with my sister and daughter. We would have an endless supply of coffee, laughter and comfy cozy clothes on. What a wonderful day!
I am so new to stamping that my dream day would include a whole lot of instruction. I would drag my two teenage daughters along so that they could help me remember everything! But they would get paid back by all of the salty snacks and cute little desserts available.
With a few of my friends at my dining table.we would have a great dinner frist with a little wine and coffee while working on our projects , probably never getting anything done! We would definitely have the TV on in the background having a sporting event on , friends just stop by looking at our crafty projects. It going to be summer night with beautiful warm weather. I’m going to get texting right now…
My dream stamping day would be in a room off a lovely restaurant/cafe somewhere. I would have my two great crafty friends with me (who haven’t met each other yet as One is from my old town and one is from my ‘new’ town, they would really get along). There would be lots of supplies, coffee, cake, delicious lunch and wine in the late afternoon. We would take as long as we liked! And a good view of some gardens would be a must too. and maybe a visit from a crafting great as well, such as Dawn or Jennifer McGuire, even tho they live on the other side of the world to me.
My dream stamping day would be a nice cottage with a personal chef. It would have lots of windows for natural light, my friends and sister, organized supplies (lots of inks, stencils, embellishements), card and scrapbook kits premade, lots of good food with minimal calories, tropical drinks…geez this sounds so good!!! Thanks for a wonderful release.
My dream stamping day would be in a house on the beach with my son and hubby. There would be plenty of chips, dips, and all the seafood we could eat.
My dream day is spending a long weekend in the woods of Northern Arizona with all of my best crafting friends! Lots of laughs and plenty of chocolate! And by the way, this dream is coming true in just 5 more days!
The music is keeping a happy rhythm, coffee milk is flowing, sun is shining, leftovers are in the fridge if we must stop to refuel. My little crafting buddies may join me for a little then off to Nannas. Now I can make a mess on the whole table and the creativity is endless!
My dream stamping day is just me, plenty of water and food prepared by someone else! I stamp best alone and in quiet.
Ooh, I would choose a craft retreat with all of my crafty or I-wish-they-were-crafty friends. We’d each have a large table to ourselves and magically have all our supplies transported to us. I’d get to choose the music. We’d have a coffee bar and our own barista, and everyone’s favorite food. It would be rainy and cool all day. When we were done, everyone would win a $150 gift certificate to spend on PTI! Oh, and of course there would have to be a masseuse too! ?
My dream stamping day would be sunny and a mind full of ideas, which would translate perfectly to paper! There would be no distractions and all the time in the world to create as long as I wanted.
Oh that’s easy…with “the Core 8” at a sleep over retreat. Lots of belly laughs, maybe a few tears, tons of creativity and inspiration around the table. Of course wine, sweet and salty snacks. But most of all, FRIENDS!
Actually, I am very blessed to be able to attend my dream stamping WEEKEND this coming weekend. Twice a year I attend a weekend crop with some of my best friends! We start around 3pm on friday with catching up with each other and spreading all our stuff out at our 6 ft tables. We get all the meals except breakfast (hotel provides that) catered to us by our hostess’ hubby. YAY! We get Olive Garden, Chicken Shack, Chinese, pizza and more! We craft all evening until around 1am plus there are lots of giveaways and games. In the morning we get up and do it all again. In the Fall our crop has a Halloween theme so we all dress up and have a costume contest. People are SO creative in that, too. Also, on Saturday there is a massage therapist who comes in and we can sign up for massages for $1 per minute. LOVE that! On Sunday we are more laid back and just finish up projects or just chat. The grand prize and raffle prizes are given away at 2pm. Then people start leaving and must be out by 5pm. I am SO ready for the Spring next weekend. Thanks for the chance to win $150! 😀
A perfect day would have to include friends and every beautiful piece of paper, dies, stamps and inks that we could gather! Lots of chocolate, coffee and laughter! But mostly just a time to escape our worries and create!
Any day I have a nice block of time to sit in the lovely studio my husband helped me put together is ideal! If he travels and I’m here by myself, I always do tea with little sandwiches.
I walk into my craft room. The sun is shining through the windows. Magically, overnight, my craft area has been cleaned and reorganized. The layout is just what is needed to look nice and to help me be productive. The peace inside blooms into a smile. I have the whole day to make cards: no one to cook for, no guilt, no feeling I should be doing something else. I put on music, something soothing. Classical? or maybe nature sounds? I open the sliding doors to let in the warming, fresh spring breeze and sit at my craft table and begin to create. I work uninterrupted, stopping occasionally to get more water or coffee. Whenever hunger slows the creative juices, I stop for the salad sitting, already made, in the fridge. Then back to work…for as long as I like…for as long as I can.
My dream stamping day would be around a kitchen table with lots of friends, all laughing and bouncing ideas off each other, sharing ideas and suggestions to make each masterpiece even better. We would each have brought along a dish for a potluck lunch and snacks to keep the stamping goodness going all day and into the night.
I would host my dream stamping day at my house with my Mum, my sister and 2 wonderful friends. I’d have my stamps, dies, inks & cardstock out for everyone to use and we’d happily create and craft the day away. I’d get everyone to bring a plate to share, and have coffee and tea to keep our energy going! Sounds like the most perfect day!
The day would start off with an organizing genie popping in & with a snap of fingers my whole craft room would be organized! Then I could happily craft all day, enjoying endless coffee or lattes and a tray filled with different forms of chocolate. No phones ringing, meals to be made, no laundry, just peaceful quiet time to craft.
I dream of an organized craft room, where I can see all of my crafty goodness at a glance. Plenty of room on my table to spread out everything I need for a project. I like to be by myself, nice and quiet, no distractions. I love rainy days, I’d like to be able to open a window and and watch the curtains flutter as the breeze off of a summer rain, gently blows thru my craft room, bringing with it the sweet smell of rain and honeysuckles. I don’t eat or drink in my craft room, but a nice break would include a glass of sweet iced tea with lemon and maybe slice of my Granny’s just made, warm butternut cake. As long as I’m dreaming, maybe a knock at the door, when I open it, there’s my Momma, my Aunt Ruby, and my sweet Granny, & my Daddy, the one’s who taught me how to sew, quilt, applique, crochet and paint & instilled in me the love of creating. They just stopped by from Heaven and we would have such a long visit, as if it were only yesterday when last we spoke. Sweet memories. My craft room is my happy place to create and think of lovely things.
Actually a little sad to answer as that should have been today. BFF was supposed to visit this holiday weekend and illness has intervened. Our day would have included stamping with some new inks, lots of talking, snacking on a new recipe of lemon cake I was planning to make and dining on an easy lunch of cheeseburgers. We hope to do this in a few weeks!
After much consideration of my ultimate stamping event, I would have to say…..a cozy fall day, one or two like-minded card makers, a full 24 hours to “work” and a scattering of new stamps, dies and papers….no time restraints, no obligations (other than enjoying the process of creating) and absolutely no interruptions. Trail mix and peanut butter cookies for snacking…a pot of soup on the stove; salad in the fridge…wine in the cooler…(coffee is always ready)..the results would be, “a good time was had by all as we shared our love of creating.”
My dream stamping day would be a day with the PTI designers! It would be so fun to meet everyone in person and learn from their different styles! 🙂
My dream stamping day would be a small gathering of creative friends getting inky, laughing, and sharing together. We would learn so many new things from one another. Our gathering place would be a spacious room at our public library, with our favorite music, and a large work space for each of us to spread out and create. It’s amazing how just a few hours of creating with friends feels like a real getaway! We would keep our treats healthy ~ iced tea, fresh fruit, and great salads. 🙂 Although I typically create alone in my little studio downstairs, I always look forward to a day spent with my creative ‘tribe’ at our monthly gathering! ♡
Having a day surrounded by those who rarely get a chance to take time to make cards or even have a chance to be with other women would be such a blessing to me! And I would hope it would grow into an event that would happen on a more regular basis.
My dream stamping day would be to spend it with my friend, Sue. We would hang out at her place which is far from me (2.5 hours) because she has a craft room and I don’t. We would come up with great card ideas from PTI and eat lots of candy and have a good time.
My dream stamping day would start early in the morning with the house quiet, no chores to do and food choices already made and in the refrigerator. My craft room would be straightened and ready. I enjoy crafting alone, but if someone from the design team was here…that would be a perfect crafting day!
My dream stamping day would be total immersion into stamping and just creating for fun, not for any special occasion. No chores need be done, no cooking and while I adore my DH he would be out gardening or cooking for himself when he’s hungry and I would be stamping, stamping, stamping! I find when I can immerse myself in stamping I’m not hungry so maybe losing some weight(or at lease not putting any weight on) would be the topping of the day:)
My dream stamping day would be to just in my craft area, coffee, snacks (fruit, chips, etc) and just be uninterrupted. I don’t have anyone close to me that makes cards and things on a regular basis so I think I would just love to have the time to myself!
Being together with Wanda in her Studio!!!!
MY biggest dream to meet her in real and spend a day chatting with her..and eat all kind of American things…don’t know which ones…
I live in the Netherlands and she is California we never met in real but know each for many years now….we send cards to one another and e-mails…
My dream stamping day is a clean desk, a rested mind and a quiet house so I could get some creativity going!!
My dream stamping day would be with my bestie and great crafting buddy, Victoria, likely at her house since she has a beautiful new stamping oasis, crafting the day away. We would have a lovely breakfast and then head into the craft room for some crafting, talks, and laughs. Lucky me since we try to do it twice a year.
My dream stamping day usually happens every year over Christmas break when my sisters and I get together. We share supplies, tips, favorite bloggers and usually spend as much of one day as possible crafting. The husbands and kids just roll their eyes at us as we spend hours talking, laughing and crafting. It’s an awesome time. My wish is that it could happen more than once a year and that we could spend the entire day…or more! 🙂
My dream stamping day will be with my friend Neha making lot of CAS cards with PTI supplies. We both love PTI supplies like crazy. We will do lot of tags and cards and have loads of fun! We will have sandwiches and gossip a lot ! Oh my god even dreaming this dream is so exciting!!
My dream stamping day would consist of a whole day, uninterrupted of course of just stamping. And maybe some rain. For some reason I feel like I stamp better when it rains. I would have some wine and homemade nachos. My fave food combo! Probably some movies playing in the background.
My dream stamping day would be in a cabin with friends, a cozy fireplace, and snow covered ground outside. Lots of great music, laughter, and fellowship with friends as we network and create together!!
My dream stamping day would include enjoying the company of crafty friends in my new craft room (now I’m really dreaming) that includes a large work space, plenty of drawers and cupboards where all my supplies are neatly organized, and a big window overlooking my garden so we can enjoy the outside. We’d have an assortment of snacks and drinks, and lots of laughter as we spend hours together making beautiful cards.
My dream stamping day would be filled with all of my stamping buddies from YouTube. We would be in a large comfortable room with everything our hearts desire to stamp away and create masterpeices. Food is not important….my husband would be kind enough to get us whatever we wanted…..what a great dream!
Oh wow! My dream stamping day! I am a lucky girl as my dream comes true several times a year. My BFF and I spend the weekend at a local retreat center attached to a scrap booking store! We stamp and scrap to our hearts content, giggling and laughing the entire time.
My ideal stamping day would be with my friend (who is more like my sister) Leslie. We would go to a sweet retreat where we could stamp the day and night away. The only thing that needs to be on the menu is pizza and chocolate!!
Dream stamping day…with my mom, a few friends, and anywhere where we aren’t the ones cooking and cleaning! 😉
My dream day would be stamping with my Jersey Girls stamp group and one of my online stamping gurus showing us new tricks and techniques. Food isn’t so important pizza would be fine. It would be great to have a location on the Jersey shore in a big house on the ocean.
My dream stamping day would be on a vacation in a rental cabin in the Pacific Northwest. My crafting table would be in front of a big picture window looking over the ocean. I would have on some beautiful music. It would just be a peaceful, beautiful day.
It would be with one of the designers, at my house! (I love them all, so any or all of them would be fine!) I might invite my stamping buddies for it too. We would have coffee or tea with all kinds of baked goods, and some special munchies to grab too. I would hope to not only stamp, but get ideas for good crafting space, as mine could use some help. And, oh my, how fun to get to deepen a relationship in that way!
My dream stamping day would be to have an uninterrupted day with my crafting friends to talk, stamp, and eat. It doesn’t really matter where we are, just that we can have the time without interruptions.
A dream stamping day would be to have my stamping friends gathered around sharing ideas and having fun. It would include lots of chocolate! Lunch would be pizza following by a make your own sundae. Location wouldn’t matter, though being at the beach sure would be nice 🙂
My dream stamping day would be a day with my friends crafting, laughing and having a fun time together. It’s something that we don’t often get to do with all of our busy schedules.
