Welcome to Transformation Tuesday!
We all have cards that don’t necessarily turn out the way we had envisioned or a project that we designed to be feminine that could be made masculine with a few tweaks. The idea is to show a project transformed into something fresh and new.
Join Laurie Schmidlin as she revisits her favorite thank you card.
“Transformation Tuesday has become one of my all time favorite challenges! As the end of the school year fast approaches, I find myself needing to stock up on thank you cards. I decided to look back through some of my more recent creations and choose a favorite. I then changed up some of the colors, images, and shapes to create a cheerful thank you card. Because the images and overall layout is based on one of my favorite cards, it was fun and easy to mass produce these!”

The tweak in colors creates such a dramatic change, even with the same elements. Just lovely.

Those lovely bright colors and then an unexpected pop of blue. I never would have thought to do that. Thanks, Laurie!
