I can’t wait to start die cutting and stamping on my wet PaperClay. (I wish we knew to roll pieces out a day before so they’d be dry and ready to work with…

Can I just say: WOW!! I’m so amazed at the versatility of the paperclay. I’d actually never even heard of it before the techniques for Stamp-A-Faire were announced this year. Thank you ladies SO, SO MUCH for showcasing such a variety of different options for using this material! You gals impress me so much!

I just finished watching all of the molding clay tutorial videos and I have to give the DT a standing ‘O’! Wow!!!
I never would have imagined the design possibilities available using air-dried molding clay. What a surprise!
When I received my Delight clay in my SAF kit I eyed it with skepticism (and fear also, if I’m completely honest). Clay and I just have trouble playing nicely together. Molding and sculpting are skills beyond my ability and my projects always turn out clumsy and childlike. Then there is the mess…*groan*. All too often if I use something like Fimo the bulk of it will end up on the floor, in my hair, on the cat, etc, etc…lol.
This awesome, foam-like dough is unique, looks simple (ok, simpler) to handle and there are SO many ways to use it. And my goodness, the textures you can acheive! Everything from completely flat to puffy and adorably touchable. ‘Delight’ is the perfect name for it.

It’s always fun to add a new media to a card as an embellishment. Can’t wait to try the paperclay!