My dream day happens once a year at girls weekend. My best friend Karen invites me to her beautiful vacation home with a view of the Puget Sound. We typically work on some kind of photo journal project that I’m way behind on, and last year she made the most beautiful veggie frittata with fresh vegetables from her garden. The company, the view, the food, and the sense of accomplishment from catching up on a project are absolutely devine! Stamping is even more fun with friends!
I LOVE seeing the release all together like this! I make my list by this! LOL My “dream stamping day” would consist of: Me in my “new” studio, all organized & a place for everything & everything in it’s place, all at my finger-tips, ALL of the new PTI products & the ones I haven’t been able to get yet, it would be a sunny day with the sunshine streaming in through the large window, I would have music playing—my favorite group- Casting Crowns & singing along, I would be alone–I’ve found I do better alone with my creating, here recently, & I would have no pain—I have scoliosis, for lunch- I would have ready made finger sandwiches- not anything in- particular, & a small veggie tray to go with & a large glass of flavored water. I don’t ask much! LOL 😉
My dream crafting day would be fairly low-key. Just my friend Lisa and I, music playing, and lots of paper and ink! We live quite a distance apart now, so haven’t had a crafty day together in several years. Food – well that’s pretty informal. Chocolate for sure, and maybe a quick trip to the kitchen to dig for other snacks if we get hungry. Or maybe have hubby make a run for takeout. Mostly, it would be conversation and catching up, while indulging in our love of creating that would make the day perfect!!
Oh goodness, I’m not really sure … anytime I get a whole day to stamp is a dream. I don’t have plans to do it again until June, but it will be at my friend’s house (out in the country). It should be warm enough to throw open all of the windows and just let the surrounding nature permeate. We’ll watch the deer walk by, listen to the birds singing – all while we stamp, eat, laugh and chat.
My dream stamping day would be with my two daughters and my mom. Of course we’d have all the ice cream we wanted to eat, and some peanut m&ms as well. We normally eat mainly healthy foods, so this is my dream situation, lol. And of course, all no calorie. We’d probably have our day at my house, since I have the most supplies. What a fun question, and what another awesome release.
Karen
My dream stamping day would be in my CLEAN craft room with all my projects planned and elements organized. No interruptions. And when I’m done, everything pops back into place and you can’t even tell I was there, except for the tons of finished projects. I don’t tend to eat much when I craft, but maybe a sandwich break.
If I could take all of my supplies, it would be in Hawaii with my stamping friend, Rachel, drinking Pina Coladas.
My dream day would be to have the house to myself with no other obligations and no phone to ring, with comfy clothes on. I would only eat left overs so I wouldn’t have to cook.
Alone in my house (hubby and kids out for the day), take-out sushi and some M&Ms, my favorite DVDs and lots of new goodies to use.
My day would be with your great artists in a comfy chair with big table and lots of light. To eat I would love lots of desserts, the more chocolate the better! It would be great to have Papertrey Ink products available! Lots of laughter, creativity and general silliness!
A day with at home alone, with no responsibilities, some chocolate and tea, and time to design cards and make some too.
My dream scrap day would be a live Stamp-a-faire event. I would like to have in person instructions from your design team. I have learned so much from your online challenges and lessons but have a long way to go!! I picture a cozy retreat center with cool weather outside and a warm fire inside. Hot delicious soups, fresh salads, fruits and cookies. Lots of laughter, music and female conversation and bonding. That would be a dream day!! Thank you. Blessings for Easter!
My dream stamping day would be with my Bestie, Annie, at my home or hers, with cheesecake or brownies, while the children are doing something fun with their Dad! Thank you for all the beautiful inspiration this week, I can’t wait to see more in the next few days!
Two dream stamping days – the first – all alone, all day, in a clean craft room with lots of working space and everything in it’s place and no extra clutter with ideas for creating flowing! and the other, getting together with any of my wonderful blogging/stamping friends across the country just chatting and trying new techniques on card creations! no time to eat – but we’ll have beverages!!
We are in the final stages of building a house that has my dream craft room in it (YAY!!) so my dream is about to happen. I’ve been pinning organization tips and preparing for the move (at least in my craft room, I’ve been packing). In about 6 weeks I will be able to craft my nights away!
My day would be stamping with my two besties in a big house in the mountains with incredible views. We would have any supplies we needed at our fingertips and would most likely spend more time chatting and laughing than stamping. We have M&M’s and Jelly Belly’s to snack on and pizza and diet coke for lunch. It would be an amazing and incredible way to spend the stamping!
The perfect crafting day would just be a day without distractions and endless ideas. No kids, husband, cat, phone, chores, or obligations to take me away from all the amazing ideas that would pour out of me. Not to much to ask for but somehow always so hard to get.
A dream stamping day would be with all my fav graphic designers. I would learn so much and be in awe to see them in action doing what they do best. The food would be appetizer type food so that we could nibble all day. Nice music in the background and a studio where we could have access to all the supplies we needed. I would prefer a cloudy day so that we could enjoy being indoors without any guilt. Awhhhhh.. one can dream.
My dream stamping day is any day that I can get together with crafting friends. We could set up in my family room. I would have food, snacks and drinks available-our favorite kinds. I have all my clear stamps in a raskog cart so they would be in the room. I would set up a die cutting station close by. Turn the tv to our favorite music station and have a blast stamping, crafting, laughing and enjoying ourselves. Then the next day, we get up and repeat the process. 🙂
Have a small garden in my home.. would love to stamp there, along with my sister, under the sun and amidst lovelý plants surrounding us. An amazing stamping day that starts with happiness continues with creating beautiful projects and ends with satisfaction. Sipping chilled milkshakes and eating light,we would spend all day doing what we love the most -stamping
A dream stamping day would be in my own stamp room (I NEED all my stuff!!), with no dogs or hubby (love all of them but NO distractions would be so nice!), with my BFF’s Sue and Sue, and lots of junk food including chocolate of course! And hey, new stamp sets wouldn’t hurt either! :0)
A perfect stamping day would be a day with workshops with the team members of PTI.No special music needed, because we talk, laugh and stamp. There is plenty of food and drink and a big candy bar (ha ha).So much fun!!!!!
My day would include many of the women whose blogs I read, Dawn McVey, Kay Miller, Laura Bassen, Nichole Heady, Jennifer McGuire, Joyce, Mary Rose and others. We would have a large pot of coffee handy with some of my homemade oatmeal sour cherry scones and bagels with cream cheese. Lunch would be a taco bar and we would end the day at an Indian restaurant. Since I own a mini-store of PTi and other supplies we would never run out of things to create!
Mine would be with my very best stamping friends. We would have all unlimited supplies provided available, comfy leather chairs, plenty of workspace and light, massages and facils thruout the day, as well ad gourmet meals. There wouldn’t be a mad dash clean up at the end either. Just total relaxation and fun!
My dream crafting day happens pretty often around here. My 2 year old grandaughter and 5 year old grandson start playing with my stamps and have a ball. Things can get a bit messy but, it’s so fun watching them create!
My dream craft day would be spent with the PTI ladies, either at a retreat or on a crafty cruise!
Time. isn’t it what we all wish for. A day spent crafting while, miraculously, all the chores disappear so I don’t have to worry that I should be doing them. I’d love to host a whole day with friends, maybe making Christmas cards. There’d need to be wine!
My dream stamping day would be in an organized stamp room, with new stamps to play with, drinking hot herbal tea and eating gluten free strawberry white chocolate cake!
… with my sister, both of us doing crafty things, some nice Mediterranean style food – and no household or work duties just for that one day.
Fabulous release! Love it all! My dream stamping day would be going to your craft room with a few friends and stamp the day away! Lots of coffee and great food to eat!
My dream stamping day would be with my best friends that live clear across the country from me! A day with them AND stamping AND some chocolate lasagna cake!! That’s my dream!! ❤️ Amazing release and wonderful inspiration this month! So excited!
My dream stamping day would be to stamp with the PTI design team. Maybe have them offer a few classes, or just sit around a table stamping and chatting. Wouldn’t that be amazing!! But in actuality, I enjoy stamping and creating when I have the time in my own little craft room. New stamps and supplies are always wonderful too!!
My dream stamping day would be at the Craft House or at Joanna Gaines B&B with all my online friends. It doesn’t even matter what we eat. Just enough to stay alive so we can stamp and create to our hearts content.
I would want to be in a mountain cabin during the Fall or Winter with my stamping friends and any PTI gal that wanted to come! All of the PTI products would be available to use! We would have deliveries by Panera Bread, Chick Fil A, and the best pizza place in town with plenty of Sonic drinks, haha!
My dream stamping day would be on a cruise ship with other stampers and great teachers aboard. Betsy Veldman would be there. I would be in heaven!
My dream stamping day would be In my craft room, stamping with my daughter and new daughter in law. We would be laughing and eating chocolate all day long. True fun and magic!
Great question….I think about it ALL the time. I’m a teacher and at this point in the year, I need a bit of R & R 🙂 my perfect day would be at the beach spa with my scrapping buddy, Theresa. We’d have fresh fruit, a variety of sandwiches, and gourmet chocolate! We’d have the whole week of luxury to do exactly what we want 🙂 Of course, there would be whales and other sea life in the background!
My dream stamping day would be at home with Cathy. We would have food delivered in throw away containers. No dishes! No kids. No interruptions. No phone. All our ink would be juicy. All the stamps in easy reach. PLENTY of counter space! Nice soft music in background. We would not talk politics, gossip, work, or health. We would talk and laugh and create all day. Just maybe we could get more than 5 cards made. It would be a most productive (for our mental health) day and possibly get some cards out of it.
I would love to go to The Scrapbook Expo for a day of crops amongst others who love to stamp as much as I do. And also among some of the most talented designers who would be able to help me learn new techniques that I haven’t tried yet. I would feast on coffee and donuts all day long … just because I can. lol
My dream stamping day would be spent with either a current or former PTI designer, anywhere we can work. For a day of my questions answered, some techniques shown and following along in person, would make my stamping dreams come true.
Every once in a while I get to have a perfect stamping day when I meet my friend for breakfast. Then we go to her house to her wonderful craft room where she has provided me with the perfect table, chair, and lamp. We chat, bounce ideas off of each other, and craft with all the wonderful supplies from our latest PTI orders.
My dream stamping day would be somewhere close to some crafty store to do some shopping, then back to create with the awesome crafty ladies I’ve made friends with online!
My deal crafting day would be to have my craft room actually clean and organized so that I can find everything! I would put a tv in there, bring my drink (coffee, soda, water) and craft away! I would have someone there to clean up after me! lol!
My dream, at the moment, is to even find the time to craft. So a whole day, of uninterrupted, quilt free, stamping would be amazing. My daughter with me, enjoying each others company. Bliss.
a dream stamping day would have me back in Amarillo with all my crafty friends there. we would stamp up a storm making cards and layouts galore. and then we would feast on Mexican food and blue bell peaches and vanilla ice cream. oh, how I miss all of that.
I would love to go on one of those cruises that are stamping and cardmaking themed! Holiday and card making, so fun!
A dream stamping day for me would be a day off, having the house to myself, playing good music, maybe soup and bread for lunch, coffee and tea, so fun!!!
My dream stamping day…..totally quiet day with no one around. How about in a cabana off the beach in the Caribbean? The only sounds I want to hear are nature sounds. No chores to be done, no mouths to feed…I can focus entirely on my creative self ♥
My dream stamping day would include all my stapping friends and of course, maybe Kay Miller and Betsy Veldman! We would be at a beach house somewhere surrounded by palm trees and would of course, WON the lottery by having unlimited PT Supplies! We would have lunch and snacks on the deck and of course, all the goodies would be calorie free. I would want it to last forever until I wake up and realize I am still in New Jersey…
I would spend the day stamping with my friend Carol. We no longer live in the same state so it would be a joy to spend time crafting with her.
Honestly, my dream stamping day would be me home, alone, in my craft room. I have tried crafting with my SIL and had a wonderful time, but I do better when on my own. I like to turn on my praise music and stamp away. Food doesn’t really matter. If I get hungry I will go searching for whatever is available but I generally do not have food in my craft room. I would just like a whole day of no interruptions.
Thank you for the chance to win such a generous gift!
My dream stamping day includes all my PTI acquaintances and a lovely hotel with catered food somewhere warm , so when we take a break from the craftiness , we can hang out by the pool or take a walk on the beach….ahhh
My DREAM Stamping Day would be a Day of Classes/Make-N-Takes with ALL of my FAVORITE Stampers/Designers/Companies!! I have so many FAVORITES whom I would LOVE a day with, including the members of the PTI team!! I’m easy to please because mine is a day in my craft room with no distractions and plenty of coffee and iced tea. Lunch would be takeout from the nearby Thai restaurant. Bliss!
