On my #??th birthday, our children took me out to a very SPECIAL place, and gave me a nice gift! We never give gifts, as we all have more than need. I felt SO special!!
I have always felt blessed with family and friends who show their love, from my grandparents who always made me feel so special, to aunts and uncles who cared for us during difficult family times, to a husband who shows on a daily basis that he is there for me and now to our grandchildren who beam when they see us, give us sweet hugs and kisses and who can’t wait to see us again. It is a wonderful life indeed!

We moved about 18 months ago with very little notice because of a job change. The outpouring of love and help from friends and neighbors during those few weeks before our move was incredible and something that still brings me to tears when I think about it.

Every time I get a hug from my 13 year old. He still says “I love you momma.” It melts my heart every time.
I participated in a church retreat, and each participant received letters from family and friends, telling them how much they were loved and appreciated. My husband asked the kids and other family members to write them and got them to the retreat coordinator. I knew nothing about it until they were given to me. I sat in the pew and read them and cried, feeling totally wrapped in love!
Oh my goodness, it’s hard to pick just one! I’ve been blessed by such kind friends and family. I’ll have to say, the most recent time was when some made an effort to come to a party that was scheduled on the day we lost my mother-in-law. It was a horrible, yet peaceful day and we wanted to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. We felt led to continue on with the celebration (even after notification),as my mother-in-law would have wanted. Attendees were there to hug us and support us on that difficult day.I’ll never forget their kindness and love!

What a great question! When my son came home for the summer after his first year away at college, he made me feel loved when he sat next to me on the couch and asked if we could read a book together. The book (The Hobbit) was longer than the ones we used to read together but that was okay because it gave us many sessions of sitting side by side enjoying each other.
For my 60th birthday my daughter surprised me and took me to Disneyland for a week. It was so much fun to spend the time together, just her and I.
I feel loved every day by my husband and our two grown children who have gave us blessings of grandson’s who show so much love when they get to come to Grandpa and Grandma’s house even as they grow into adults.

Yesterday. It was my birthday and I heard from every one of my kids, all 4 siblings, my mom (who just had major surgery the day before and was recovering at my sister’s house) and 3 coworkers. And I wasn’t even at work. Even my husband remembered me with a card and flowers. Wow!! At this hectic time of year that is pretty amazing.
I always felt so loved by my Dad. He always just beamed when I was with him and he always told people I was his baby. He would talk about his baby when not with me and when I actually got to meet the people in person they thought he had a baby and I was well into adulthood. We always had that special bond that I will never forget. He has been gone almost six years and I still feel his love to this day!
Every time I am with my husband of almost 9 years. He puts me first in everything. His love for me is obvious to anyone who is around us. ❤️️
Most days I feel very loved by my husband, as well as my family. Our wedding day was especially loved feel, having all the people we love share in our day was a really special moment.
When I was 30 years old I was saying good-bye to my mom & dad to start my 12 hour drive home with my 3 children. My dad enveloped me in his arms, hugged me tight, and tenderly told me, “You’re so precious to me.” It is a moment I will never forget & solidly reminded me that my God in heaven loves me even more than that. Not because of who I am, but simply be cause he loves me.

In all the quiet ways that my family show they care; from the cup of tea brought to me by husband in the mornings on the weekend, the weekly chats with the girls who are away at university, to my thirteen year old daughter cooking the dinner last week when I had hurt myself.
Oddly enough it had nothing to do with friends or family… I was home alone with a very bad case of the flu. Just felt like death warmed over. Spent a lot of time lying shivering on the bathroom floor near the toilet.. just in case. My beautiful dog Bob, a lovely big black Labrador Retriever, laid there with me. Never left my side the whole time. Now… that is truly love. Cheers.
My grandmother was always so supportive of my creative endeavors. She always made me feel truly and completely loved!

My mother had Alzheimer’s and she lived with us until the rnd. My husband stood right with me for those 10 years and never complained.
Oh my! When I retired from teaching I felt so loved by my students, former students, and their families. They surprised me with kind words, flowers, and a special performance of ‘Because I Knew You.’ Dear friends made a movie to surprise me, interviewing my students, former students, and students who have become teachers, too! What a heartwarming surprise! Last year, we were invited to two special weddings ~ both brides were former first grade students! Deciding to become a teacher as a young child was the easiest decision I have ever made. Deciding to retire from teaching was the hardest decision that I ever made. My life has been truly blessed by this amazing circle of love! ♡
I have felt truly loved when my kids were little and would give me a hug and a kiss. Now that my kids are grown, they still give me a hug and a kiss on the cheek to say hello and goodbye. When my grandkids say hello and goodbye, their hug and kiss are so very special too. Finally, I feel loved when my husband of almost 40 years gives me a kiss goodnight or goodbye when he is going out.

Every time my son and daughter want to cuddle on the couch and watch a movie.
I don’t have just one example. The love of my parents have supported and carried me through all my life. It was such an unconditional love. I’m 74 and came late in life to my parents. We were poor and my mom wanted me to get an education because neither parent was able to complete schooling. I did get an education and everyday my mom would remind me that no one could ever take that away from me. I never married they were both ill by the time I was a young woman. Everyday I left for school (I became a teacher) I got hugs, kisses, and always the question “now you have enough money and gas don’t you? I have felt their unfailing love all of my life and I’m so grateful and blessed. I knew no matter what happened or what I was worried about, if I could just get home it would all be ok.
I had foot surgery in February and was laid up for quite awhile, it was a l-o-n-g recovery! My family really stepped up to help take care of me, do things around the house, and drive me to PT for over a month (it was my right foot, of course!) It was all greatly appreciated! Being the caretaker in the family, it was nice to be on the other side, for awhile.
Felt especially blessed when my adult son ended our phone conversation with”I love you.”
My wedding day. Marrying the man who adores me with my family surrounding us was amazing. It was a small wedding, not fancy at all, but put together by my dear family with lots of love.
Can I just say I feel loved pretty every day? Not just by my dear husband and my sweet mom, but my heavenly father! And of course my boys (but they don’t always show that love). If I had to pick one day though, I’d pick my wedding day. 🙂 My mom flew across the ocean to be here with me on my special day. She walked me down the isle to give me away to my dearly beloved.
Just one example … When my husband fills up my gas tank and checks the oil and tires for me. It’s a little thing but always brings a smile.
When I was newly divorced and struggling financially, my mother sent me money to get the brakes fixed on my car so I would be safe.
I always felt truly loved by my husband. He was my one true thing and the absolute best thing that ever happened to me. My husband passed unexpectedly and suddenly June 23, 2012. And while we enjoyed 21 wonderful years together….my heart breaks each day without him.
There have been many occasions that I have been shown love by the actions and prayers of others. But in the quietest most desperate most needy moments of my life, when there was no one but God nearby , or who knew my circumstance, He made known His love for me in the depths of my soul and mind and that is unshakeable even when the worlds forms of hatred are thrown in my direction.

