So, is everyone ready to get this party started? We certainly are!
One of the most important parts of our company and its success is our design team and the talented women it contains. They are each selected because of their unique abilities and the different ways they can showcase products. This year we are making some big changes and building an even bigger team of people to bring you MORE content throughout the month, rather than just concentrated within a standard release week. With that being said, there are a few team members that you have come to love that are not necessarily listed below as part of our “core” team, but they will be continuing with us in new, exciting roles that will be announced later on in this blog series. SO don’t panic!
Today I want to focus on the core group of women that will be sharing projects with you each release. There are many new faces which will quickly be counted among your favorite contributors. And of course we have our tried and true ladies, who you have already loved as part of the Papertrey family! Without a doubt, this year’s team will truly be one of the best in the business. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work with them and share their incredible talents with you each month.
I have asked each of the ladies to share their favorite project from the last ten years, so you would have a little eye candy today! I loved seeing what each of them selected! It’s like a trip down memory lane. I hope you enjoy taking a look at them as much as I did.
Without further ado, here is the 2017 Design Team!
Betsy Veldman has been with us for several years and it has ben amazing to watch her grow. Back in the day when she just created cards, I knew she possessed something magical and urged her to dip her toe in product design. She has taken the entire industry by storm with her innovative kits and continues to wow us with her paper crafting projects. Betsy works pure magic with products and always does an amazing job coming up with creative, out of the box ways to showcase them. I am so excited to have her continuing on the team, and to see what she has up her sleeve for this year!
Dawn McVey is joining us for another season, which is an amazing blessing with the health struggles she has had the last few years. Releases wouldn’t be the same without her bright pops of color, her seemingly effortless layering and of course her creative color combinations overall. Not only is Dawn an amazing contributor with her projects, she also has a way with stamp design. Most well known for her clever and thoughtful sentiments, as well as her floral set, we are looking forward to more of both from her in the coming year. Dawn’s sunny disposition lights up the entire team behind the scenes and we are so glad to have her join us for another year.
Heather Nichols wins the prize for longevity! She was a member of our original design team that began ten years ago! How do you even begin to express gratitude for someone so dedicated! Heather has been another member of the team that has been a treat to see her growth as a designer over the last ten years. Although, even with all of that growth, she still stays true to her love of KRAFT!!! Heather has a unique style that is all her own, it’s simple at it’s core, with a touch of rustic flair. You can always recognize a Heather Nichols project or product instantly! One of the things I admire about Heather is the way she is always looking to broaden her horizons with classes and additional learning, experimentation.
Keeway Tsao is new to the team this year, and we couldn’t be more thrilled! If you are unfamiliar with her work, you are in for a real treat! Her style is truly effortless and she definitely has a signature look that will leave you feeling inspired. I most appreciate her coloring skills, she is a magician with markers for sure. You will find lots of white in her designs, which gives her colorful creations a crisp backdrop that totally makes them pop. I am so looking forward to her contributions to the team this year and think all of our customers will look forward to each and every on of her posts!
Laurie Schmidlin joined us for the last few months as an interim member, but we are pleased to have her on board as a permanent part of the team! Our customers have already let us know load and clear that they have loved seeing her work the past few months. Laurie has an incredibly elaborate style that I envy greatly. She has a keen eye, right down to the last detail. I have loved seeing the color combinations she has put together and can really appreciate the effort she puts into making each creation unique and inspiring.
Lizzie Jones will also be joining us for another amazing year! Her clean and simple style has earned her hundreds of loyal followers, myself included! Not only does she bless all of us with her inspired paper crafts, she is a phenomenal product designer. She also has a special talent for stitching with felt and has shared some amazing projects in that area over the years! One of the things I love most about Lizzie is her sense of humor. There have been so many times that she has made us laugh behind the scenes and she is a true joy to have around! So thankful we get to see more from her in the coming year!
Michelle Leone is a designer I have always admired, especially with her regular contributions to our monthly Blog Hop. I cannot even begin to express how excited I was when she accepted our invitation to join the team. Her thoughtful, clean and simple style is so inspiring. She has a way of adding just that special touch, a unique finishing detail that brings her projects to a whole new level. I’m so thrilled that she will be working with us in this capacity, and I know all of our customers will love getting to know her better too!