Friends, good food, nice music, new toys…. all day!!!
My dream stamping day would be spent stamping with Betsy Veldman! I want to see her creative process and get tips and inspiration from her. A whole day just stamping, talking and eating with unlimited supplies at my fingertips would be awesome!
What a great release, ladies. I love it all. There must be so much work put into each release and it shows because they just keep getting better and better!
My ultimate stamping day would be with my Mom and cousin Katie. My girls would of course be there as well to stamp the day away.
A whole day with no distractions – just my sister and me in my craft room surrounded with all our beautiful craft supplies and unlimited inspiration! Who needs food when you’re in your creative mode?!?!
A “dream” day of stamping would be with my husband and children at my home with food prepared by anyone but me. This is a big “dream” as none of them share my excitement about stamping, but it would be quite a day if it ever happened.
Dream staming day? LOL…..ALONE…wine and cheese plate……Coldplay and ADELE playing, no distractions or thoughts about what else I should be doing instead.
Hmmm…my perfect crafting day would be somewhere sunny and warm, but not too hot. I would be wearing pj’s and a t-shirt, and sharing tea and donuts with my stamping buddies! What bliss.
My dream stamping day would be somewhere over looking the beach and ocean with beautiful blue skies and sunny day–I would invite all crafty friends that wanted to join in on the fun. Would have drinks and endless buffet of comfort foods along with endless fun fun fun!!!!
My dream stamping day would be with Jennifer McGuire in her stamping studio where she would show me her tips for making cards. it wouldn’t really matter what we ate or drank because I would be so engrossed in what we were doing. it would be so fun and amazing to be able to do this.
My perfect day will happen in the next few weeks. A friend in our monthly stamper’s group invites us to her cabin for a long weekend. We walk in the woods, sit around the fire, eat simple tasty food that everyone brings, laugh a lot, and of course, make lots of cards!
Hmm, I’m usually a lone stamper and get more done that way…however, I did have a dream stamp day 6 years ago at the original SAF in Ohio with my dear friend and made face to face meetings with the DT and blog friends. A good stamping day should have laughs, hugs, lots of coffee and ended with wine and more laughter!
My ultimate stamping day would be here in my home alone. I would put on some peppy music or some jazz, and just cut, die cut, and stamp to my hearts content. Food would most likely be something quick and easy like a sandwich, smoothie, salad, and of course something chocolate. With no one around I can stamp, sing along to my music, dance a little as I work and just generally not feel like I am neglecting my other duties to my family. Of course the ultimate stamping weekend would include transporting my stuff to a tropical beach with some relaxing spa treatments interspersed with some stamping.
The mountains would be where my dream stamping day would take place with a few of my firends. Meals would be cooked for us along with all the prep/clean-up so we could just create cards all day long. I experienced this on a scrapbook retreat over a weekend. It was absolutely wonderful! Don’t know why there isn’t such events for cardmaking (dream on).
My dream stamping day would be an entire weekend at my aunt’s mountain house with all my crafty friends, including Nichole, Dawn, Heather, & Betsy! We would all be crafting at her gigantic table with the cool mountain breeze flowing through the house. We would all be sipping on our favorite beverages, eating delicious snacks including cheese crisps, pineapple casserole, fudgy brownies, and crunchy punch (just a few of my favorites) and meals would be…NC pork BBQ, Shiki’s hibachi chicken, and any other favorite meals we want to order in. Creating all day, every day with no kids or phones to interrupt, and of course we would stay in our pjs the entire weekend like a good old fashioned sleep over! Yes, that would be my dream!
My favorite day of stamping would be with Linda Bradbury and Linel Mehus, creating beautiful cards. I thrive on their creative ideas and interesting uses of unique materials. We’d break for a quick brunch, but would feel the need to use every minute available to complete new projects.
If I could I would, have a stamping day with my mom. I don’t really care where or what I eat. I just want to spend a day without worry next to my mom laughing! That would be my greatest dream day! Some other friends and family might stop by. Hardest part would be transporting al, my crafting supplies…….
My dream crafting day would be an entire quiet day with my 2 crafty buddies Lynn and Kathy. We would eat all sorts of wonderful foods someone else has prepared and would have chocolate of course to nibble on throughout the day. We would be in comfy old clothes so no worries about getting ink on them and we would have no interruptions or phone calls until our day was done.
Dream Day to Stamp??? I’m pretty much a loner when it comes to stamping…I’m too easily distracted. I love good conversation, but if I’m seriously involved in a project, I need quiet, with favorite music playing. I’d love for time to stop for awhile…it just speeds past while I’m stamping. Just having every stamp I’ve ever coveted, every ink color, every gorgeous type of cardstock, every cool stamping tool…ahhhhh, bliss.
My dream stamping day would be with my sisters at my house and we would be snacking on Sees candy as well as go out to lunch. We would of course be using PTI products and having an awesome time together.
I just had one of my dream stamping days! It’s our bi-annual Stamping Away retreat in Newton, KS (of all places) at the Whatever Craft House. Gorgeous, gorgeous crafty house and 16 of the most talented crafters! I look forward to it every time!
My stamp club gets together for a retreat a couple times of year. It’s so much fun, lots of friends, yummy food from the retreat center, I always bring a new pti set or two or five to play with! There are make-n-takes and card swaps. it’s my favorite days of the years.
My perfect stamping day would be wit my friends, Sheena and Penny! We would be at a lakeside cabin. We should have food already prepared so we could just enjoy our day. For example, we would have a breakfast casserole for brunch and chicken salad sandwiches and fruit salad for dinner! It would be fun to create cards all day while laughing and listening to music!
I would have prepare in advance to have everything handy to share the day w/my friend Marieda at my house. We would snack on peanut M&Ms — because they don’t melt. And someone would bring us Thai food for a real meal.
A dream stamping day would be getting together with a couple of friends to craft, chit chat and take a break in the afternoon to have tea with finger sandwiches and dainty desserts made by a local business and brought over for us to enjoy.
I get more done and enjoy my time better if I’m alone and in my own craft room–no distractions, even food or snacks. My dream is just to keep working contentedly by myself; a quiet rainy day would be best so I’m not feeling guilty about getting outside and tending to the garden. Of course my dream includes having ALL the supplies I need at hand and no issues with ink pads or tools to delay my work. And my computer and internet must work flawlessly to allow me access to all my idea files and pinterest of course 🙂
Hmm, where do I begin? A nice, sunny day, 72-75 degrees, low humidity… a large open room with several large windows open to a gentle breeze… low pollen index, of course!… all of my best stampin buddies, each with our own table to spread out… chocolate on every table… some wine or mixed drinks…and NO Phone reception! LOL
Wowza! My dream stamping day would be a trip to PTI headquarters during your Stamp-a-faire camp to meet all of your DT and create side by side with all of them. We have tons of snacks and buffet of hors d’oeuvres. Of course maybe a little spritzers to wash things down and nice music to keep the creative flow going. By the end of the night we’d all have created several crafty memory projects of our Fabulous time we shared. Now, I’m thinking I have to do this for real… (Let me know when)
My dream stamping day would be… its Friday night with my friend sandy . we would think of what kind of cards we need who birthday ,mothers day ,grad cards .she would get her diet coke I would get my tea. out come all the supplies and off we go. time would pass and one of us would say hay what do you want to eat most of the time we call for pizza then back at the crafting girl talk till the wee hours of the night.
My ultimate stamping day would be with my crafty friends Chera and Fran. We would somehow manage to merge all of our supplies into one epic area- the where doesn’t really matter- but if we’re dreaming- probably some sort of cottage- away from any responsibilities or distractions. Food- we’d have lots of macarons and m&ms and swedish fish. There’d also be lattes of course and some sort of high-end sandwiches, because it can’t be all desserts all day! And if we’re lucky, we would all actually make at least 5 cards instead of just chatting and catching up!
My dream stamping day would include all my crafty friends. I would sit next to my daughter, because she has the best ideas. Food would just be lots of healthy fruits and vegetables, and of course, some chocolate.P
My perfect stamping day looks like this…a cottage in the woods near mountains, it’s 70 degrees (F) so we can have the windows and doors open to hear and see nature. Some soft music is playing. We start the day with coffee, omlets and fresh fruit. Throughout the day snack on appetizers and chocolate! I’m crafting with the PTI design team. All the necessary craft tools are at the cottage; the whole PTI stamp, die and ink collection! I’m ready to pack my bags!
My perfect stamping day would be with Betsy Veldman and Melissa Phillips – we would be stamping in a gorgeous house on the beach of a small island in the South Pacific. During the day we would be grazing on a fabulous buffet of island/Asian food, and there would be dozens of flavors of ice cream, and maybe cheesecake to follow. When the day was over, I would receive a parting gift of free Papertrey Ink stamps for the rest of my life!!!
Since it doesn’t seem as if an in-person Stamp-a-Fair will ever happen again, my best/dream stamping day would be having the house to myself; with a Yankee double header on in the background – they win both games, of course; leftovers in the fridge; and being able to finish a few cards. The last is the dream part since I rarely complete two cards in a card making session.
PS – If there were any stamping friends with me, then there wouldn’t be any stamping accomplished!
I’ve been crafting with my same two buddies for years, and my dream stamping day would be to haul all our supplies to a great hotel and hang out, eat wonderful food, and create and laugh, laugh, laugh. Hey, that needs to happen again!
My dream stamping day would be at my house with my friend Debbie.WE’d have soft music on, my cats by our side and share laughter & ideas!
A whole day with my creative friends, lots of supplies, and a big bright space to create. Coffee and tea and scones. And a surprise visit from Besty!
I just finished painting, de-stashing and rearranging my craft room. It is a lovely light lavender with one dark purple wall. I am truly DAY-dreaming about stamping right now!
My list has been made for the release tonight so better get to the stamping with last month’s beauties!
Since this is a dream, I have a craft room large enough to accommodate multiple crafters! My mom, my usual crafting companion, would live close enough to have a regularly scheduled papercraft session. My BFF, who hasn’t stamped with me in some time, would join in, just like the old days. My kids, aged 11, 9, and 7, would also have a little area to create. It would be like a tea party, with little cucumber sandwiches, adorable sweets and savory treats, herbal teas and infused water. There would be lots of natural light without concern of excessive heat or cold or glare. There would be inspiration photo slideshows on several computer screens and a balcony overlooking a tropical view for break time.
Wow, that got a little out of hand!
Fun question…in a BRIGHT, sunlight filled and very organized (mine is a mess after 3 consecutive, HUGE sales for my mission!) studio with one of the design team…food, I wouldn’t care…Lots of conversation and tips and tricks would fill me to the brim!!!
My dream stamping day would be with my mom and my sister. They also love to make cards. But since my mom’s stroke, she is unable to make cards independently, anymore.
A day .. in my craft room … with no ‘life’ interruptions. Have music going and windows open… my craft room looks out into the court yard and there is a beautiful hibiscus blooming in the window and a hummingbird feeder filled with those amazing little feathered friends. An entire day of serenity and crafting… One can dream…:)
My dream stamping day would be with any one of or all of the Papertrey design team!! I would learn all their inside info of how to create amazing projects. Our cook would be Nancy Fuller who would be catering to our every tasty wish all day long! (Yes I’m dreaming ; )
I would love to have all my crafty friends and my niece at my house surrounded with all of our crafty products laughing and sharing good eats like sushi and tea!
A great old movie or informative webinar, big glass of cold water, new stamps and dies, and no one to cook dinner for would be a perfect crafting day for me!
A nice, not too cold-not too hot, cloudy day alone in my craft room with no distractions. I’d wear my oversized sweater and have coffee in the am, wine in the evening with veggies and fruit throughout the day along with chicken kabobs on the grill. It would be my heaven on earth day.
I think about a dream stamping day a lot. Time is always an issue for me. My day includes a very organized craft room with everything I need at my finger tips. I love to color, so much of the time would be spent on images using my Copics. My day would include my best stamping buddies, Jan and Chris, who always make the time fun. We are foodies so lots of Italian and Mexican food would be must-haves!! ? In the background, I would have all the best movies from the 80’s playing like The Breakfast Club and Sixteen Candles. One day, this dream will come true. ? Oh, and the cats would have a sleepover at my sister’s house…one of them loves to assist by sitting on whatever I’m working on. LOL!!
My ultimate stamping day would be a full day including a sleepover. We would have coffee and tea with pastries and and fruit in the morning. Soft drinks and pizza with salad late afternoon, plenty of snacks all day and wine and cheese at night. I have many stamping friends I would like to play with, but more realistically I would stamp with my sister and we would make a mess that would probably take a month to clean up!
My stamping day dream would be to have my only sister fly from MN to WA to join me for a week of stamping and catching up on life. She just doesn’t seem to find time for stamping on her own, and I’d love for her to play with my PTI goodies. I’ve got plenty and would be thrilled to share with her. Would definitely have pizza, snacks, chocolate chip cookies and my dear hubby’s grilled anything for meals. She would need lots of real Coca Cola. ?
