Happy release day, everyone!
It has been tradition that I post my favorite design team projects "the morning after", and I just wanted to stop in and let you know that I am still planning on putting together this post, but it won't be going up until Sunday evening.
As some of you may know, David and I have been in the process of building our own home and I am happy to say that is almost completed. We need to dedicate this weekend to getting some things done there so that we can achieve my goal of having the new studio completely ready by February first, in time to begin putting everything together for the BIG anniversary festivities here at Papertrey.
Many of the design team members (see sidebar to the left) have posted some of their release projects on their individual blogs, so please feel free to use them as a resource to provide you with new creative inspiration today! Thank you for your understanding in the delay of my post and have a wonderful weekend!
It’s been another awesome release–thank you so much! I hope this weekend meets all your expectations and that you will post many pictures of what will surely be a fabulous studio! Also, can’t wait for this year’s Papertrey Ink anniversary…always a highlight.

Buyers of a sponsor unit should take note that they will need to pay NY State and NY David: I have been in the process of building our own home and I am happy to say that is almost completed. City transfer taxes, and often the seller’s attorney fees. You still have to submit a board package (Homeland Security! The management company needs to know who is moving into their building) and you almost always have to abide by the building’s house rules as far as sublet requirements and pets. Although it varies from sponsor to sponsor, you may be able to put down less than the minimum financing normally required by the building.
Hoping the move is going well! You must be so excited! Congratulations on a beautiful home!