There are many memories of feeling loved by God, family and friends but the first one that came to my mind was a time during my first marriage. My first husband has since died from complications of diabetes. He was blind from diabetes and had other complications as well. I became very ill with the flu. One of the worst cases I have ever had. My husband made a trip to the store which was across a busy street, unassisted to get me some soup and medication. He often did things like that for me and I truly felt loved. He continually showed me what unconditional left felt like and he will always be remembered for his sacrificial love.

My younger sister Patty came to my home to bless me for two days during my weeks of radiation. When I arrived home on a snowy dark December evening from the treatment, she was in the kitchen cooking dinner for my family. Coming home to that, filled my heart.
I’ll never forget the day I first saw my parents after returning from their winter in the south and my dad gave me the biggest hug ever! I felt so loved….little did I know it would be my last one from him.
After I found out my Dad had Stage IV Lung Cancer in the fall of 2004, I made him a scrapbook telling him how much I love him. He sent me flowers at work the next day with a note telling me that he already knew.

I would have to say it is every day. My husband is the most supportive, encouraging, gentle yet strong, faithful person I have ever met and I have the inestimable privilege to walk through life with him. Every day I feel truly loved.

My sweet boy (hubs) makes me feel loved every single day…never leaves without a hug and a kiss, calls me at least twice a day while out in the world doing his thing. He embraced my children as his own and adores our grand daughter as much as I do! He is an amazing man and I am a very lucky girl! Blessed, doesn’t even cover it!
There’s just something about a mother’s unconditional love that can’t be topped. My mom and I are both morning people and used to meet around the breakfast table each early morning, before the rest of the family woke. But one catastrophe caused us to stay up late, just comforting each other. We ate grilled cheese, and drank hot chocolate, just we two, all through the night. I’ll never forget the bond of mother and daughter. She is 91 now, frail and almost unable to walk, but our talks continue. A lifetime of love!
I’ll never forget this moment as long as I know my mom had passed away and we were at the funeral and I was crying and my two-year-old granddaughter was sitting a few seats down from me z, she came over to me and held on to me , and she just gave me a big hugs and kisses
When we moved into our new home and friends surprised us with a surprise housewarming party. It made me feel very loved!
I feel loved every morning when my guy brings me coffee in bed because he knows how much of a morning person I am NOT! It’s the little things he does that shows me how much he loves me.

When my daughter made us a fabulous photo album for Christmas – amazing memories of our kids growing up and many wonderful family times together. We all had a great time reflecting back through all the photos. She worked really hard taking digital pictures of old photos and organized them beautifully in the book.
I have been in treatment for metastatic breast cancer since 2013. Up until now, I have tolerated the side effects of treatment fairly well. A few weeks ago I began an oral chemo regimen that has been very difficult, to say the least. Out of the blue, for two nights in a row, a couple of my dearest friends showed up with armloads of ready-made dinners for my family to heat and serve or freeze for later. I was completely surprised and felt so pampered and loved. You have no idea how amazing that feels, and how helpful it is to have one less thing to worry about each day.
I have always felt loved but there was one day recently when I sat and thought about it and said to myself “my hubby really loves me”. One day out of the blue he sent flowers to my job and included a cute little funny note with the flowers…when I got home that day he had cleaned the whole house and he had cooked dinner! My husband is not the romantic type so this really stood out! Sometimes its just the small little things that a person can do that truly shows that they love you and are thinking about you.
Everytime my children give me a hug. It is always the best moment in my day.
I felt truly loved when I covered my mom with a blanket and tucked her in for a nap. She has had so many medical problems in the past three years and while I was doing it, she said to me, “I don’t know what I would do without you.” She is such a loving and kind person, I could not think of not caring for her. SHE makes me feel loved every day and we are so blessed to have her with us.
When I was super sick and my hubby stopped to get me a little bouquet of flowers and just was there for me. It’s knowing that someone is there even when you are at your very worst! 🙂

There was a time shortly after my brother died in a car accident while he was living with me. I was having a bad day and was thinking about him. I started crying because I felt bad. I didn’t know if I had done enough to show him how much I really loved him. I told him I was sorry. Immediately I felt his arms around me giving me a hug and I felt so much love, it was the most incredible experience I’ve ever had. Undeniable.

The day I graduated from college my whole family–in laws and family of origin–surprised me at my house at 8:00 AM with a pair of boots I had always had my eye on…and were ready to escort me to graduation followed by a party after. I loved that they went out of their way to celebrate my accomplishment!

Ooh that’s hard to answer with just one thing because I feel loved and blessed with a very loving husband and family… I guess I would have to say one of the best days I felt surrounded with love was my wedding day. I’m not sure if I can narrow it down to one specific moment…but my husband shows me he truly loves me in little ways all the time. For example, in the winter, he puts my winter tires on my car so I don’t have to wait at the tire place for hours :). It’s a little thing that means a great deal to me.
My first thought after reading that question was, “the day offspring #1 was born”. Not that I didn’t feel loved after the other offspring, but when other offspring come along you are multitasking and perhaps don’t take the time to reflect (I obviously didn’t!).

This past August, my brother and his family surprised me with a 65th birthday celebration. They all decided that since I make such beautiful cards for them, they were each going to make me a handmade card. They also decided that their cards should be as ugly as possible! Each card was worse than the one before, but it touched my heart that each person had put a significant amount of effort in their card.
When I was a child my biological father didn’t want us. When my mom got remarried. He did and adopted me and my sister. That was ture love. And have been very blessed that our Dad wanted us for his own. And he never had biological childern of his own. but we never thought of him other than our Daddy.
I think back to my youth – when every day that I visited my grandma was a day that I felt truly loved. She was always the perfect example of love! Thanks so much for a lovely week of inspiration. I am blessed beyond measure to have found the love of my life who shows and tells me every day that he cherishes me. His unconditional love for me leaves me weak in the knees, but I know that he was sent to me from my Heavenly Father. We have celebrated 34 years of marriage.

It is hard to pick just one but I feel loved when one of my children unexpectedly does something extra around the house.
My husband, who is not a party person, pulled off a surprise birthday party for me – not on a significant birthday – just one of those in betweeen ones. That he would even think of it, much less do it, was like a huge hug.
I would say it was when I walked into the private room in a restaurant the day before my wedding. My entire extended family was there and I burst into tears when I thought about the fact that this HUGE banquet table was filled with relatives who had traveled from out of state for me and my soon to be husband. I felt overwhelmed with love.
The question this month really made me sit back and think for a bit…there are lots of “everyday” expressions of love, but those deep, heartfelt feelings of being truly loved (in that particular moment) are a little more rare I think. With that said, the one moment that comes to mind for me is the Sunday we had to tell our church family about our son’s cancer diagnosis (he was 11 at the time). We felt so supported, embraced, and loved by everyone in that moment and it touched me deeply. (and my son is now 33 years old!)
I feel incredibly loved every day that I wake up next to my dear husband of almost 38 years.
Last week I wasn’t feeling well. My hubby brought me something warm to drink, told me to bundle up & he would take care of dinner. So sweet.