I’d pick up my BFF from the airport the night before so we can get an early start in the morning. All my stamps & goodies would be laid out where they’re easily accessible and ready to inspire. My BFF got me into stamping but is now into quilting and I would get to show her the new techniques I’ve learned since she has stepped away from her stamps. And maybe one of the Dream Team members would stop by show us some of the things I am trying to do better, i.e. water coloring… Country music would be playing and good food and drink would be in the kitchen. I too would like a fairy to help clean up – we are dreaming BIG right?!! Can’t wait to get my goodies from this release! Well done – again – PTI!!
A whole day to get Christmas cards and tags ready would be great! There is a stamping retreat every 6 months hosted by a girl in my area twice a year….I would love to be able to go sometime!
My dream stamping day would be a snowy day outside, and cozy on the inside. Nothing goes better with crafting than wine! I’m a teacher sit here would be no school!!
I’m at my creative best when I’m alone. My dream day would be spent in my pajamas, in my craft room, snacking on my homemade chicken noodle soup and my mom’s apple pie. With copious amounts of coffee and dark chocolate as well. The sun would be shining and the windows open to invite the warm breeze.
My dream stamping day would take place in my newly-remodeled and freshly organized craft room. Lots of light, a pretty view, no distractions, the phone on silent and a collection of new PTI goodies, stamps, dies, inks and paper!!
Pantry and fridge are well stocked with tasty treats.
Oh Happy Day!!
🙂
I am lucky to be able to get together with friends several times a year for a weekend of scrapbooking and stamping. It is one of the best times ever! We laugh and sometimes cry together, sometimes get a little done, sometimes get a lot done. In the end we leave feeling refreshed with enough smiles stored up to last until the next time! I would love for every one to be able to experience times like this!
My dream stamping day would be in my craft with everyone in my family, including the dog, somewhere else. No distraction, just me and my stamping. Never happens!
A dream stamping day would be at my house in my own studio with my sister and all my sisters-in-law. We’d stamp cards all day and order in our meals so I wouldn’t have to cook anything. They all live in other states, so it’s not likely to ever happen, but you did say dream day! 🙂 It’d be fun if my youngest daughter joined in too.
My dream stamping day would be with my friend, Joani. We would have a whole day of uninterrupted stamping fun where the creativity would flow, resulting in a very productive day. She would come to my house early in the morning and we would have coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt and granola while laying out our goodies and planning our day. Until dinner, we will continue to stamp, eat snacks and drink smoothies. Dinner will be prepared by our husbands, who are also friends. After we eat, they will clean the kitchen so we can continue with our best stamping day ever! This day is called Stamp-a-faire – Thank you, PTI!
My dream day is spent in my craft room with my dog asleep at my feet, rain outside the window, a good Rom com on the tv and a big bowl of popcorn! Currently working on my stash of Christmas cards for this year.
My dream day would be on a stormy, rainy day (we don’t get that much in southern CA). I would have the house to myself and could spread out and not worry about mess. The frig would be stocked so I could snack when I’m hungry. No obligations or interruptions – just a day to play!
What fun it has been to read over 100, dream stamping days because it is wonderful to have some insight to all those stampers out there, that no one else understands:) My day would start in the morning, in an organized room with lots of table space and good ideas. I would have time to make some beautiful cards, and enjoy the whole process. If it is a dream day, my two friends from another town would be visiting, and we would create, talk, laugh, snack on good food and drink wine in the afternoon. Wine o’clock.
My dream crafty stamping day would be in a cozy library in front of a fireplace at home!! Not my home yet maybe someday ? There would be lots of delicious pastries with coffee, tea and cocoa. And it would be just myself and my sister!!
Would just love a full day of stamping with my twin sister without any interruptions in my lovely room. We would have food catered in (made by our husbands) and our husbands would help take care of the little ones. We would have the entire day to ourselves and stamping.
My dream stamping day is when I’m in Florida visiting my sister. We clear the dining table, cover it with newspaper and get out all our stuff. We show each other new techniques, make a complete mess and get very little done but we talk and laugh all day. At the end of the day her marvelous husband cooks dinner for us, tells us not to clean off the table and we eat out on their balcony looking out at the sun setting in the Gulf of Mexico. The next day we start all over again. It’s truly heaven.
A fun day in Hawaii, drinking and eating shaved ice and wonderful island food. We would make tons of cards and all of this would be with my wonderful sister.
Love to stamp with my closet stamping friend. We would be in a quiet space, away from everyday distractions, and have unlimited stamping supplies provided along with our favorite foods/drinks all day.
Would just love to stamp in my pj’s with my sister and neice. It would be fun creating with great Korean food. It would need to be a sunny day as well.
I would love to have a stamping day with my friend Meg in a peaceful spot with a nice view of nature. We would eat lots of appetizers and candy, maybe some pizza or Tex-Mex. She’s such a fun person who totally gets me and my odd sense of humor, so it would be an amazing day.
A dream stamping day would have to be here at my house where all of my supplies are. The house needs to be clean and have lots of good food on hand that, most importantly, I didn’t have to cook! If I had friends or family over, we wouldn’t get as much stamping done as I would by myself, but we would sure get a lot of visiting in!
Three or four times a year, I plan a day of stamping with three long-time friends. I supply the stamping supplies and design most of the cards. My friends bring the food & drink so I never know what the menu will be. We talk, laugh, and have fun stamping. It’s always a dream stamping day for me!
my dream stamping day would be spent at home at the kitchen counter. If I go anywhere else I always leave behind “that one thing I have that would make this project perfect!” I have the most fun when I am creating with my kids, so they would be there, and stay as focused and excited about creating as I am 🙂
Of course, because of the kids, we would eat pizza and root beer floats.
We have a nice sun-filled area for crafting. I would love to have the entire day with a couple of other crafters. Delicious food would be served whenever we wished to eat. We could make a huge mess, and at the end of the day someone would come in, clean it all up, and put everything back exactly where it belongs.
My dream stamping day would be anywhere with my Mom. She and I have enjoyed this hobby for many years and sadly we lost her last June. I think of all the good times we shared together talking about our projects, sharing videos and links and our excitement about our new supplies. I miss her dearly!
I would be with my stamping friend Elizabeth. We would be in a little cabin with a lake view and lots of skylights for good stamping on a sunny spring day. We would have an English High Tea with flowery china and scones and savory quiches and dainty pretty sandwiches and of course many sweet desserts! Oooh, get goosebumps thinking of this!
My dream stamping day would be in Palm Beach loverlooking the ocean. I’d be stamping with two friends and eating seafood salad, crab legs and drinking pina coladas with those silly pink umbrellas. That’s AFTER finding the most beautiful sea shells and ocean glass on the beach.
My dream day would be stamping with Melissa Phillips! I’d come to her studio and learn how to make her beautiful bows and we would create a big pile of lovely cards. Since it’s a dream, we’d eat chicken salad croissant sandwiches, cake and ice cream and other yummy food I can no longer eat.
I use to live my dream crafting day every year with Achiever’s Scrapfest. I so miss it. The location was just 10 miles from my home, there were free Make & Takes by all the top designers along with low cost classes, the store was filled with ALL the latest & greatest products and my crafty friends and I would crop the night away.
My dream stamping day actually happens over 3 days, twice a year, at a youth camp an hour away. We sleep in log cabins, have all our meals prepared for us by the camp cook, and have plenty of table space. I bring all my stamps, usually including some new ones, and lots of ink and cardmaking supplies. Since the camp is a non-profit, I’ve started selling my extra cards to benefit the camp, and raised $100 last time. There are about 80 of us, so we spend a lot of time socializing, trading ideas, and showing each other new products that we can’t live without. We’re all enablers, yes we are…
Did I mention I usually get seated near the snack table? There’s usually some dieting involved when I get home!
My dream stamping day would be with my BFF stamping pal Wendy. We would spend an entire day in my craft room creating and laughing. We would sip on pomegranate tea and have Panera Bread deliver all our meals (yum). This is a dream I need to turn into reality. Thanks for the idea.
My dream day would be stamping away in my craft room with no distractions, great music, and the sun streaming in. Or…maybe I’m able to spend the day creating with some of the people I admire most in the industry. I’d love either scenario. 🙂
ha! I can’t decide if it would be by myself with something like HGTV or Lifetime on in the background or with one of you amazing ladies for inspiration! Definitely pizza and some chocolate would be involved, skittles if I didn’t have these braces on lol. Just the chance to have a full day to be crafty sounds like heaven! I wouldn’t know which project to start on first!
I’ve been thinking of hosting an all day stamp-affair with my stamping buddies for my next birthday. Projects, snacks, coffee, sharing, and maybe a little chit chat! If I have to have another birthday, I might as well celebrate!
I am very lucky that I get several dream stamping days a year! Three of my friends and I have a 3 day stamping retreat at a bed and breakfast every year in January. We also have one in the summer rotating at one of our houses.
My dream stamping day would be a rainy day in which I have zero commitments! Also, my PTI box would have just arrived and I unpacked it!!! I’d eat pizza that my husband picked up, while drinking coca cola. I wouldn’t mind one of my daughters sitting on the couch and telling me all about her thoughts/keeping me company as I stamped. 🙂
My best crafting/stamping friends are now scattered along the east coast. I’d love for us to be able to rent a beach house, get together there with all of our best hoodies, and craft the day away while enjoying the view, company, a light breeze (just enough to enjoy while not turning our workspace into a hurricane mess) beachy drinks and whatever gnoshes our hearts desire.
My dream stamping day would be on a paid for cruise with my dear stamping friends. While I am dreaming, I am dreaming “big.” 🙂 I’d love to have several guest instructors like Betsy Veldman, Jennifer McGuire, Anna Griffith, and Gina K. Food would include the wonderful lunch and dessert buffets available on a cruise. After a busy day of crafting, then we could all go to the spa and be treated to massages and drinks of our choice.
My Dream Crafting Day: I would have a whole day at home by myself. It would be a rainy day and I would be in my comfy pj’s. I’d have my favorite music playing in the background. I would have plenty of food to snack on throughout the day. I would have my new stamps and supplies all set up at my work space. My creative juices are flowing and I am totally in my happy place!!
My daughter and I in our stamping area with the grandsons happily playing in the play room. Hot tea and yummy cookies while we discuss what we are going to be making. Ideas, plans, colors etc. Such a perfect day!
A dream stamping day would be with my PTI stamping buddies, my daughter-in-law and a friend of ours. We’ve been stamping together for a few years now. Food would include something homebaked for morning snacks, something light for lunch and something in the crockpot for dinner, because we’ll be stamping all day long.
My dream stamping day would be my special blog friends & my sister all together at a big house with everything supplied–all the PTI goodies & supplies for making cards! The house would also come with lots of snacking foods so no one would have to take time to fix anything. Dinner would end the day with a catered barbeque feast & Mud Pie for dessert! Fun to dream!
unfortunately i don’t have any friends that stamp but i’d take a day all to myself without distractions and responsibilities in a bright sunlit room and my stamping toys.
My dream stamping day would be at a place were I could try out all the wonderful things you produced over the years. I probably would forget to eat over trying out everything but a peace of Cheescake and some Coffee with Hazelnutmilk sounds great.
Hawaii with my regular group (six of us). Huge open room, big tables, enormous windows with a view. I don’t care what we’d eat ’cause it won’t be made by any of us. 🙂 We would start with the sun and go late into the night. Need music and all my supplies (or most of them).
My dream stamping day would be at home on a workday (a day off work, YAY!) no hubby, no kids, just me, the dog and unlimited sweet coffee drinks! :oD
One of the wonderful things about the internet is that you can make friends from around the world who share the same interests. One of the sad things about the internet is you are still so often alone…my ideal day would be to gather all my friends from around the world and have little mini workshops, with super talented design team members showing new techniques and everyone having make and takes to bring home. We would listen to music and (since this is imaginary and calories don’t count) have cake and cookies and popcorn and pizza … we would of course be somewhere warm, since winter hangs on for so long in the Midwest. And everyone would go home with a goody bag of things that were new to them.
My dream stamping day would be 8 hours of uninterrupted stamping along with my favorite beverages. I have so many stamping friends I can’t narrow it down but being with a group of my friends stamping and laughing together would be so wonderful.
My dream stamping day would be spent with the PTI design team and Jennife McGuire in Jennifer’s studio. We would have a caterer make many scrumptious treats but something containing peanut butter and chocolate would definitely be on the menu.
A quite corner. No husband, or kids, or phone, or tv. Just me with my own thoughts and lots of stamps! A warm cup of coffee and plain M&Ms to snack on. ❤️
My dream day would be spent alone with no distractions and only my fur-baby, Toby, to keep me company. My music would be turned up loud, with me singing along, as I stamped the day away. Of course my Diet Pepsi would be close at hand!
