As our pre-anniversary sale winds down we want to take this opportunity to offer a heartfelt thank you for your business and for all of the orders that you placed with us. We welcomed loyal customers and brand new ones and we are grateful for you all. You have overwhelmed us with your interest in our products and we know that you are anxious to get your new crafty goodies. And we are anxious for you to receive them as well.
Those of you who have shopped with us before have been accustomed to fast shipping when you place an order. And we pride ourselves in delivering what you order quickly. We have heard from a number of you who have asked about the status of your order(s) as you have not received them when you expected to. We wanted to make sure that all of our customers are updated on what is going on.
Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders we received and the number of items on each order, we are experiencing an atypical delay of 2-6 weeks. Even if you receive(d) a tracking number, your order still may be delayed by 2-4 weeks from your order date to allow us time to pull and pack your order. We are working hard to get your orders out just as soon as we can. As a valued customer, you also have the option to cancel your order at any time if you would prefer not to wait.
We also want you to know that our Anniversary sale, announcements and new release products will be in March. We have pushed it back a bit to allow us to get caught up on the pre-anniversary sale orders. We look forward to giving you another great opportunity during that sale to add some new products to your crafty supplies!
Even though the sale and anniversary release/activities are being moved to March, we still have some amazing things to share with you in February! Starting February 10th we will begin a ten day blog series revisiting and remembering each of the ten years we have been in business! There will be challenges and prizes, so we hope to see you there to join in the fun!