Just the other day while dropping my grandchildren off at their house my 7 year old granddaughter, right out of the blue turned to me and said “I love you Mawmmaw, I hope you live to be 100 years old” as she was giving me the most gentle hug. My heart skipped a beat!
The day I accepted Christ as my Savior! I have never doubted His love.
One Mothers Day my 10’year old daughter turned our hallway into a huge scrapbook page. She taped pictures on the walls in the hallway. It was really touching!
I am fortunate to feel love on a regular basis, but this particular time came to my mind when I read the question. I had a knee replacement surgery in February and before leaving the hospital a neighbor called me and said she left dinner on my front porch and a crafty kit for me to do while recuperating. That touched me so much that she would go out of her way to do all of that for me out of the goodness of her heart. She is a super busy lady too,. It touched my heart and made me feel loved.
I have to say that I have never felt as loved by my husband as I have this year. I have had surgery after surgery and he has taken care of me without one complaint. This last one was for thyroid cancer. I just went through the radioactive iodine treatment this past week. We have had to stay six feet away from each other at all times. He has done all the cooking and cleaning and anything else that needed to be done, including some Christmas shopping! He is truly the love of my life and, although he makes me feel loved everyday, this year has truly shown how deep that love is, even after nearly 22 years.
My heart warms when anyone shows respect to my elderly parents. I love seeing my children and friends going out of their way to visit them, involve them in their activities and help them with whatever they need done.
Honestly my husband makes me feel truly loved most every day. Outside of him I have six girlfriends that I used to do life with every week until I moved 3000 miles away. Last January all six got on a plane and flew to visit me. Girlfriend love!!!
When I was pregnant with my only child and almost lost the baby several times. All the prayers and support we received were amazing! I found out later that they were praying for us in other countries, even though they didn’t know who we were yet a prayer request went that far! I was blessed with a beautiful daughter!
One time? How about a million and one times? Everyday when I get up in the morning with my loving husband, everyday when I see my loving daughter and her boyfriend and everyday when I see my loving son, and his loving family, my daughter-in-law and my 2 yr old granddaughter. Everyday when I see my loving dad. I have been blessed beyond belief with such dear family and friends! Couldn’t imagine a better life!!

Your new releases are beautiful! Exactly one year ago, I was in ICU surrounded by friends and family, reminding me how much they all care. The support and love, and the way my husband and daughter cared for me through the last year of surgeries and chemo, and basically took over every single responsibility so that all I had to do was heal is just something I will always appreciate more that I could ever put into words!! ?
OMGosh – there have been so many times that it’s hard to choose just one! I think my favorite time of feeling absolutely loved was when I found and fell in love with my furry soulmate, Chelsea. I rescued her from the pound when she was a 12-week old puppy and just a day away from being euthanized because the shelter needed more space and no one had been interested in adopting her because she was terrified of the other dogs. As soon as I took her in my arms (all 2 pounds of her), she looked at me with absolute, total adoration, love and trust and I knew she was meant to be mine. She got over her fear of other dogs and ruled the the two male dogs we rescued after her. She lived to ripe old age of 15, and I miss her every single day.
My mom died a year ago today. My best friend from high school who I rarely see any more, immediately showed up and spent the day just hanging out with me and helping out when needed. No questions asked, no issue of a day off from work.
All the time. Whenever my husband looks at me, even after 43 years, he brings me joy.
I was born with a few medical issues, one serious. My dad was in the Navy so we went to Military Hospitals. My mom took care of me through thick and thin driving to the doctors until I outgrew most of them at age 12. We would often stop and eat in a cafeteria and she would get me an inexpensive toy. I treasure the closeness we had then. Although she passed away at a young age, she left me with those wonderful loving memories. As for my health issues….all gone. And I’m a grandmother now. ;=)
Every day…I am blessed to be truly loved by my dear husband.

As so many before me have stated, it’s hard to mention one time I have felt loved. My parents are gone now, but I still feel their love through the memories of a happy childhood. My husband, children and grandchildren continually show their love in many ways. I am so fortunate to have a great family.
Ever time I had a Chemo and radiation appointment (yes together) my darling husband went to everyone with me sat with me when he could stayed outside the bathroom when I was to sick to go on I and was always there when radiation got hard. Imagine laying on a table with your head bolted down unable to move just after you had chemo. I knew from the beginning that he was the one he is my blessing from god.
I have been blessed to know that every single day I am loved by my Savior and my family and friends! My hubby shows me most days with the simple act of peeling an orange for me as he knows I don’t like digging my nails into the orange to peel it but that I LOVE eating them! What a sweetheart!! :0)
I’ve been down and out sick with a bug all week, even missing some of the countdown posts (gasp – I know)! My hubby is busy with work, one teen sick, another teen busy with her teen stuff, but my little guy checks up on me and sees if I am in need of anything. His kindness and care is what helped me make it through the worst of this week.
When I had my kids and the whole family came (from different parts of the world)to see the babies and help out every time.
I truly felt loved on my wedding day. It was the happiest day of my life.
Our daughter got married in June & I wanted the house to look nice for all the relatives who would be coming to stay, but I am NOT neat. My husband did most of the work to clear away my clutter & help me get rid of things. He never expressed any negative comments about all this & helped me where I had trouble helping myself.
We had the 9 bridesmaids stay the night before the wedding, 3 hair & make-up ladies come & set up shop in my bathroom, hosted a lunch the day after the wedding, & had 7 relatives spend the night after that — in a house I did not feel ashamed of, thanks to his help!

Every year I was married to the most amazing husband and father. I knew every day he loved me and our boys! He was taken from us far to soon but he left us KNOWING how much he loved us!
Every morning when my husband of 39 years kisses me, hugs me and says I love you and then again every night at bedtime when he does it again.

Although I’ve felt loved most of my life, when you ask the question my thoughts go back to my early years when I was raised in a loving home by two great parents who nurtured and encouraged me.