My ideal crafting day would be in my dream house at the beach, with beautiful weather outside the window and a hot latte to drink as I work!
A whole day crafting without interruptions… For maximum comfort it would have to be at home where I could wear old cozy clothes. Of course that would also mean alone but I create better when I can speak to myself aloud… I would play my favorite music in the background. Food would be finger food and drinks would be coffee, although a nice G&T at the end would be nice too!
Love this month’s release, all the spring time goodies and lovely lace! My best stamping day ever would be a cozy beach house with my crafty friends from all over the USA – Beth, Sue, Donna, Audrey etc, you know who you are!
I have more than one dream, 😀 Like a tell my girls, if you are going to dream, Dream BIG!
Dream #1: I would wake up and my craft room would be clean and organized!
Dream #2: A day by myself without distractions to stamp away while watching movies and eating already prepared food and snacks when the mood strikes me.
Dream #3: A day spent stamping with my like-minded friends with a lot of talking and laughing and sharing of ideas.
Dream #4: A day spent with one (or more) of the PTI Design Team members in their studio to watch and learn from them.
A whole day of stamping wirh my BFF Julie. We would have lunch together and talk the day away while we create. We try to do this one day a week throughout the summer. So fun!
My dream would be at a mountain retreat with my sisters creating and laughing and enjoying our favorite hobby with one another!!
Thank yo for the chance to win.
Patti
It would be either in my craft studio or my friend, Veda’s, and there would be chocolate, and probably some Mexican food. And no feelings of things I should be doing, but just enjoyment with my friend, and using all the stamps I have bought and never used.
I really do best stamping alone … I’m too ADD to get much done with even one other person around! However, stepping into fantasy here, I’d love to have someone to clean up after me as I work (cleaning my stamps, putting them away, throwing out scraps, etc), keeping my space somewhat uncluttered … maybe even an elf to do all the gluing/taping that I loathe … and someone to keep me supplied with pizza and chocolate while I work!
My dream stamping day? Hmmm-would be at my house with a few friends, someone to cook for us and have lots of laughs. And my family would be elsewhere-including the dog-so I wouldn’t have to stop and take care of them!!!
My dream stamping day would take place in the middle of nowhere so I could have the windows open, the sun shining, the breeze blowing, and the music cranked!
My dream stamping day would be having my granddaughters over so we could stamp together. They all live several states away so when we do get together we are very busy with other activities. A pizza party would also be the way to go!
My dream stamping day would be with a couple of my close friends. We would be in a hotel suite or getaway house with plenty of space to spread out. We’d feast on good Mexican food and have chocolate and wine. I’m ready to go!
My dream stamping day would be stamping and making cards with my mom. We both enjoy it so much and of course you need snacks with lots of chocolate! We love to see the Pinterest boards to see what everyone is doing and see what we come up with.
My dream stamping day would be spent in Victoria, BC with my best friend, Sue. We would stamp, have snacks, relax, and then go out for a nice pasta dinner. Thank you for the chance to win!
My dream stamping day would be in an amazing studio full of every tool, color and material you could ask for & all within fast and easy access (no hunting or having to dig them out of boxes, or wishing you had this thing or that thing). To make it even better, the studio would have the most unbelievably beautiful mountain view. My best stamping friend, Felicia would be there with me, as well as my daughter and we would have lots of chocolate for sure.
Dream stamping day would be with my grandchildren–all 7 of them. It would be chaotic but a blast. We would have snacky foods and homemade pizza, applesauce and veggie tray with juice boxes for them and hibiscus tea for me.
I dream of a large space with a clear table and everything in its place so I can find it.
How about at a beachside table in Hawaii with my best friend eating Dole Pineapple Whip while sitting in the shade and watching the surfers surf.
My dream day would include having a stamp studio beautifully organized with all of the supplies I would like to have, with my favorite music playing and lots of light and working space.
A day with no chores, no interruptions, no electronics…just me, chocolate, coffee and stamps!
My dream stamping day would be a day alone in my crafting room with no kids, no pets, no phone and no commitments. All my food would be gourmet and delivered. Oh boy do I wish that dream could come true.
My ideal stamping day would be with my dear friend of fifty years, Mary, near the sea in Nova Scotia. We’ve sent each other cards over the years, shared ideas, gifted stamps, dies and courses to each other. It would be a great treat to pack a suitcase full of craft supplies, hop a plane and spend quality time stamping up a storm.
My dream place would be a sun room. Windows on 3 sides with a garden brimming with flowers, trees and birds just outside these large windows. I would love to have screen windows that open to let a soft breeze whisper the sounds of creation. My cats would be close by enchanted by the scenery. My furniture would be white within this room with pops of all bright colors….yellow, lime green, hot pink, turquoise and a bit of bright orange. My one wall would have beautiful quotes, pictures of my family thru the years with a soft yellow or aqua paint. And my husband in the other room making dinner reservations so I don’t have to leave and start fixing a meal. Lol. My dream room….someday.
My perfect day would be spent home, no kid, no Mister, no distractions. I would have gotten everything put away before hand and everything in it’s place. No cooking or cleaning looming at the end of day. Plenty of coffee and Pandora would only be playing “the good songs” without a lot of commercials.
My dream stamping day would be with my only 2 friends who enjoy stamping & live WAY too far away to see on a regular basis. We’d spend the day talking & stamping (and definitely laughing) at my kitchen table. Since we’re talking a dream day, it’d be catered by The Cheesecake Factory so we’d have plenty of yummy sweets, plus coffee & ice cold Diet Pepsi. Then Nichole would just happen to stop by & say that the folks in charge of Anne of Green Gables licensing finally gave permission for an Anne set & she was dropping off my advance set! Pull up a chair, Nichole, there’s plenty of cheesecake to go around!
My dream would be to spend the day with sweet Melissa Phillips in her craft room getting to know her and watching her creative process. We could have tea and cucumber sandwiches or whatever she wants! Nothing would make me happier!!! Dreams are so much fun…
Being a pluviophile, I’ve have already lived my perfect stamping day. I was right here at home and it was during a hurricane. I had lost power so it was quiet, except for the sound of the wind and the rain. Give me a cozy rainy/snowy day and I’m happy as can be.
My dream stamping day would be to tour the PTI facility then stamp and create with Nichole and maybe one of the dream team. We would eat little tea treats and drink ice tea. Oh! Such a sweet dream….
I would LOVE to go on a stamping/crafting cruise with all of my best friends!!! It wouldn’t matter where we went as we have fun whenever we are together!!
First off, it would have to be a day free of other distractions with my sister. Then I would like my creativity juices to flow freely and I would have ALL the supplies needed to create any project. Food would be any simple pick up food that would let me continue working without having to stop to switch out a stamp for a fork. Finally ALL my projects would come out looking as beautiful as all the many projects I have seen.
My dream day would be alone in my craft room.(with music, sun shining and all the supplies I need for every project) I would make clean and simple card, drink some fresh fruit juice. I’m happy just imagining it.
I have never gone on a stamping retreat but hope to go one day with my daughter and daughter in law:) WE would leave the guys to fend for themselves and have a fabulous week together filled with good food, laughs, love and memories to last forever!!
I had an ultimate stamp week…that would be the PTI Stampin’ Cruise in 2008! Sun by day, stamp by night, BFF with me (also celebrating her birthday while cruising!), awesome projects and class time, all supplies provided, fabulous company, didn’t have to cook because there was food, food, food everywhere…it was a dream! I know it was a tremendous amount of work for the stamp companies and staff, but it was and remains the highlight of trips…thank you PTI!
My best friend and I have been dreaming about going on a crafting cruise together and have put it on our bucket list:) Hopefully when we retire we will be able to go!!
my dream stamping day would be one with no noise… just me, my supplies and the sound of silence!
My dream stamping day would be a sunny one and I’d be all alone in the house. No food would be involved. No cooking for anyone would be done. But there may be a couple of lemondrop martinis involved. The End.
My dream stamping day would be with a small group of friends in a large craft room with lots of supplies. It would be on a second floor with some cozy chairs near big windows with a view, so that breaks in creating would be inspiring.
Someone else would provide a fruit and lunch at some point and the coffee pot would always be on.
Would love to stamp the night away with close friends and lots of wine!
My dream stamping day is getting together with my Mom and sisters to stamp all day. Having my Dad “pop in” to check on us, to see if he needs to make a food run for us, whether to the fridge/kitchen or to the store/restaurant, keeping us stocked in sweets (chocolate, fruit, ice cream, etc), and protein to help us not to od on sweets. 🙂
My dream stamping day would be to have the whole house to myself on a snowy day, with my little dog to keep me company. My craft room would be immaculate and organized, as would the rest of my house. The pantry would be stocked with various assortments of chocolate!
My dream crafting day would include my one crafty friend (although she doesn’t paper craft). She would do her thing and I would do mine. There would be lots of laughter and chocolate for sure. And I would have all the supplies I need!
My dream crafty day would be a week of alone time stamping my way through every stamp set I have. Ok maybe that would take more than a week. But that is as long as I would want to be without my family.
My day of dreams will begin in my *new* crafting room, with my beloved daughter. Lots of good music and laughter.
We’ll eat together a lot of exotic fruits that we love so much!
This is so easy! Every year my stamping club goes to a cabin in the mountains for a few days to do projects. The first night is always a big group chicken salad mixed in the big red bowl donated by one of our dear friends before she passed away. So we have a tradition, great memories, and so much stamping fun!
Early morning I arise excited to know I have the entire day to stamp without interruption. I get a large insulated cup of freshly ground strong coffee and head in to my craft room. I light a scented candle and crank up George Winston piano music. The mood is set for my creativity and dig in to my latest order of fresh new goodies from PTI!
A day with great friends, lots of fun food to eat and I am sure there would be lots of laughter!
My perfect stamping day would be with my BFF Leslie, in my soon to be studio, we would have Greek salad with lots of beets because they are good for you and follow it up with hot fudge cream puffs from Erma’s. Perfect.
In a dream world my craft room would be totally organized, and my kitchen and dining room would be clean and neat for eating! We would have all sorts of snacky items, sweet and salty, as well as some nice meal. I’m flexible with who would attend! Love to have my mom and sisters… Or some stamping friends. I also have also greatly enjoyed a “shoe box swap, where each person designs a card and brings supplies for the people attending to make their design! That way you learn new techniques etc, but you only have to “design” one card!
My dream stamping day is with my daughter Jo-Ann and her friends and my friend, Louise, with Everyone having a six foot table, comfy chairs, great food ? and laughter and fun.
My dream stamping day would be on a secluded and private beach with white sand and eye candy serving my besties and I, Pam, another Pam, Nicole P., Christine and about 20 others, tropical fruit and cocktails while listening to the ocean waves crash, in a hut with an open view to the ocean and every crafty convenience we could possibly want at our disposal.
I would love to have a stamping day with my Stamp Club friends. We would be at a stamping store, where, magically all items in the store would be available for our use! Yes, I know THAT will never happen but it’s fun to think about. Otherwise my stamping friends meet once/month at each others houses to try out something new, catch up on each others lives and have a bit of dessert. That makes for a pretty special day in my book!
What a fun question to daydream about! My ultimate craft day would be just my Mom and I with no interruptions. Crafting in my craft room with popcorn!
My dream stamping day would be in a stamp shop where I can use and try everything !! Of course with my crafting friends, lots of coffee, delicious cakes and lots, lots of time ! But i know…..it´s a dream….but sometimes dreams come true. So never loose hope **smile**
The perfect stamping day would be at the beach with an ocean view with a huge table of good friends! We would eat chocolate and drink wine! Lol!!
A rainy uninterrupted lots of coffee & soup day. Wine would be great at the end of the day, but doesn’t always lend to even stamping 🙂
Spending a day creating cards with my daughter and granddaughter would be so wonderful–we would snack on crunchy carrot and celery sticks, have warm fresh baked bread and a salad for lunch. We would need to preplan as we live in different states and have work schedules to consider. Just thinking about a day together would be absolutely wonderful.
At the Whatever Craft house in Kansas with all the stamping buddies I could fit…I’m sure some would even sleep on the floor to come play! We could share stamps and laughs and wine and fun!
My day would start out in my crafting studio with the soft filtered morning light to brighten my space as I gather my thoughts for the day. I would spend the day hosting a stamp and crafting workshop for all of my girlfriends and nieces and where we would sit and catch up with what’s been going on in all of our busy lives then we would all enjoy an early dinner of summer kale salad with homemade vinaigrette followed by slow roasted pork with apple chutney and creamy mashed potatoes and an upside down plum cake for dessert.
