I haven’t tried mine yet, but I love it. I also tried your Stamper’s Seclect White Card Stock this time and I am so impressed. I love the cover plates and all of the dies I got and I am so impressed with your quality! I hope to do lots of shopping here in the future.
I am upset that I placed an order $117 on line and it was processed the first day of the December special. I really would love to receive this stamp set.
Also, I never receive any responses from “zendesk” so why bother to have it when they do not respond?? It is very difficult to get any questions about my order, no phone number.

If you placed your order after 10pm ET on December 15th, and your order total was over $100 after any application of rewards points and met all other requirements, you are definitely entitled to have received the free set. Customer Service is usually very timely with responses, often times responses can get stuck in spam folders, so you might want to check that. If you don’t find anything there, I would go ahead and reopen your help ticket and just be sure that the customer service email address is added to your address book so the response will come through. I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced and hopefully we can make things right.

Surprised I received 2 of these FREE sets after purchasing over $200.00 worth of items this Christmas… HOWEVER, my reward points have been shorted and NONE of the points I accumulated are any longer available! Always trying to find companies with good moral scruples to do business… even HOBBY LOBBY was disappointing. LEGALLY here in our state if you fail to take down a sign or change the price back to what it was previous to a sale… that company is obligated to sell it for the lesser price! Hobby Lobby failed to take down a 30% off sign on some products we consumed after leaving it up for an ENTIRE WEEK after the fact… not to mention SCOTCH BRAND items were suppose to be 50% off and they wouldn’t allow us to purchase! So I’m definitely going to sit on the fence for making that trek again under those circumstances… EVERYONE is justifying their behaviors pending their interpretations…
As a small business owner myself… I pride myself in doing my very best the first time, treating people the way I want to be treated and listening to what may be a good idea to improve my business… WORD of mouth has kept me going and I’m intending to keep doing the right thing and not fall to the GREED of this nation. Yes, I’ll remain SMALL, but I’ll be able to sleep at night and GOD will be judge.

Oh, I’m so sad. I completely missed out on this! I’ve been laid up in bed for several weeks and missed most of what went on in the online world. I think I remember seeing one day of the last release projects. I remember clothes pegs…adorable clothes pegs.
I’m fighting Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma in addition to MS, so life has been a wee bit of a bumpy road lately. I love that the free set you offered is called ‘One Big Happy’ – we need a lot more happy in this world. Maybe you could do ‘Killin’ it With Kindness’ next year?
