Now that I've made all of the formal introductions, let's get onto the projects!

Without You Card

For my first project I wanted to make the large bouquet from Better Together the central focal point. I stamped it in the center of my Kraft card front with VersaMark and heat embossed it with White Filigree embossing powder.

I added color with Copic markers, adding a bit of shadow with my T1 marker around the outside edge for some extra pop.

The sentiment, also from Better Together, was stamped in black on a thin strip of white cardstock.

This image was SO fun to color in, I see myself stamping several and coloring them at my leisure and just keeping them on hand for easy card fronts.

Everything Better Card

I thought it might be fun to do some colored pencil coloring on dark cardstock. I stamped the bouquet image a few times at the top of the Smokey Shadow cards front using Fresh Snow ink.

I used colored pencils to add some bright pops of color.

You have to use a bit of pressure, but the color shows up nicely and provides a pretty dramatic contrast.

The sentiment was added in the lower corner, also stamped in Fresh Snow ink.

Wish Big Card

With all of the gorgeous texture that the new Leaf & Sprig frames create, I decided to create a monochromatic project that lets all of the details shine on their own, no stamping involved.

Just look at the frame. If you want to pop out the details, use the die with a metal shim. If you want them to stay intact, leave the metal shim out of your die machine sandwich.

I added an extra rectangle of cardstock in the center followed by the Big Basics: Wish Big word die cut.

You could create these in any color that you think would suit the recipient! And even swap out the sentiment!

Mercy Card

I have one last card for you, this one using Inspired: Mercy.

Instead of leaving the new Leaf & Sprig frame whole, I cut little strips for the top and bottom of my sentiment block. Comic markers added a bit of color to all the pieces, bringing them to life.

The sentiment was stamped around the die-cut "Mercy". I used two layers for the cut out to help add dimension.

Now that you have seen a few of my creations, here are some of the amazing things that the team has created!