I would invite several friends from SCS to fly to Carmel-by-the-Sea, California- we would stay at a cozy inn, eat wonderful fresh Cali-style food, walk to the beach for an inspiration break, and craft for a whole week-end of love and fun.
Would love to be able to have a nice relaxing day, in a cabin in the mountains somewhere to just craft all day long without any interruptions. With yummy comfort foods and friends who enjoy crafting as much as I do!
My dream crafty day would be one where it’s cold and snowy outside so it’s even nicer to be warm and cozy inside! I’d be with all of my crafty friends surrounded by lots of stamps, dies, and inks and tons of yummy food! ?
I am so blessed and happy to report that for the last 3 years I get my dream stamping day (actually 2 days!!!) as a birthday present from my dearest friend Kim. We rent a 2 bedroom suite at a local hotel, very near our favorite stamping store, Angela’s Happy Stamper in Reston VA. We check in Saturday mid-day and checkout Monday (late checkout for some last minute ink!!) Sometimes we go out to eat but we bring sandwich makings and snacks so if we are inky and don’t feel like going out, no prob. And Kim has already made our reservation for this year!! As we all know, TIME and ATTENTION are, next to LOVE, the biggest gifts we can give each other. So blessed that my dear friend makes this much time for us to get inky together! Hugs all around. Hope you all get your dream day soon!
I am so lucky that I have a dream stamping day every month with a bunch of my stamping friends. We take turns at each others houses and have a pot luck each time…so much fun
I would love to have a day to get-together with all the wonderful and super talented crafty friends I’ve made online. I recently saw pictures of the fabulous Craft House in Kansas and think that that would be an awesome place to all meet up. Of course there would be a buffet of sweet treats and delicious eats for us all to enjoy as we get to chat, laugh and create.
My dream stamping day … hmmm … No one in my family is really into it, so I would love to have them join me, it would most likely be with my friends. My house or a friend’s is fine. It’s just fun camaraderie.
I would love to have an outdoor stamping party – I’m thinking a cozy screened porch, warm breezes, fruity drinks, flowers for inspiration, and friends!
Oh! What a day that would be! Cold pizza and hot new Papertrey stamps with a surprise visit from my Mom…my best stamping buddy who has been with the Lord for 11 years now, but I still miss her!
The perfect stamping day for me would be cold and rainy outside, warm and toasty inside. There wouldn’t be any distractions or phones, but there would be an unopened box from PTI with new stamps, dies, paper and ink for me to open and play with. I would need to have a fridge full of soda and all the types of food you’d expect for the Super Bowl. That would be my idea of Stamping Heaven!
My dream stamping day would be a Papertrey Ink retreat on the Oregon Coast, a little beach time, craft time, a tropical drink or 2, a huge Dungeoness Crab for supper with a nice bay shrimp salad. More stamping and crafting after supper and then end the evening with a nice glass of Chardonnay while enjoying the evening breeze. 🙂
My dining room will have been converted to be my craft room. The light and view there is wonderful. I will have two of my best friends for the day, or better, the weekend. We will have catered food that includes everyone’s favorite and of course ice cream and candy. There will be someone who will come in and clean up. Sounds like fun.
Dream stamping day for me would a be at a craft retreat by the sea with my friends. Everybody bringing their stash so we all could try each other sets, plenty of good food & drinks. When we need a break, everyone could just step out & enjoy the beach. Two of my love in 1 event. Stamping & beach.
Well my dream day would be to get up in the morning with all kinds of new stamps and everything needed to make cards and scrapbook pages all day with no interruptions. At home with my sisters and some of my favorite crafting bloggers eating great snacks of all kinds, starting and stopping whenever we wanted. Learning new techniques and just having a ball and giggling all day and night. Dreaming of such a day just makes me happy. Loved your release.
If I could just have a whole day in my stamping room that would be enough. The best would be to have my stamping friends and my sisters here with me – we would have a blast!!! We would play with all kinds of new techniques and stamps that we haven’t used yet. The food wouldn’t really be all that important – a day of stamping tops everything!!!
My sister will be visiting here on Crete in a little over a month. I passed on the stamping bug last year, so I’m looking forward to some fun stamping time, sharing tips and tricks, drinking cappucino fredo, eating kalitsounias and visiting our favourite Greek taverna for mezedes.
I get to spend very little time alone (I know some people would say I should be thankful for that), so I would want to spend a day in my craft room–alone– with a favorite show playing on Netflix on my tablet. I am a huge snacker, so frequent breaks would be taken to “run” to the kitchen for a quick bite of anything that catches my fancy.
A quiet day alone at home in my craft room is always my dream stamping day! I have everything I could possibly want at my fingertips. As long as we’re dreaming, I would love to have someone deliver delicious pizza, which I would enjoy with a glass (or two!) of wonderful red wine. I would be dressed in comfy leggings and a T-shirt (and my slippers). I would have my favorite music playing, and would end my day with ice cream! Oh, a girl can dream. . .!
I’m lucky enough to get to live my dream stamping day every year, although it isn’t just a day, it is a four day retreat! We load up the van, stop for lunch and then head up the mountain to a farmhouse with an attached studio. Unpack our stamps, dies, inks, etc., and start playing with each other’s supplies. We do have wifi, but no cell service means are families really do have to fend for themselves!
These comments were a ton of fun to read. I would love to gather with about twenty friends that I have met on line in the Paper Trey sherhouse where tables and machines are set up for us to craft with every PTI stamp, ink, paper, die, etc. food would be available but we probably won’t have time to eat.
My dream stamping day would be at home with my daughter once she’s old enough making cards together. We’d eat cheesecake and laugh all day while crafting. I can’t wait to meet her in June!
My dream stamping day would be solo. Just peace and quiet with no interruptions, surrounded by music playing in the background, and an endless supply of coffee & tea and a plateful of cookies & scones at my elbow. 🙂
An ultimate stamping day would be making cards with my group is stamping friends. Doesn’t matter here because we have lots of giggles wherever we are!
A dream stamping day would be with my twin sister and my niece (I usually only get to see them once or twice a year. 🙁 ). I also pull things they would like touse and then I clean the stamps so they can have fun with my goodies.
I usually just fiddle around with tools or images but maybe I could finish a card too. That doesn’t have to happen because I just love to share.
As far as eating…there can’t be any food when crafting because I am a total klutz! LOL!
The best stamping day ever would be one in my very own craft room (hasn’t happened just yet). A cheery place where everything’s at hand, no searching in this place or in that box for items I need. I can just go in by myself and focus on my project in my comfy clothes and maybe with a special cup of coffee. Sigh…
My dream stamping/crafting day would be with my baby sister (and best friend!). We would be somewhere with lots of light & no kids 😉 We would order take out & craft all day and night, laughing the whole time!
What a great release, so much on my wish list! My dream stamping day would be at home because I have so much stuff the thought of moving it anywhere stresses me out. I could squeeze a few of my friends who I’ve converted to stamping around the dining room table so I could share all my goodies with them. Lots of chocolate & chips to snack on & maybe we could get my wonderful husband to pick us up burritos for lunch from my favorite local Mexican restaurant!
My dream stamping day would be at home on a day where I got up to get ready for work but instead went straight to my studio. No makeup, no getting dressed and preferably my two dogs would be at daycare!!! No interruptions!!!!!
A dream stamping day, would just be a day without interruptions and distractions to just create and have fun. I am kind of a solitary crafter, so in my space, but maybe with someone to bring me some snacks, and clean up the mess, so I could just go from project to project!
I would love a full day of stamping and creating with my daughter. A house at the beach with lots of sunshine to work by. And, of course, some really good food – certainly someone else would cook and clean up – that goes with saying. 😉
I don’t think I could be more blissful!
My dream day would be with someone who could teach me water coloring. It would be in a bright, airy craft room. We would have pizza, soft drinks and cupcakes. No one or four legged creatures to bother us! I would also be pain free all day!
My dream crafting day would be here at my house with a good friend from Texas who I haven’t seen in a few years. Can’t think of anything better!
My dream stamping day would be in my basement (craft room) but it would be organized (something it is not and never has been). I would love to have the entire day to do whatever I wanted, guilt free, (no one needing my attention for anything). I would love stamping with a friend, but could be myself just as easily. I probably wouldn’t eat, would just be too focused on whatever I was creating and less chance of a mishap that way. Just having the day to freely play with my stamps, dies and inks would be a real treat.
Gorgeous release! Love the cloche quarters! Dream stamp day would include good friends, good food, & lots of stamping (with papertrey products, of course!)… 🙂
I’m pretty easy to please – a snowy, snowy day with the fireplace on and no obligations!
My dream stamping day would be having my stamping buddies come over for a day of sharing crafting ideas along with our latest purchases and hopefully even making a card or two in between an all day round of coffee and good eats.
Congrats on another fabulous release!
My day starts with a fantastic breakfast of Kona coffee, fresh pineapple and a bagel/smear. This is easy to get because I’m in Hawaii overlooking an amazing coast. Seated on fluffy pillows with all necessary crafting supplies spread out around me the landscape is suggesting all of the fabulous color combinations she wants me to try on my paper projects, I’m happy to oblige!
please don’t wake me 🙂
My dream stamping day would be at my kitchen table, with my Mom and my sone. We would have cookies, ice cream and pizza. We would have fun all day, doing cards and scrapbook pages. My son would do the bookmarks for his teachers.
My ultimate stamig day would be to have a whole day with a friend in my new craft space. Stamping and crafting and chatting the whole day without any other worries or distractions! An uninterrupted day rarely happens these days so just one day would be magnificent. A little food and tasty wine never hurts either!!!
My dream stamping day would be to spend it with my BFF Lainey. I could learn so much from her and we would have a blast!!!
A house to myself and plenty of ideas!
Dream stamping day?
kind of simple but it would start with being alone – i’m more productive and creative without a lot of interruptions LOL! I’d have my latest order from Papertrey received a few days prior 🙂 I’d have some sketches of cards i’d like to make OR have my latest scrapbooking project on my table. I’d have a pot of coffee brewing, my pajamas on and some music playing. Finally since i’m dreaming – a crew of elves would show up at night and clean up! LOL
I would be here in my stamping space, all alone so I’d have no interruptions. It would be a sunny day. I’d be dressed in comfy clothes, snacking on yummy food with no calories (this is a dream, right?).
My dream stamping day will take place in a professional crafting room, stuffed with every product I can imagine. I play around with all the cool stuff, chatting with some crafty friends. We have pizza in between die cutting and stamping, topped by creamy ice cream.
And when I upload my pictures of the day I figure out, I’ve won a great prize (like today’s), LOL !
So, today is my birthday, maybe my dream will come true …
My dream stamping day would be held somewhere away from home, and some place with beautiful scenery. I don’t care where. And I would be with my crafty friends and other stampers all sharing products and ideas. And of course there would be food! Easy munchies, lots of decadent dishes…and margaritas! Throw in a jacuzzi for evening relaxing and I’m there!
Rainy day, stamping with Melissa Phillips in her studio, eating muffins and drinking coffee!
My dream stamp day would be on the beach stamping with Nichole Heady and the paper trey team and drinking some bubbly and desserts to celebrate creativity and inspiration and friends.
My stamping day would be with by myself. Some background music playing on the stereo. No food at the time of creating, but afterwards enjoy some Chinese Food from takeout and roam around pinterest for more inspiration on my next stamping day!
My ultimate stamping day would require only 2 things: My crafting area would be (miraculously) cleaned and organized, and I would have the.whole.day all to myself! Well, a girl can dream!
A quiet day in my crafty cave with one or two friends to chat with and be inspired by. We would have a coffee and snack bar. Perfect!
To have space and time to create with no interruptions, surrounded by similar, passionate card making buddies, anywhere in the world … that would be a wonderful day! Wouldn’t matter what we ate or drank as long as we were stamping! Anita 🙂
My dream day would be crafting with my sister right here in my craft room. (I have more options to craft with.). I don’t get t be with her very often and we have never shared the same interests before. She just got interested in making cards and we would have so much fun. It is also so motivating to craft with someone as you can play off of each other’s ideas. As for snacks, it would be popcorn and Enstrom’s English Toffee. Great dream!
My dream stamping day would be with my fabulous nieces and my sister! It would be at my house in my living room where I would clear my furniture and we would watch movies while we stamp the day away! I would make slow cooker chicken fajitas with lime cilantro rice and have lots of chocolate to munch on. Pure heaven that vision would be.
Great April release! So much fabulous new products I must have and fabulous inspiration ?❤️
A wintry day snowed in with my crafty friends! Every kind of junk food we love and lots of inspiration from each other to make lots of projects. Love all the new releases!!