First, I must say that I am loved and blessed quite often, but just this year I had the most amazing wonderful time, feeling the love my family has for me. My four children are scattered around the country. I have seen them all, of course, periodically, but it had been ten years since I saw them all together. This year I turned 70 (goodness!). They flew me out to Seattle, where my sister’s entire family lives. My two children close-by also arranged to be there. I spent time in each of my children’s homes, and my sister’s also. But mainly, we got together constantly, had fun together, played games, went sight seeing, laughed and then they had a party for me. It was truly amazing. The best two weeks of feeling loved and cherished.
Moving across the country and my Father drove me to the airport. I was just going in and he stopped me; to kiss me on the forehead. He was not the touchy feely type so this is a memory I treasure.
This is a great question, and I love reading the answers. Starting with my wedding day, and every day after, I feel loved by my husband.
I’ve never felt more love than when my daughter gave birth to a little girl 20 years ago. She and I and the baby sat together on the hospital room couch, me with my arms around my daughter, and my daughter holding her new baby, my first grandchild. We sat in silence and wonder of the event and feelings being shared. It was a deep exchange of love and I will never forget the actual physical feelings I had as did my daughter when we think back on this magical, sacred moment.
When I was having my double mastectomy surgery and my boyfriend and brother were there all day for me and afterwards my sister and some friends were in my room when I got back from recovery. That showed me how much I was loved more than anytime I can recall.
Honestly, I feel loved every day. I have a wonderful family and when I come home from work, I’m showered with affection. I’m truly blessed.
A few Sundays ago, I was holding my 6 yr. old granddaughter on my lap in church. She reached up and caressed my face, kissed my on the cheek, and said, “I love you Grandma.” I felt truly loved and blessed.
On our 24th wedding anniversary, my husband surprised me with dinner in the private dining room of our favorite restaurant with four couples who’ve had a great impact in our lives and marriage. We had such a great time! And since we had the private dining room, we were able to relax and spend unhurried time together – we were there for over four hours!!
I feel loved every day when my husband calls on the phone and says “I just wanted to tell you that I love you”.
I absolutely LOVE sheets that have dried outside on the clothesline. One time I went to visit my in-laws and my mother-in-law had put fresh line dried sheets on the bed….just because she knew how happy they made me! That was a day I felt loved!

Great question! Love skimming through some of these as I can feel the love. A day doesn’t go by that my DH and I don’t share our love in one way or another, yet it never goes unnoticed. The real proof is when I’ve had the flu, and he’s right there caring for me even when in the middle of the night. When people tell me I’m a good hugger (at church and everywhere), I definitely feel the love right back.

Rather early in my teaching career, my seniors found out when by birthday was and planned a big party. What was especially amazing about it, they planned for a Friday evening and then all showed up. Greater love does not exist than high school seniors giving up a Friday evening to celebrate the life of their teacher!
This is difficult because I work with children and have adult children, and I feel their love every day! However, it truly warms my heart to remember the look of love in my father’s eyes when he was about to walk me down the aisle at my wedding.

The one time I truly felt loved….not something I would have thought but it is the first memory that popped into my head. My boyfriend at the time (now hubby) had dropped me off for surgery at the hospital and left to go to work. I woke from surgery with him sitting right beside me, he had left work early for the day to be by my side. I truly felt very loved. It was tough because I also felt truly loved each time I looked into my newly born child’s eyes! I am definitely blessed!
My youngest son has had his Christmas present for me since before Thanksgiving. He spent a lot of time thinking about it and then working on it. Makes me feel very loved by my sweet boy!

I am so blessed, there have been many times in my life when I have felt loved. Not having children of my own, it was especially wonderful to get a call from my nephew who was 4 at the time to tell me he loved me. Woot! There is nothing like that!

wow! That is a really hard question that makes you think… I think I truly felt loved after the birth of our first child. I was a complete mess, Aiden had unexpectedly been rushed to the NICU, I had just gone through 26 hours of hard labor, and I was literally a mess. Not once did my husband make me feel like I had even the slightest hair out of place, instead he kept showering me with kisses and he was a rock to lean on when I couldn’t do anything but cry. He still does that to this day 🙂
Whenever I leave my grown children at the airport they actually tear up and hug me big!
On my Birthday…my mom, daughter, family and friends always make me feel really loved. My mom and daughter give the best cards that tells me how they really feel. My family and friends also do a great job of making my day really special with their calls, text, messages, ect.
On my wedding day I felt love all around me.It was a dream come true……….45 years ago!
In high school, I was away on my birthday at Yell Camp at Redlands University. I was surprised to find some small gifts my mother had hidden away amongst my clothes in my suitcase! She made my first birthday away from home truly special. And I realize now more than then how much she really loved me…I get “warm fuzzies” just thinking about it. 🙂
What sticks in my mind is how my family and friends rallied around me when my Mum passed away a few years ago. They helped me through a really rough time.

There are so many moments of love and blessings in my life. I guess if I had to pick just one time I truly felt the meaning of LOVE, it was my husband’s last words to me, which I will hold in my heart forever.
I truly felt loves when each of our children were born. There’s nothing in the world that can compare to the love of a parent and child.
I have a great family and always feel loved. But last Christmas was extra special. I’ve had MS most of my adult life which I manage, but I’ll admit it was a real kick in the gut when I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. I told my girls I didn’t want any gifts, i just wanted time with them. Well they gave me both gifts of love and time. They took me out one day and we all got pedicures. Then we went to a lovely tea room and had afternoon tea in front of a beautifully decorated fireplace. We had a wonderful time and I if I didn’t think I could love my girls more before that day, they proved me wrong yet again!
My lymphoma is currently in remission, I have a brand new, gorgeous granddaughter and I hope everyone has a blessed Christmas, no matter how you celebrate. 🙂

I had a “zero” birthday(not telling my age.) and my husband and 2 adult children planned a spectacular surprise birthday dinner party for me with many of our friends. This is SO not his thing, but he did it with panache(and a great deal of planning). Fun was had by all.
I am blessed to be surrounded by family and friends who love me, and my sweet dog, Sassy. Though her love may be food motivated.
Getting a greeting from the dogs, you can be gone 5 minutes or 5 hours, and they wag and wiggle like you are a rock star!
When my oldest daughter was about 8 and she went to a movie with another mom and friends and they wandered around the mall after the movie and when she came home she gave me a set of candles (would go on a cake type, but in very fancy packaging) that said I LOVE YOU. The mom told me she was being so cute in the store about how she would love to get those for her mom, that the other mom bought them so my daughter could give them to me. It was so sweet and I still proudly display these candles.
Everytime my son asks me for a hug (and he’s nearly 20 years old)!
The most recent time, when I was going through a difficult period, my sister told me if I needed her to just say when. A week later, I called her and simply said “When.” She dropped everything and drove halfway across the country to get me.
I didn’t just feel loved; I KNEW it.
I was holding the hand of a friend who was suffering from cancer. She said she loved me, which she had never said before and it took me by surprise. She passed away two days later.

On my 60th birthday, my son took me on a “date”. My daughter-in-law stayed home with the grandkids, and my son and I dressed up to go to a nightclub jazz performance. It was not his thing, but he did that just for me. It was very special.
When I visit our daughter at school during lunch. It seems like such a small thing but it means the world to her. Her little face lights up everytime!

