We have just received word from the company constructing our new site that it will not be ready in time for our release tomorrow night. Here are the details that we wanted you to know…
-Our NEW forum will still be going live tonight @ 8pm (EST). They finished that portion of our project. It is on our NEW server, so it is practically impossible for it to crash. Yay!!!
-Our NEW homepage graphics will sill be going live tonight as well. When you see the birthday graphics, you will know that it is ready.
-You will need to click on the "Free Stamps for a Year" button on the new homepage to register for the new forum. This will also automatically register you for the contest.
-We will be utilizing our old website for purchases during the release tomorrow night. We are already anticipating that it will crash @ midnight due to the number of people refreshing. Remember to try retyping the address in your browser without the www (just papertreyink.com) to attempt accessing the site via a different path. It usually takes approximately 15-30 minutes to recover from the crash.
-The new website is now slated to be revealed next Saturday (02/22/08).
