—>Am I correct in assuming there is a discount built-in to the
quick pick prices? I can’t make the individual prices come out to the
quick pick totals. (i.e. Aqua package is $23. 5 x $3 for the ribbon, $6
for the ink pad, and $3 or $5 for the cardstock comes to $24 or $26)

There is no discount built into the color collection quick pick options.  Both the Aqua Mist & Spring Moss stitched ribbons did not arrive in time for the release (they will be here next week).  So you will be getting four spools of ribbon rather than five per color.

—>The cardstock included – is it the 12 or 24 page packs?

The cardstock included in all of the quick pick options are 24 sheet packs.

—>Are the refills included in packages that include "ink"?

The refills are not included in any of the collections.  Those would have to be added separately.

—>In the "I want it all" package, does that include 1 egg box?

That package included one egg box.  If you would like additional egg boxes, you would need to add them separately.

—> How do I sign-up for the FREE Stamps for a Year Contest?

All you need to do is register as a member of our forum by Friday, February 22nd.   We made this announcement a few days ago…

Because of the delay of the new website & forum, we will be
extending the deadline for the FREE Stamps for a Year contest. New customers will
have until Friday, February 22nd to register and be eligible for the
contest.  The winner will be announced Saturday morning (02/23/08).

If the lucky winner ends up making a purchase of new product before
next Saturday, we will refund the cost of the stamps.  We didn’t want
you to feel obligated to wait for the announcement of the winner before
making a purchase.

—>Considering the size of the egg box, is there any additional shipping costs??? How about with 12×12 papers?

U.S. orders of $40 or more automatically receive FREE shipping, no matter the contents of the package.  Other than that, all shipping charges are calculated according to weight.  With the paper & egg box being fairly light, I wouldn’t think that it would be a dramatic increase in cost.

—>This is my first release party, so I’m sorry if this is a silly
question. When can you actually purchase the new items? I don’t see the
new inks and paper yet. Am I missing something?

Our website will be updated @ midnight (EST) and at that time all the new products will be added to the site.  You will know when it has finished uploading when new artwork is presented on the homepage.

We are already anticipating that it will crash @ midnight due to the
number of people refreshing.  Remember to try retyping the address in
your browser without the www (just papertreyink.com) to attempt
accessing the site via a different path.  It usually takes
approximately 15-30 minutes to recover from the crash.

—>Sorry for being so anal…Shouldn’t the "I want it all" package be $173?
We rounded the price of the "I Want It ALL" collection down to $170.  Since we appreciate the amount of the order, we thought a small discount would be appropriate.

—>Will the two ribbons be shipped to me later if I order the quick pick, or will I need to order them separately later?

No, the stiched ribbons will not be shipped to you later automatically.  They are not included in the quick pick option, therefore you are not ordering or paying for them.  The stitched ribbons will be added to the website as soon as they arrive and we will also send out an email notification as well.  I’m afraid they will just have to be ordered at a later time.  I apologize for the inconvenience!  I’m disappointed that didn’t arrive on time too!
