My favorite holiday recipe is for lefse. My grandma was 100% Norwegian, so I’m sure it was handed down from previous generations. Cold mashed potatoes, cream, butter, a little sugar, and some flour comprise the recipe. It uses amounts based on consistency and feel. I like lefse very thin. Family and friends look forward to when I make it. My husband does not, because he thinks of it as eating paper. Not a Norwegian!
The reveal post is so full of lovely ideas. Can’t wait to order!

I go to my sister’s for Christmas and she always make homemade caramels. They are so yummy but I know how touchy they can be to make so I just let the expert make them! Everyone in our family looks forward to them.