There are many times that I feel loved by family and friends. It’s hard to pick one but I especially felt loved by my mother on the day that she passed away. With tears rolling down her cheeks, she said “I love you” , she closed her eyes and was gone.

Every day through my husband who takes care of me due to my physical limitations.
I became afflicted with an auto immune/muscle dystrophy disease 1 1/2 years ago. Those who have stayed in touch with me have made me feel loved. Meals have been brought, cards sent, and just reaching out to me have made me feel loved.
On my wedding day! My new hubby and all our guests made me feel loved and special.
Every time my Two Year old comes to give me a Hug and says… “You’re the BEST MOM Ever!”. Melts my Heart Every Time!

When I was in the hospital after surgery in 1999, my daughter, who was in high school at the time, came by to see me and brought me a pretty necklace as a gift. Since I enjoyed puttering with plants on the deck and in the house, she got me a sweet watering can charm to wear on the necklace. I thought that was extra special.
The day I got married: August 15, 1972.
When visiting my daughter at college for the first time. Her smile was so wide when she saw me and she kissed and hugged me and didn’t let go for quite a long time. I knew in that moment she missed and loved me just as much as I missed and loved her.
This is a hard question to answer. I’m blessed to be loved every single day, because hubby is my best friend, too.

I feel loved every day but if I have to pick a special time it would be after I was in a accident and my mom came down to stay with me – to look after me. She also made food and put it in the freezer so I would have plenty to eat with very little effort once she went back home.
So many times to choose from! Today I woke to find a text from my adult son who is pursuing an MBA while working full time, he had sent a photo of his transcript showing a GPA of 4.11—it is not his GPA that made me feel so happy, but the fact that at almost 30 he still wanted to share the joy with me! I think I am truly blessed!
I had very loving parents, so here’s just one example. I was 800 miles from home at college with no extra money. My parents were in full-time Christian work & barely made ends meet. Yet, about once a week or so I’d get a note from my dad with our favorite cartoon (Marmaduke) & a few dollars. Didn’t always see eye to eye with my folks, but always knew I was loved. Miss them so much.
Right now. I’ve been blessed with two very loving children. I’m grateful to exchange “I love you”s with them many times each day.
When my grown children, grand children, and great grand daughter are all at our house and we are all just relaxing/talking is when I feel it.
The one that pops into my head just happened the other day. My day had already been going rather well when my little guy gave me an ornament that he had made for me at school! He is the sweetest little boy and it just made my heart burst when he gave me the ornament!

When my friends from all over the country came to my (milestone) surprise birthday party.
I feel love everyday from my family but the most particular time that I can recall is when my son was very young and I would go in his room to get him out of his crib and those little arms would wrap around my neck and his smile so happy and my heart knew that we had a forever bond.
I associate the word love with family so when ever my kids come home, love is bursting thru each room!
Every time my son hugs me! There is nothing like the unconditional love of a child. OK maybe a dog’s love is just as unconditional, but it’s not the same!
My husband does an excellent job of showing his love for me, in the everyday things but also has gone out of his way to surprise me with trips, projects, etc. He makes me feel special and cherished! This makes me want to show my love for him as well!

When I turned 40, my friends really pulled out all the stops, taking me to a play, dinner, shopping and even sang happy birthday to me in the car on the way home! Such a special memory.
I am over forty years old, and this past summer, I had to have a tonsillectomy … NO FUN! Since I am also single, I was a little concerned who would take care of me. The answer? My mother. A former nurse, she did the best job of making miserable me feel comforted and loved. She stayed at my home, she monitored my medications – even in the middle of the night! – and she provided endless encouragement. I guess that no matter how old we are, we still always need our moms! Thanks be to God that she is still in my life and for her sweet love.
When my 15yo daughter willingly takes my hand and whenever my 6yo daughter jumps up into my lap for story time. ?❤️?❤️
Just this morning, when my daughter gave me a hug and told me how much she appreciates all the little things that I do for her.
The day I went to see my Aunt Joey in the hospital. She was not lucid and didn’t know anyone or anything. She was combative to the nurses and wouldn’t communicate with anyone. I went into her room and sat at her bed. I stroked her arm and had her focus on my eyes. She wide eyed recognized me and nearly leapt into my arms, crying my name. She’s always had a special love for me. She has since passed and I think she loved me more than anyone else in this world.
Its hard to just pick one. I feel loved everyday I am surrounded by my family.
When my husband threw me a surprise 40th birthday party. I was truly brought to tears with all of the people from my life, past and present, that cared enough to be there. Talk about feeling so special!
Many Christmases ago we had our extended family all together on Christmas Eve. We played games, sang carols, read the christmas story, played outside and enjoyed being together. We all felt so much love.
My 40th birthday was a special day for me! My family made me feel like a princess!
The day I got married & the day we had our son.
Last year I turned 50, and my mother gifted me with 50 things that reminded her of me at some point in those 50 years. Some things were items from my childhood that she’d been saving for me, most were little things that she found here and there that she knew I would enjoy. More than the collection of things, I love that my mother took the time to carefully select each item just for me.
My husband of almost 50 years shows me his love everyday when he gives me a kiss in the morning and at night. It’s the little things that show love.

I truly feel loved in this very moment because I got so many handmade cards in the mail over the past couple of days from crafty friends all around the world. And on top of it my love proposed to me on Dec 1st. ???
My husband knows I love hand made cards,so for my birthday he made me a card. He folded a piece of copy paper in half and used a variety of my stamps to randomly decorate the card. I loved all the imperfections and ink spots!I know it was made with so much thought and effort and he did what he knew to do while speaking my language of home made cards. I felt incredibly loved and treasured.
I can say that I felt genuinely loved when the time came to tell our friends that I had to have open heart surgery at age 38. We had recently moved 1000 miles up the east coast but that didn’t stop the outpouring of support and offers of assistance. Navy family is the best kind of family!
My husband had a surprise 50th birthday party for me. I was totally shocked, and all of my wonderful friends and family were there waiting when I arrived. It made me feel very loved.

My husband told me every day for over 32 years that he loved me, and showed it in many ways. He was so smart, full of integrity, kind, compassionate, caring, and oh so funny – the joy and love of my life. He slipped away to Heaven Oct. 26th, 2016…the last days of being his care giver and keeping him at home as he wished were very special to me. I miss him so much and treasure the sweet memories of this incredible man. I KNOW I will be with him again when God calls me home to Heaven!

The day I married my husband. I’ve never seen a man SO happy to be getting married!
One Christmas my son had to work on Christmas Eve and I asked if he would come to Christmas Eve services but he didn’t think he’d make it. I kept watching for him through the entire service and then at the end we stood up to sing Silent Night while we raised our lit candles and quietly he slid in next to me smelling of Wendy’s hamburger grease and out of breath but he’d made it to sing with me and wish Jesus happy birthday! Of course I could barely sing for the tears of joy streaming down but what a loving gesture he gave me.
I feel loved everyday. My husband and kids have always made me feel loved. But I remember when I first got married and my husband brought me flowers just because it was Tuesday. After 35 years, he brings me flowers just because it’s whatever day it is.
When my 98 pound Golden Retriever crawled into my lap and fell asleep with his head on my chest.

