Welcome everyone to the September 2012 Papertrey Blog Hop! We are so thrilled to see you here! First, the challenge…

This month it is all about wrapping it up. Whether you are preparing early for the holidays or have an upcoming birthday or two, have fun experimenting with fabric & felt packaging ideas. Use any of our Favor It dies with felt and a little hot glue gun action or stitching. Use a pretty piece of fabric like you would wrapping paper and make a custom tag to coordinate with it. Not into sewing or gluing? Wrap a kitchen towel or cloth napkin around a special bottle of wine and top it off with a hand-stamped gift label. Or rip a strip of fabric to use in place of ribbon and finish it with a pretty handmade gift card. There are so many different things to try, you will love experimenting to see what you can come up with! We look forward to seeing your projects!
I have included an inlinkz list below for you to add your link to your blog hop project. This type of link list will allow you to select a thumbnail to go along with your link, making it easy to go back and find a project later that might have perked your interest.
You have until 11:30pm EST tonight (September 25th) to add your link to this list. THREE random participants will be selected to win a $25 PTI Gift Certificate to spend however they choose. They will be announced and highlighted here, on my blog, tomorrow morning. We look forward to seeing all of your creations!
EDITED TO ADD RANDOMLY SELECTED WINNERS:
Kristie H. used the Essential Pillow Box die to and a strip of red fabric to create this quick & easy holiday wrap. I love the addition of the Woodgrain Impression Plate to the box, it certainly adds a lot of character and depth!
Ericka S. put together this beautiful wine topper with die-cut felt leaves. Not only are these colors gorgeous together, but the stitching details she added down the center of each leaf totally make the project!
Diana L. made an adorable bow from strips of felt. The little flower accent really helped to pull it all together and added a touch of whimsy.
Congratulations to all of the winners! Please send a note off to Customer Service and provide the email address you would like your $25 gift certificate sent to! And thank you to EVERYONE who played along! I think this will be a great resource for everyone as they begin planning for the upcoming holidays!
