I am not going to leave my craft room, and no laundry, food shopping or preparation, or jumping to meet everyone’s needs. My mom even offered to watch our dog, so I will have absolutely NO OTHER LIVING THING to care for except myself!!!!!! That’s better than a trip to Italy, for sure! However, I will certainly be glad to have them home again, lest you all think I dislike my family, lol, but I am looking forward to the break.

It may sound funny, but I’m looking forward to having my house back. I have been living in the upstairs of my townhouse since March 2, while the downstairs has been gutted to repair a mold issue. Without a kitchen, I’ve been eating out a lot. Who knew I would actually miss cooking!? The good news is that the insurance company has authorized all new tile and cabinets downstairs, as well as paint. The bad news is that it will be at least another 6 and probably 8 weeks before the work can be completed. So in my mind, I have wonderful plans for about July when I can invite over all of the nice friends who have been so kind to me during this upheaval.
Lori B says

Susan says
Summer, for me, means a big organizing project – last year it was my embossing folders. One summer it was ALL my stamps – that was a HUGE chore but amazing to get done. This year I might finally get around to “cataloging” all my die cuts. I have a large table on my screened in porch and I can lay out my project without having to worry about it getting wet or picking it up every night. So what will it be this summer … only time will tell but I know my crafting will be the better for it because I’ll have more time to create with my new PTI goodies once things are organized!
Sarah T. says
Next month my son graduates high school – I’m so proud of all he’s achieved so I can’t wait to celebrate this with him.