I love to do musical theatre, but very few friends outside of theatre come to see me in the shows. However, when I played the role of Grizabella in Cats back in 2006, I had over 40 friends come on preview night. I felt like a star!

Last January my mom (93 y/o) died and 2 days later my husband had neck surgery. His surgery was to be 2 hrs but it lasted 10 hrs. We assure our kids that the surgery was routine and to go about their routine because I had my in laws with me. My son was offshore working and he got a replacement for his 14 day shift, flew in to be by my side. My daughter was in clinicals hours away drove in. I felt the love this day. I’m truly blessed. We were all able to attend my mom’s funeral…husband too.
I feel loved every day. I have fabulous people in my life. My husband cooks dinner every night! I know lucky??????? My mom is just wonderful and talking to her just feels good. I ma lucky to still have her at 87. Sharp as a tack too!
My daughter is only 17, but show signs of being a caring and compassionate adult! Who can ask for more?

Aside from on a daily basis by my husband, I think one special case was when we moved away from a city we had lived in for a while. We had so many friends come over to help us move. It was hard to leave after that.
Every time I would drive away from my parents house after dark my dad would be standing at the door watching me go – making sure I was safe. Unfortunately they are both gone but the memory remains.
I am so fortunate as I can think of so many examples. One recent example is my husband driving me to the major craft stores during my recent holiday in Phoenix. He doesn’t go in, but waits patiently for me. Of course, I had to visit these stores multiple times. : )

Once when I was about 32 it was Easter and I worked that day. When I went to my car to warm it up (at 6:15 a.m.) there was a huge pink Easter basket next to my car. My mom had dropped it by as a surprise. Really a special moment.

My husband makes me feel loved every day! I’m blessed to have a family that truly loves each other and enjoys being together.
Thankfully, it is often, as I have a wonderful husband, but definitely when my husband proposed. He had it all planned out…we had an afternoon date when he proposed, then he dropped me off at home which gave me time to call everyone and get cleaned up and then we had a special dinner date.
On a cold winter morning I drove over to visit with my Dad and stepmom in the assisted living place. My Dad was sitting outside the front, snow on the ground, with his furry hat and down coat on, 96 years old … just waiting for me to arrive and give me the sweetest big hug. Best Dad in the world!!!
A few years back I found myself in the hospital for just over a month and yet everyday someone from my family was there with me. It didn’t matter that the January weather made driving bad or that they had their own jobs and lives to take care of, there was always someone to take care of me. I still tear up just thinking about that outpouring of love. 🙂
Every day when I go to work I feel loved. I take care of 100 kids when they have been to school.Giving them a chance to be creative and make a lot of papercrafting gives me so much in return. I truly feel loved, when I see them happy and proud making gifts for mum, dad, sister, brother and grandparents
Tough to narrow it down to just one, but the one that stands out to me is when I was moving into my now-husband’s house, a week or so before our wedding, and he realized we’d need extra storage, so he had California Closets come in and do our master bedroom closet and the pantry. I said I felt bad for taking so much room and he said that I fill in all the empty spaces in his life. True story.

No question that my sweet husband makes me feel loved every single day. It’s not grand gestures or flowers or gifts — it’s the little things that waking me up every morning with a cup of coffee for me and a bite of breakfast. And helping me look for my keys or sunglasses or phone that I seem to misplace every day and never a complaint. I love his kind spirit and gentle manner. And his thoughtfulness never gets old (even as we seem too).
The first thing that comes to mind is when I was in the hospital for 6 weeks a few years ago. My mom came and spent most of the day with me-everyday for 6 weeks.

Many years ago, the opal in a ring that had belonged to my mother cracked. She died when I was in college, and I was heartbroken. The ring could not be repaired. We didn’t have much money then, but for Christmas that year, my husband gave me a beautiful opal ring inscribed with the date and his love. Forty years later, that love has not diminished!
I have to say that I really felt loved after my two miscarriages. I know how hard it can be to reach out to someone in pain and the fact that so many of my friends and family were there for me during that time meant so much.

When a few people planned a surprise 40th birthday party for me and it just made me feel so loved to see so many friends and family who came and all the effort that went into it. I will never forget it.
My second child was diagnosed with a disability at birth and the number of people from church who offered help over the next few months and even years was overwhelming. Definitely felt loved.

I had a day last month that I truly was so blessed and loved it brought me to tears. All three of my children (ages: 12, 11 and 8) got baptized by my husband. It was just so precious. And not only that, but one of my first brothers in the Lord who was so encouraging in my early days and years of my relationship with Jesus came with his wife and surprised us at church that morning just to be there with us. God is so good! And He loves us so amazingly much! 😉
My bridal shower – it was a complete surprise to me, but everything about it was perfect, from the decorations to my favorite classic snack foods. What a fun afternoon!

The love I felt from the first time my oldest grandchild could say “love you Nana”. There is nothing quite like the unconditional love between a grandmother and grandchild.
I was going through a difficult time recently, and one morning my doorbell rang. I opened the door to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a note that said, “You will get through this.” It was from my daughter. I was so surprised and felt so loved.
We moved from NJ to Florida and at the time my nieces, with whom I was very close, were young. One long weekend I flew up and surprised them. I was hiding in their room when they came home from school and opened their bedroom door, there I was. My one niece was so happy she burst into tears…. soon followed by the other one, then me. I’ll never forget how I felt at that time.
The most recent was when several friends of mine said they wished they knew about an outpatient surgery that I had so they could have prayed for me. I am not used to being the one cared for – I am usually taking care of others.

I honestly can’t think of one big moment when I felt that kind of love – just a few little moments. The first that comes to mind is one time during church…my daughter was around 2, and it was a time during the mass that we had to kneel. I put her in front of me on top of the pew and held her, so she could be eye level with other people. She just started kissing me and hugging on me…it was the cutest thing!! My mother-in-law was right next to us, and she told me, “Aly [my daughter] really loves her mama!” Now that my daughter is a moody 14, I have to remember these kind of moments! <3

The one time that stands out for me over all the others, is when my son wrote me a letter on Mother’s Day and told me that he truly understood now that he was a parent, how much I loved him and thanked me for all the things I did for him growing up. I felt most loved when the doctor laid our daughter on my chest when she was born. She was healthy and so beautiful! I have been fortunate to feel truly loved all my life. The time I noticed it most was when my father passed away. Family really showed the love.
Before we got married, my now husband, knowing how much I love bunnies, sneaked into my house and placed 144 small stuffed bunnies (it was around Easter) all over the living room, hallway and stairs floor. Each one had a Hershey Kiss in front of it. I walked in the front door after a horrible day at work and could not believe my eyes.It was magical.