My dream stamping day would last 2 days. It would be spent at my friends beach house with her and 2 other best friends. We would stamp without kids or hubbies and snack on chocolates, home made cookies and whatever anyone would think to bring. In the evening we would go out for a fresh seafood dinner. Stamping would last until the wee hours of the morning and start again the next day after having coffee while walking on the beach in the early morning. After spending the second day like the first we would leave about mid day on the third to go back to civilization.
A perfect stamping day for me would be in my scrap room on a beautiful day with windows open so I can hear the birds singing. I would have the house to myself. There would be plenty of chocolate fudgy brownies and some In-N-Out burgers! And Diet Coke. LOL. There might be a good movie playing in the background. There would be an endless supply of cardstock and stamps and ink at my disposal. I would have Pinterest pulled up for inspiration. A perfect day!
My dream stamp day has the dog in a kennel, fridge full of healthy snack foods and drinks, and would include my friend from college who introduced me to card making and any of my daughters. It would have preplanned projects so we’d actually get something done amidst our laughing, talking, and sharing.
My dream stamping day would be spent overlooking the beaches of Maine with my best girlfriends. We would be eating fresh lobster and other seafood, amazing wine and just enjoying each other!
My dream stamping day would be here at the house in my craft room, to avoid traveling with supplies. It would be with my daughter, and in a few years my granddaughter (who is under 2 right now, and that would be a huge mess!). We would eat all sorts of decadent food and huge amounts of dark chocolate. Of course, for any of this to happen I’d need to spend a huge amount of time cleaning and organizing the craft room so we wouldn’t spend half of the time looking for stuff!
My dream stamping day would take place in the studio that had magically expanded to fit all the products that I have been buying, and had been cleaned and reorganized so I could find everything I wanted. Since magic is involved, there would be no food guilt that day, either, and I could eat lots of pizza and fresh-baked cookies.
My dream stamping day would be spent in my art room with some new stamps, music, no phone, and no obligations.
My dream stamping day would be a full day of stamping at the most “magical place on earth” Disney World and I’d get to stamp with the owners from all my favorite stamping companies as well as stamp with Disney characters especially the seven dwarfs. I would have access to every product my favorite companies make along with an abundance of all my favorite crafting supplies too. We would eat all my favorite foods like seafood, garlic alfredo pasta, burritos/fajitas, and potatoes made a ton of different ways. Desert would be strawberry cheesecake. We’d drink wine, soda, and sweet iced tea. We’d have so much fun that we’d talk Disney into letting have a sleep over in the park so we could create all night long while looking out of the windows in Cinderella’s castle.
My dream stamping day would involve any of my crafty stamping friends over for some good creative fun. We would have have party type potluck food already prepared in the kitchen, drinks and just fun company. We would have challenges to help keep the focus on crafting, but they would be spaced far enough apart so that we could still enjoy each other’s company. Hmmm….Sounds like SAF!
Linda
My dream stamping day would be a rainy day in an oceanfront cottage. Sandwiches and potato chips to eat through the day followed by a pizza at night! I’d do anything to have my mom back who recently passed away as she loved throwing ideas at me to see if I could pull them off! And a gift certificate for some online stamp shopping wouldn’t hurt!
I would love to spend time with so many friends that I have never met…Darnell, Marcia, Birgit, just to name a coupke, I would have to include my BFF Linda and so many others. Meeting at a house would be fantastic!
Wow, a dream stamping day? Cool! It would happen right here, in my house, with all my stamping goodies, my furbaby Ty contently snoozing at my side in his pet bed, my hubby upstairs happily gaming away, all my favorite songs playing on the radio and hubby bringing home takeout Chicken Teriyaki for lunch and Tofu Pad Thai for supper from my favorite places so I didn’t have to stop and cook. And the doorbell rings with the UPS man delivering all the stamping goodies on my wishlist that I have wanted for so long… (hey, as long as we are dreaming… right?) Ah, heaven!
I’d love to have any day! My ideal day would include my daughter, no interruptions, music, an organized space where everything was neat & easily accessible (and pretty!). It would also include every stamp set, die, ink, and accessory ever made by PTI 🙂 There would be several hours of creativity and plenty of snacks. A gal can dream, right?
I’d be in my craft room, by myself, with nothing else to do that day. No one will call me (except to text me back after I send them cute photos of what I’m making and tell me how fabulous it is!) and I will be eating crunchy, homemade cookies, all day, with impunity and large glasses of cold milk.
My dream day is already a reality in part. I go away to a beautiful lake home in Minnesota a couple times a year with 4 other friends who enjoy making cards. We spend 5 days (soon to be 6) doing nothing but making cards from early in the morning till we go to bed at night. We do break for a 2 mile walk each day and have a shared meal schedule in place. We all bring the “snacks” and share our “stamps” for the weekend. The only improvement would be if Betsy or Kay or Melissa or Amy or … were joining us!
My dream stamping day would be with my daughter. We would have green chili cheese fries, and make some great cards on a beautiful, snowy day.
I really have to be alone to do the best work, and have to have a clean neat area, so dream stamping day would be having a cleaned up work area and an empty house! Would put on some great music, and only stop for refreshments when the project was done!
My dream stamping day would be a day alone in a perfectly organized studio filled with everything I could possible dream of from stamps and dies to inks, cardstock and embellishments. I would create gifts from sun up to sun down for those I love, listening to music or watching Hallmark movies, snacking on popcorn and ice cream with my favorite non-human, our beloved corgi, Mackie who passed away 2 years ago. He was always my stampin’ buddy and constant companion. This would be a heavenly day!
my ultimate stamping day would be a day where all my daily tasks are done, my space is clear and full of potential and there are no “to do’s” in my head! Just a day where my creative juices are the only thing required to have fun! Oh, and all the goodies I plan to purchase tonight! : )
My dream stamping day would be at home alone in my own crafty space. No interruptions — including needing to eat — would be ideal!
It’s a good stamping day when my stamping buddy and I get together to share a new technique with all the needed supplies. We have make and takes and since we both love chocolate, that most certainly is around in one form or another! We both have different styles to our crafting and that makes it truly a learning day with each other. Stamp on!!!
Can I have two? The first would be being at home alone on a lovely sunny day and it would be quiet. I could spread my craft stuff out and putter and play – taking tea breaks and lunch of course! The second would be with a group of my closest crafting friends, they’d probably be more talking than crafting in the end. Maybe we could run challenges – use the same limited materials or time limited challenge and see what we could come up with. There would be chocolate and chocolate brownies. Maybe salad or soup and lots of other nibbly snacks.
My dream stamping day will come true this upcoming weekend as I get together with 5 of my crafty girlfriends, lake side at a cottage for a full weekend of craftiness and good times, good food and camaraderie!
A large lodge with plenty of space and big beautiful windows. My group of crafty friends keeps growing, so I would want all of them with me. We would have all accommodations in one place, have all meals catered. Staying up all night and day crafting, sharing, and creating. My perfect crafting get away.
My dream stamping day would be on a Saturday, all day, with a couple of friends. We would have all the space we needed to spread out with a gorgeous view of the woods, and lots of sunlight. We’d have coffee and doughnuts, soup and salad, and pizza with all the toppings for dinner. Quick and easy so we can get back to stamping! Lots of music in the background, but not too loud so we can enjoy our fellowship and be inspired by each other’s work, with a little chocolate. ; ) I’m totally inspired with Papertrey Ink products and enjoy all the designers projects they show us. Thank you for everything, including the chance to dream a little on this fine Saturday!
Dream day would be a card making day from morning to night! No interruptions, no meals to make, no cleaning !
I can’t even imagine a day alone to stamp as I wish! I would make sure there was no cooking, only my favorite takeout delivered to me. Lots of snacks & drinks. And of course my laptop with lots of Pintrest inspiration!
My most ultimate dream stamping day would be in my unorganized scrap you, with my 2 favorite granddaughters. One on each side of me, talking & laughing, with that who needs music. For food, probably some assorted kinds of M&M’s, diet coke or flavored water and maybe some trail mix. We’d stamp for a while, than they would help me organize for a while, and so on until Grandpa says, “Isn’t it time to quit now!” And then we’d realize it’s way past midnight! These 2 love stamping as much as I do. They are 15 & 12. Oh, how I love them.
My dream stamping day would be spent at home with my 13-year-old daughter. We would stay comfy n our pj’s all day and eat lots of chocolate.
A dream stamping day is with crafty friends, with lots of fruits to snack on, in a bed and breakfast by the beach.
I’d be happy to have some time to myself without my children needing my help with anything. Food would be lots of sushi!
How about a 3-day cruise with the Papertrey Ink Design Team and all my Blogland friends. I live 15 minutes drive from the Port here in Florida and and love cruising 🙂
We would eat the yummy food, drink tropical juices ;-), listen to fabulous music and craft to our hearts content while sailing to the Bahamas!
My dream stamping day would be at a cabin in the mountains with my friends and we would eat burrito bowls all day.
Every month I have a dream stamping day with 5 other women. We’ve been stamping together since 2000, and after a few hours of inky fun, we go out to lunch. We love to try new places!
My dream stamp day would be from morning coffee until bedtime puttering in my craft room – not just stamping but also organizing. I’d get ahead on birthday cards so I won’t be making them last minute in the coming months. I really want to finish swatching all my inks (I have a LOT!) Someone else would cook and clean for the day too!
Looks like I’m not alone in liking to stamp by myself!
My dream stamping day would be in the comfort of my room preferably with no one in the house so that I can blast music to my heart’s content. I would have something sweet by my side – hot chocolate, brownies, or maybe a platter of berries. I could easily spend the whole day crafting so I would probably end up having to order something for dinner, perhaps a large Hawaiian pizza. I would end the day cuddling with my dog and sharing my creations with my sister or mother 😀
I would just love to get together with some friends and my SIL to have a whole day to ourselves to stamp away. Wouldn’t matter where it was!
My stamping day would be with my girlfriend Janice who inspires me. Our day would be at my house as I have a pretty nice craft room. We would chill all day in that room with some soft music and for lunch a yummy homemade salad. I think a great treat in the afternoon would be triple zero vanilla yogurt with a mini peppermint patty all crunched up within those yummy folds.
It would be hard to say exactly, but I know it wouldn’t be at my house…..too many distractions. I wish I could have a whole day to stamp!
My dream day would be with my sister. She introduced me to scrapbooking, and her friends have a cottage where they host paper crafting retreats. I would move the cottage to the ocean in my dream so we could craft to the sound of the waves. Also, since it’s a dream, the day would unfold like our very own expo with little classes taught by my favorite stampers, many of whom are PTI pros. We would enjoy a buffet of treats from our favorite seafood restaurants in New Orleans. Let the good times roll 🙂
My dream stamping day would take place on a warm sunny breezy day. I would wake up refreshed with no other cares and walk downstairs to my craft room. No interruptions, no negative thoughts , only the exact level of creativity would meet me as I sit down to contemplate a project and I would begin. I might not complete something, but that project would be the spark to other creative ideas. I would probably eat leftovers for lunch and leave s Pugh for dinner so I would not have a time constraint. It would be a perfectly lovely day alone.
My dream stamping day would be at one of those stamping retreats – maybe one out of the country like Italy!! It would be a beautiful old bed and breakfast that’s been turned into a giant crafting haven! I would have a whole weekend, unlimited supplies and several of my favorite card makers and artists! We would have unlimited baked goods, munchies, and our own personal chef!
My dream day would be with my sister, who passed away 2 years ago. I don’t care where, just to be creating with her once again would be all that I could ask for!
My perfect stamping day would be at home by myself with 2 extra long tables to work on. All the papers, stamps and dies would be set out ready to work on. Someone would magically come in and clean up after me!
I love to craft alone because I make a huge mess when I craft. All I need is an uninterrupted day and lots of coffee!
My dream stamping day would have to take place in my stamping room. I do my best work in my “happy place”! I might be alone or stamping with my sister. I don’t really like to have food or drink around my work area but on my breaks I would love a lean corned beef sandwich on an onion roll, chips, cole slaw, a tall cold glass of Coca Cola and my Mom’s blackberry cobbler. YUM!!
I would love to invite all my crafty Sisters, Mom, and Sisters in law to a craft room filled with every Papertrey Ink product from the past up until now! We would craft the day away with several PTI designers teaching us mini-classes, and have a catered meal from Kneaders as well as lots of chocolate!
My dream day would be to have my three stamping buddies here at home with me with nothing to do but make cards all day & into the night. We would take a lunch break for chicken salad sandwiches, iced tea & a big piece of chocolate cake. More crafting & a big pot of chowder with hot biscuits for dinner & hot fudge sundae for dessert. We would need all that food for strength to do more stamping!
Me alone with my craft supplies, working without any distractions or disturbance, endless supply of junk food to keep me going. Magic would happen and I’ll make amazing stuff at full speed.
