This was so interesting. I am a programmer and actually wrote a small program for myself that is a random card description generator … too many choices, so I let the program narrow them down for me. Example below. This reminded me of that and was so fun. I’ll get the download and use it. Thanks! Kay
TECHNIQUE: Bling
COLOR: Black and White
TYPE: Birthday – Masculine
SHAPE: Standard (A2, A6, etc.)

LOVE your final card Erin!! Oh how I feel your “pain” with all that button pushing lol! I am getting together with a group of ladies this week to craft and I think this would be the perfect challenge for us all to do ….THANKS for the inspiration and download!!!

Love the finished card. And thanks for showing how your thought process worked to achieve the final project. I seem to spend way to much time trying to put a card together but glad to know others do as well. I am going to give this challenge a try!

I want to play but I cannot download the .pdf…I click but I get a blank grey page. Any suggestions?

Unlikely that I could ever come up with anything that looks as good as your final product. Nonetheless, a very good exercise in focus and creativity.

Oh thank you! thank you! thank you! Erin you have made my day. How many times have I gone through that very process of pushing elements around, adding in, taking off…etc. You make me feel so much better about my creative process-pretty much it’s the same as yours. With maybe one difference…you end up using your first choices and mine rarely end up on the card:) But I may try your “roll the dice” game-if I can muster up the bravery!!
And I love your end result too. Love the stamped texture you added to the leaves and the scalloped circle for the sentiment. Really like this video a lot!!

Be sure to click the blue link under the download image, not the image itself. Hopefully that will work better for you! 🙂

Excellent video, Erin, and fabulous results for your card. Here I thought you gals always just whipped up your cards in no time vs. using a “push and see” if you like it or not process. This challenge would be so much fun to try. Thanks for sharing!

What a fun challenge I was almost not going to do it.
I could not believe I got balloon image with the couch sentiment and then the sentiment i found actually worked.
I will definitely do this again thank you.
I don’t have a die so I used random.org

Oh this is a great idea – I often sit and look at all my supplies, and feel clueless on where to begin. This will definitely eliminate some decision :o)