I lost my Dad 3 yrs ago this month. It was the hardest thing I ever had to get through in my life. But in the mist of all the agony, the thought that kept running thru my mind was how much I know in deepest part of my soul I knew he loved me with his whole heart. Such a Daddy’s girl I was while growing up. And even tho I’m much older now, and the good Lord gave me many great years with him, I still feel that love. I am so very blessed with family and friends that love me. very special occasions that I treasure were when I went to pick up my months-old grandson at day care. Without even speaking to dean, when he saw me enter the room he would kick his legs and smile his big smile. His eyes just lit up.
I felt loved everyday in my life (almost, LOL), but the one time that remembered so well is when my DH was ill and before he went into surgery room, he reminded me again where to find all the things I need when he is not around, I usually avoid this topic because I don’t want to think about sad things, but his care and concern and worried about if I can take care of myself if he is gone makes me sad and at the same time felt so loved. Of course he came out fine and I don’t really need to know how to take care of things in the house because he still does, LOL!

Once my husband and i went on a scenic steam train trip on a Sunday. We told our friends at church we wouldnt be there for the service that day. The train track could be seen from our church and we would be passing by during the morning service. Imagine our surprise when we travelled past our church and the whole congregation, instead of being inside during the service, were waiting outside the church, waving at us! It was a very sweet moment.
Every time I look in my sweet husband’s face, I know I am loved beyond measure. We have a photo of him that I took over 30 years ago and his smile is soooo beautiful. He says he was smiling like that because of who was taking the picture. I love him so very much!

I was waking on a pier in California with a very special guy, there was a lady selling flowers with a little cart. As we passed by, she reached over and put a flower behind my ear and started singing to us. I know…it sounds like something out of a movie, but it did really happen to me. It was a magical night!
My DH has been hospitalized since mid-August with Parkinson’s related dementia and doesn’t understand where he is. We had moved about a year ago and the new apartment doesn’t register in his memory, but he asked me the other day “where do you go at night when I’m asleep?” He may have diminishing memory, but his concern for me was truly touching.

It was such a small thing! I said I might make pizza for dinner and when I went downstairs the bread machine was sitting on the counter. Husband just made sure it was out so I didn’t have to lift it without me asking. It’s those things that let me know I’m important to him even more so than the big gestures.
Visited my out of state daughter on my birthday weekend. She had planned meals and activities around Seaham, England, a place that i would dearly love to vacation at.
One such moment happened a couple of years ago when I had reached my limit at a job I hated and my husband supported my decision to quit. We didn’t have a concrete plan b, but he had enough faith in me to support my decision.
When I was at a church retreat I felt such an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. I felt like I was wrapped in love.
My husband always makes me feel loved, but there were a couple times when I was really sick and hospitalized and he went above and beyond. He always helps out without complaining.

The first thing that Popped into my head is the first time my daughter told me she loved me. “I wove you mom” and then kissed my check and snuggled into my chest. Oh!! It gives me goose bumps. She is now 16 but she still gives me hugs and tells me she loves me. So nice!!

I felt so loved when my children greeted me after a trip to NY. They had big smiles and warm hugs for me. They also welcomed me back with chalk drawings in the street for me to see when we arrive home from the airport. So fun!
I am very fortunate in that my family shows me love on a regular basis. However, I do remember one time that I felt such tremendous love. I was going in for surgery. I felt the worry of my husband before the surgery and his elation afterwards. I am truly blessed!
When I was super sick and I came down and found my 17 year old son dusting the living room. He had already cleaned the kitchen, loaded and unloaded the dishwasher (a chore he hates). But he had cleaned the house and told me to go back to bed and brought me up a cup of tea. All without being asked 🙂
I am so fortunate that I have felt loved and special by my parents and now by my husband of 44 years. It’s true what they say about love being all about the little things that someone who cares about you does every day. I get warm all over thinking of the cold winters we’ve had and my husband would clean my car of snow and warm it up for me to go to work and he just coming off a night shift, tired and wet.

I can say that I always feel truly loved by my mama and daddy. I don’t have children and am past the age of having them, but am always amazed at the love my parents show me. There truly is something about a mother and daddy’s love.
The day my husband and I saw a sonogram picture of our baby. We’ve waited 8 years to see that little heartbeat and the look my husband gave me said how much he loved me and our little one.

I have felt truly and deeply loved by so many people throughout my life. It’s very difficult to single out one moment. I have to say it’s the simple moments that get me… my son taking my hand to walk home from the bus (his doing, not mine and the whole way!) or my husband rubbing my head at night, every night, because he knows I love it and even though he’s exhausted.

Whenever my boyfriend of many years nag me to come to bed so we could cuddle and fall asleep together. I don’t always appreciate him nagging me since there are so many to-do’s before I can go to sleep, but I have learned to consider it as him wanting to spend time with me because he loves me.
One of the most recent expressions of love that was bestowed upon was from my oldest son on my last birthday. He had known that I had been wanting to place a PTI order for the longest time. Although he doesn’t have a lot of money, he gave me a very generous gift certificate. Ultimately though, the greatest expression of love to me is found in the saving grace of Jesus Christ – John 3:16!
I have really felt loved while my parents, who should be enjoying their retirement, have instead been taking care of me due to a major back injury that leaves me in bed most of the time. They have to buy food at the grocery store, fix it, deliver it to my bed, do my laundry, help me get dressed, drive me to doctor’s appointments, pick up my medicines, and on and on because I can no longer do those things for myself anymore. They do it without any concern for themselves. I have never seen a better example or felt more loved because of what they do for me now.

So,I am chronically ill with multiple diseases including a very rare immune deficiency disease and a rare mutation of Cystic Fibrosis. At the mere age of 14 I was already on oxygen and undergoing numerous surgeries/treatments. I met my husband when I was 24 and by that time my health (as it’s a progressive disease) had deteriorated even more. Then, by some miracle I became pregnant, though doctors had always told me I’d never be able to have children. The pregnancy was very high-risk and our son had to be delivered nearly 2 1/2 months early and I nearly lost my life in 4 different ways. After a 2 month long stay in the hospital (ICU) I finally went home but had to have (and still require) ’round the clock care. I couldn’t walk and even needed to be lifted to go to the restroom as well as help getting dressed, brushing my teeth, bathing, etc,. I was completely and utterly dependent upon my better half. Now, at that point we were not married yet and honestly any man in his right mind would (should!) have run for his life. But instead, on the day our miracle son was born, he proposed to me and has spent the last 7 years caring for both me and our son. That type of unconditional, selfless love is one that I feel every day and not just a single moment, for it is every single day that he administers my 68 different meds, cooks, cleans, cares for our son…every day that he does EVERYTHING! And so, I am one of the luckiest women in the world to have a man so willing to sacrifice so much and devote his life to ensure I have mine.
I felt truly loved when I was in the hospital (unexpected), and my daughter and granddaughter flew from Florida to NJ to visit me as a surprise! It warms my heart to think about it! I enjoyed reading everyone’s response, too…Thank you for asking such a special question!