Stamping Day Dream
Peeps….Kay,Melissa,Betsy And Amy
Where-One of their craft rooms on a sunny and warm day with air conditioner
Meal-Cooked by me
We will begin with Chorizo and Cream Cheese Mini Tarts, followed by a Vegetable Frittata and culminating with a Pesto Cheesecake or a Brie Wheel with Garlic and Guava Paste encased in Puff Pastry. The main course would be a Chicken Lasagna with three cheeses, accompanied by Ripe Plantains in a Wine Sauce with Dried Apricots and Prunes and a Romaine and Iceberg Lettuce with Mandarin wedges and almonds and a Dijon Mustard and Honey Dressing. Culminating there would be a display of mini desserts such as Caramel and Chocolate Chips Mini Brownies, Acanelados (sort of a jelly roll spread with Dulce De Leche and a sifting of Powdered and Cinnamon Sugar) and my signature Cookies-Almond and Oatmeal with a Sugar Glaze. All would be enjoyed with Pitchers of White Sangría. ¡Buen Provecho!
……………..ANY BIDDERS?,,,,,,,,,,,
Rainey grey day all alone with nothing to do but play with stamps, eat take out Thai food and some good wine and coffee too!
I think it would be stamping with a couple of good friends but also with a top notch teacher who could give me some one-on-one colouring lessons! Chocolate would feature heavily and after the stamping’s finished a couple of glasses of bubbles wouldn’t go amiss!
I used to host a stamping/scrapbooking group club from 2005-2008 and it would be so fun to be back in Maryland with my club. Lots of good memories for sure.
I get to live my dream stamping day every year. My stamping friends and I head to Gatlinburg from 3 different states; stay the better part of a week in a condo and stamp day and night! We all plan projects that we teach to the others. We eat, laugh and shop and get our craft on!
Dream stamping day? Probably at a resort overlooking a lake or the ocean. I only have a few stamping friends so they can come along. We would nosh on dark chocolate raspberry truffles, oh and have banana bread French toast. And we would have remembered everything, including embellishments, to finish dozens of cards! yes!
All my crafty friends are long distance so a dream day would be for them to come to my house, (I have the most room)stamp to our hearts content without interruptions. Maybe watch movies if we get tired and order in whatever food we want. Why waste precious stamping time cooking something, that’s another day.
I’d love a day with a”natural rise”, a leisurely breakfast, followed by stamping as long as I want in my pajamas. It would be twice as much fun if my best friend, Bev, spent the previous night at my house and joined me for the ritual of natural rise, breakfast, and day long pajama stamping!
My dream stamping day would be right at home. I would stay in my pjs all day long and would stamp all day uninterrupted. As much fun as I have once a month at my stamping ladies night, I get more stamping done by myself.
My Dream Day for stamping would be a sunny, long summer day, with my friend Jill, my craft room in perfect order before we start and a list of the cards I’d like to complete. Music playing like usual when I make cards….and a half-dozen cards finished to stash until needed!
Me and two of my girlfriends get together at my girlfriends condo at the beach. we get up and we stay in our jammies all day and scrap and stamp and have munchies and alcoholic beverages and it’s a blast. It’s nice to share different ideas .
What a beautiful release! Adding most of these to my wishlist! My dream stamping day would be in my craft room (magically organized and cleaned by some craft fairies) and with my sweet niece. I’ve been sharing my love of stamping and crafting with her and I think she’s caught the bug- especially stamping. We would eat fruit and cupcakes (her favorite) and not have any regrets 🙂 It’s great to dream – great question and makes me think I should try to make it happen! Why not??
My dream stamping day would be with my Mom and sister, who both live a long ways away. We would have a great time
My dream day of crafting would be on a tropical island with all my crafty friends with me and someone t clean up my scraps and organize everything for me when I am finished with each item.
My dream stamping day would be in my studio (just turning a year old this month) with my daughter (9 years old) and our two cats. I’d stamp cards, probably floral ones, and she’d stamp kitty cat cards or she might paint. We LOVE caramel apple dip so I’m sure we’d eat that along with some cheese bread. Thanks for the opportunity to win!
My dream stamping day would be stamping with my best friend in my craft room. With a catered lunch with mimosas and tea sandwiches.
My dream stamping day would be here in my studio with my 2 daughters. We would color and share ideas and lots of girl talk. They both live far away, so just being together would be a big treat! The 3 husbands would cook pasta since we recently returned from Italy and want to hang onto the memories with Italian food favorites. They could also cook any of their new recipe discoveries. As long as the only thing us girls had to do was show up to eat!
My dream stamping day would be one with an unlimited budget. I would unfortunately be stamping alone as NO ONE I know stamps. However, if Betsy or Lizzie or Melissa or anyone on the design team would care to join me, since I have an unlimited budget, I’d happily fly you out to southern California! I promise there would be some crazy good Zankou chicken with garlic sauce and perhaps some chocolate involved for dessert. Oh, and wine too, naturally.
Yep – dream on, Katy…not gonna happen…
My dream stamping day would be in a beautiful studio, full of natural light! I would be by myself because I enjoy that and I don’t think I would be thinking about food at all!!! Lol!!
My dream stamping day would be in my own studio with my best friend Maria. My dream would be to have someone tidy the room afterwards!! I don’t think we would care about food at all but we surely would drink lots of coffee!!!
My dream day crafting is with my great friend Judy. We make the best looking cards and have the most fun just chatting and being creative. We have a great time with all the beautiful PTI stamp sets and colors and paper, etc. She is the best crafting person and should be part of your crafting staff………she is great!
I really just love stamping alone in a quiet house so I can think and play with all my stamps, dies and papers. All I need is my peppermint water and a nice turkey sandwich on a great roll, with chocolate chip cookie to finish it off.
I would spend my dream stamping day with crafty friends, at a cabin in the mountains. Meals and snacks would be delivered.
My dream stamping day would be my daughter, my sister and I. We’d just stamp and eat veggies. Ha…maybe not, but I’d like to think so 🙂
My dream stamping day would be with my crafting bestie Rebekah in her beautiful studio. Her room is full of natural light and wonderful inspiration. We’d eat our favorite crafting snack M&M’s with pretzel goldfish.
I dream of a day with a 6′ table, a comfy chaireverything in one place, and no interruptions. It doesn’t have to be anyplace special
my dream stamping day would start early, with several of my stamping friends and my sister. Lots of good, hot coffee and French toast! Much laughter, creativity and friendship – pasta for dinner and chocolate cake to top it all off.
My dream stamping day would be something like my first Stamp A Faire weekend. Crafting with my cousin during the challenges, and taking breaks in the pool and by the dock outside! All the supplies we needed, and still with friends and family.
I would have my crafting buddies Kristie, Kathy, Carla and my mom over to my place and we would have a girls’ tea party with all of the lovely finger foods, tea, mimosas and lots of chocolate. Then we would craft the day away gabbing and playing!
My dream stamping day is always with my BFF, Colleen and it can be either in my craft room or hers. We live in different states so aren’t able to get together too much. We use each others suggestions and it helps our creativity when we are together. The next best thing that we do is Skype and craft together. We always get together for SAF and it starting by going to the very first one in Cincinnati. Just wish we lived closer.
I enjoy stamping alone but I also enjoy it when my daughter (13) joins me! I would drink lots of lattes and eat brownies
My ideal stamping day would start early meeting friends for breakfast IHop would do. Then we would make a trip to a stamp show, one that had wonderful demos and make n takes, winning the door prize, then eating at Olive Garden. Then we would check into a hotel that had a conference room available for us to stamp all night long with our new stamps, inks, dies, and papers. All of our projects would turn out great!
My dream stamping day would be with my crafty friend QB who lives in Georgia (I live in Michigan)… we’ve haven’t had the chance to meet in person yet, but we have been ‘crafting long distance’ together for about 5 years now. Our stamp day meal would consist of baked macaroni and cheese, candied yams, collard greens, corn bread, whatever meat of her choice ( I am a vegetarian), sweet tea for her and green tea with lemon and ginger on ice for me! For dessert: bread pudding and cheese cake!!!
My dream stamping day is not having to clean off my table to get stamping.
My dream stamping day will take place in the club house activities room at our new RV resort. The lovely ladies I get to spend each winter with will join me as each month we will stamp cards for a cause. Christmas cards for the troops, Valentine cards for seniors, and of course cards for occasions and our stash. We will eat fresh seafood, drink sweet tea and enjoy the Gulf Coast!
My perfect stamping day would be either at my friend Wendy’s house (she has soooo many wonderful supplies) or at a cabin near a frozen lake in the wintertime. I’d have some of my favourite crafty friends there and we’d eat crockpot dinners and French toast for breakfast. And there would be coffee, tea, cocoa, baking, snacks and wine!
I would spend the day stamping with my sister at her house and we would eat lots of ice cream.
My dream stamping day would involve no carpooling or cooking–just stamping all day and ordering in Chinese food.
My dream stamping day would be spent in my craft room. My house would be magically sparkling clean so I wouldn’t be distracted by the regular chores. It would be fun to spend the day with my sister. We have worked on scrapbooks before and had a great time. Honestly, as far as food is concerned a platter of fruits and sandwich fixings would be great! That would be the best!
My ideal stamping day would include my best friend Martha. We would be at a beach house on the Central Coast of California which another friend of mined named Carol, owns. The living room and the giant wooden dining table overlook the Pacific Ocean. It is a beaustiful locale. If you leave the sliding patio door open, you can hear the waves breaking. What fun it would be stamping and laughing creating great memories.
Without a doubt my dream stamping day would be spent with Dawn McVey. I’d love to spend it with her anywhere there is a big picture window overlooking a beach, a lake, a gorgeous meadow…somewhere completely tranquil. I’d have a personal chef whip up a dish from Peli Peli, beautiful prawns with roasted brussel sprouts and whipped carrots (consistency of mashed potatoes)…so delicious! Key Lime Pie and coffee for dessert. I would love to chat with her about her travels and her favorite scripture passages and share our stories about how the love of the Lord has sustained us. I would love to hear how she comes up with designs for Papertrey Ink Stamps and meet her sweet husband, Bart. It would be hard to leave at the end of the day but I’d cherish that day forever!
My dream stamping day would be to spend it in Toronto(not my home town) with my best stamping friend, feeding off each other’s inspiration. We could nibble n party sandwiches &drink delicious tea, chat & share ideas.Simple, but something that doesn’t happen very often because we are 500 miles apart.
Dream stamping day would be in a clean beautiful craft room with a giant table where my stamping friends could sit together and eat lots of chocolate!!! My die cutting machine would have it’s own spot with an outlet. A t.v. in the corner would be playing one of my favorite movies and we would have pop corn too!
My life right now has been so complicated and busy. My dream crafting day would be to just spend time in my craft room with no distractions and maybe a glass of wine. Now if one of the design team members would like to join me….that would be perfect! 🙂
My dream stamping day would include a clean area in my craft room to mess up again as I die cut & stamp with my best friend, stopping only briefly to have a quick lunch, then back to creating again. Afterwards, for us to look at the many beautiful projects we have made with all our PTI wonderful goodies! Heavenly!!!
My dream stamping day would be in my craft room with my sister and my mom. We would be start with brunch and lots of coffee. Later we would be eating our traditional family snacks and maybe drinking some wine. Who knows what those stamped images might look like!
Stamping with a friend, with lots of fun supplies and time — with all the kids entertaining each other and food ordered in to make more time for stamping!
It doesn’t take much to make a dream stamping day for me! Stamps, ink, some coloring techniques, cardstock and a good friend or two! That’s all I need to bring out my dreams of stamping!
It would either be at my house or my sister-in-law’s. She would be with me either way! We would drink massive amounts of tea and coffee, laugh, and create beautiful things 🙂
Even better that it’s going to be REALITY soon!
My dream stamping day would start with two of my stamping buddies coming over to my home, and we would have all the new release products to play with. We would have fun stamping and putting together many, many cards and paper projects to share with our families & friends. For lunch we would have a delicious pizza, antipasta salad, and garlic bread, along with a glass of homemade lemonade. After continuing to stamp for several more hours, we would have a wonderful dinner, cooked until tender in the crock pot, all day, and served with a glass of our favorite wine. What a glorious day indeed!
Oh, I think it would be at the PTI headquarters in the studio with all the dies and stamp sets! LOL! My craft room is so disorganized and clusters… my dream day would be in my new, well organized studio with a big table in the middle so I could have my friends over.
My dream stamping day definitely would start with coffee and while I love to stamp alone at my house, I would ❤❤❤ the chance to spend the day with Jennifer Mcguire in her beautiful home studio creating all of the beautiful projects she shares on YouTube!!

Food smood, others shmothers, new additions and dirty diet cokes with boom chicka pop included at the Grunewald Guild in washington state! My dream stamping day would be in the studio with any one of the PTI designers! I wouldn’t need much to eat — maybe some tea and light snacks. I would just want to stamp and play!