Just this past Tuesday, I worked late. When I arrived home my husband had put up the Christmas lights (that’s my job)
When nobody else believed in me, my father did. He has always been by my side, no matter what. He’s been gone for 3 years now and I miss him a lot, but I will never forget how much he loved me.

Just today – I got together with my cousins and aunts and uncle for a family Christmas party and it was so nice to see them all since we live far away.
I truly felt loved on my graduation day. All my family was there and it was just nice to celebrate with friends and family and just know how supportive they are.
The first time that talking to my father about everyday things, I might had been around seven or eight years, and he asked me what was my most heartfelt desire, and having the naiveté of a child I said reaching to the skies to touch a star and my dearest father said without skipping a beat, I will work very hard from this day on to build a ladder high enough so that you may be able to reach the sky, there’s nothing that I would not do for you, I love you so much!
Next morning I had forgotten all about it, but the years passed and in my adolescence I remembered that and felt so much love from him, needless to say that it was then that I realized that what I had asked him was impossible, nevertheless until he died I used to tease him about it and he would reply “I am still working on it,that is how much I love you” I miss him so much!
My Mother’s turn now,she used to sew all my clothing for me and I had six or seven months to graduate from High School and my mother was making me the Senior Prom dress, she pricked herself with a needle and had an operation because it got infected, after waking up from the anesthesia,she looked up at me and told me how sorry she was because she feared she would not finish the dress, well, not only she finished it on time, it was the most beautiful dress of the prom,and there were parents who could afford designer dresses that ranged in price from $2,000.00 to $5,000.00 She is still with me at the young age of 97 and although she does not sew anymore, I know that if I would ask her she will make me anything that I want!
To respond to the prompt, I’m going to exclude the obvious…parents, grandparents, children and my spouse. Instead, I’d like to speak to a group of people who became my family when I moved from my hometown and focused on my journey into adulthood. I’m referring to my church family in a little West Texas town who: modeled how to be giving and a Christian, encouraged me when I was low, taught me how to be a parent, and supported me to achieve my dreams. This surrogate family have all moved on, and my family and I have moved back to my hometown. But I know that while I am loved here…I’ll never be loved like I was in my West Texas hometown.
when my dad for once in my life asked me if i was okay first when i got in a car accident and didn’t yell at me about damage to the car.
On our 35th wedding anniversary, the people in my church threw a surprise anniversary party for us. It was so sweet, so amazing, and such a great surprise. I’ll never forget it!
When our four year old grandson says “Mimee I love you!” It thrills my heart so much.

I have so many examples it’s hard to choose just one. I think I would have to say when I see my 3 little grandson’s. They always make me feel especially loved.
Earlier this year, I broke my ankle, had surgery and had some complications. I was off of work for many weeks. My family and friends and coworkers were amazing to me during that tough time. They brought over many meals, sent cards and sweet gifts and came to visit to cheer me up. All of their kindness meant more than they will ever know!
My husband surprised me with a dream-come-true 25th anniversary trip to Aspen in honor of our 1st ski trip there in college. He made every minute special!
My wedding day. It wasn’t just the love my husband had for me, but the love that our friends and family had for us. It was a room full of love ?
Many times come to mind but my favorite was a Valentines day many years ago. I was pampered all day long and ended the day with a very romantic meal. He is the best.
My husband has stuck by my side through many health problems. He has never complained or hinted how hard it is for him. Unconditional love
My daughters came to the rescue when I had a broken leg and had to have emergency surgery for an abdominal tumor all at the same time. They held my hand before and after, and helped me celebrate the results~benign!
Probably mostly from the sweet doggie who can’t wait to snuggle on the couch when I get home. Family shows there love in different ways, but a pet’s love is so unconditional!
I am married to a wonderful man who has told me every day that he loves me. We will celebrate our 44th Anniversary in January. I feel truly loved every day.

When the kids or hubby gives me big hugs
I have been married for 43 years and my husband tells me he loves me everyday. There is one very special time that he made me feel so very loved and cherished was when he got up in front of our church one Sunday morning and shared how much I meant to him. It was a very special time for us and brings me warmth and happiness every time I remember it.
My husband and I are lucky enough to live next door to my daughter and her family and my son is currently living with us. It’s so nice to have the family and love so close everyday.
The very first time my husband of 44 years said he loved me and wanted to marry me. He shows me and tells me everyday.

My husband does a good job of making me feel loved on a daily basis. He takes such good care of us, working so hard to make sure we have a comfortable home and nice vehicles (and, ahem, stamps….) and very rarely does he complain. He always makes me feel like I’m the only woman in the world. It’s such a wonderful feeling to feel truly loved.
This is hard because there are so many times! One of many times was when I turned 50 and the kids surprised me with a family photo taken at the beach. I had no idea and it was no easy task to get everyone together! I couldn’t stop crying…….family is everything to me and they knew !
I feel loved everyday by my husband and children, but there’s nothing like a huge hug and I love you from my grand babies!!!
This whole passed week I’ve felt SO LOVED!! I just had knee replacement surgery on 12/5 and my family and friends have so blessed me with care, meals, encouragement during therapy, flowers, cards and of course, chocolate! I am truly blessed!
I am truly blessed to feel love from so many different people. One moment that still amazes me is the love I felt from my husband’s parents when they supported me when his grandparents did not accept me (because of our difference in religion). We have now been married for 32 years!
I’m an emotional person who feels things very deeply. I have wept over the death of children that I’ve never met as if they were my own. I found out last night that my husband has been ripping out and throwing away pages of the newspaper that contain stories that would break my heart. He’s been doing that for months, possibly years, because he loves me.
After 5 miscarriages in total,the births of my 2 daughters were such amazing events! I knew then the power of God’s love for me and my wonderful husband, Chuck!
My husband shows me he loves me everyday from the little things like helping around the house to the big things like making sure I am able to go to my family and friends during good and bad times.
When my kitties come and sit with me when I’m watching TV or crafting in my room – they give me unconditional love!

I totaled my uncle’s car, and although he was upset, he never scolded me. He simply told me he was glad I was OK.
My sweet husband still tells me every day that he loves me and I feel truly blessed!
Every time I’m near my grandsons, I feel truly loved.
My 7th Christmas was memorable due to the unexpected carnage in the living room. One of my sisters went into the living room to get onto my new bike. It was too big for her and fell over, hitting the tree and knocking it to the floor. And previously that morning my brother swung my sister’s new drum major baton and one end flew off and broke a window. Amazingly we still had Christmas every year after that.