Melissa Phillips is back and better than ever for another year on our team! Her signature style is recognized throughout the industry as hers alone, and it is a huge honor whenever she works with any of our products. She has perfected the shabby chic look to perfection and can use pink in ways you could never imagine! One thing you may not know about Melissa is that she is AMAZING with throwing our one-liners that will make you laugh out loud. I can’t count the number of times behind the scenes that she has made us all smile. What a treat it is for all of us to get to work with her again, and even more of a treat for you, the customers, who get to be inspired by her artistry every month!
Stephanie Gold is known for her submission to our recent Star Search video contest, and now she will be a regular contributor here on the team! She wins the award for being most enthusiastic after receiving an invitation to join the team! That enthusiasm paired with her talent and creativity will quickly make her a strong member of our team. One of the things I love most about Stephanie’s creations is the unique pairings she comes up with. Something shabby-chic, paired with something modern, bringing opposites together and making them look like they were meant to be. That takes a special eye, and Stephanie certainly has it! It’s going to be a great year with her on the team!
Wanda Guess is another new member of the team, but surely not a stranger within the paper crafting community. Wanda is one of those designers that just has it all. She is able to execute several different kinds of styles and really excels at showing off the versatility of a product. She has a special talent for putting patterns and colors together, which I have always admired. I can already tell that Wanda is a hard worker who always puts her all into everything she does. To have her on the team is such a huge honor and I know her creations will always inspire me as well as all of you this coming year!
So there you have our main Design Team for 2017! I have a feeling that it is going to be an incredible year, and YOU, the customer will get to reap all of the benefits!

I don’t have a favorite product. That’s an impossible question to answer. But I do love the style of the sentiments you have at PTI. The fonts, the size, the variety of all the sentiments is great!
chris g. says
Love the stitched dies – especially the Coin Purse Die. Its such a versatile die to make little gifts that everybody loves!
Donna K says
Wow, hard task. I love PTI’s beautiful paper and coordinating colors of ribbon, ink, etc. Gorgeous. If I had to pick a favorite stamp set it would probably be Rosie Pose. I’ve used that set so many times for multiple occasions. It just always seems right. Congrats on your wonderful Anniversary. Says a lot about the company. Welcome to the new (and existing) ladies as well
Stacy Simpson says
Favorite product. Wow! That’s tough. I’ve used Mini Blooms and Bigger Blooms a lot so I will go with those sets. And their matching dies.
I’m so excited for the next 10 days.
Natasha says
It’s really tough to pick a favorite product. If I had just one, I wouldn’t keep coming back for more, haha!
I’d say my favorite product of the moment is the Hello Sunshine set.
Debbie says
I have grown to adore your stitching dies as they make a non sewer seem like an accomplished one.Congrats to all team members both “old” and new alike.
Sandy Dayhoff says
It’s so very hard to decide what is my favorite thing in the past 10 years! I would have to say at the moment that it’s the Color Pop kits! I also love “Lovely Laurels” I could go on and on, but I do love Papertrey!!
Dana Kirby says
I love so many things and products from PTI that it is hard to pick just one. My favorite is probably the MIM kits. I love how everything coordinates and my favorite is probably DFTW!! Congrats to all the DT members!! I can’t wait to see what they create.
Terry says
Favorite product: Definitely PTI’s cardstock! Best in the industry by far!
Rita says
PTI still brings me JOY and despite many MarieKondo de-stashes, most of my PTI products are still staples in my craft collection. I love the stitching dies and dearly hope that more are in store in the year ahead. Happy 10th year anniversary, Papertrey Ink!
Big hugs to old and new!
Linda C says
I love the mini kits and Christmas stamps from PTI over the years. Looking forward to a new year of stamps and welcome to the new members of the DT.
Rebecca B. from FL says
My first love affair with PTI began with cardstock. I have crafted for many years and with products from many companies. PTI cardstock has no equal when it comes to thickness, color and price.
Lyn says
Since there is no way I could ever pick a favorite PTI stamp set, my favorite product has to be PTI white cardstock! I love the weight and finish. It is absolutely the BEST on the market for stamping, coloring and cardmaking in general and there is nothing else that compares. Looking forward to an exciting year at PTI – the DT introductions today made me think of the old rhyme: “Make new friends but keep the old; one is silver and the other gold”.
Diana K says
Even though I love many PTI things, it’s pretty easy to choose my most favourite – Rosie Posie!
Carol B says
Luckily, I just started papercrafting within the last few years, so I have a lot less to think about!!! But I have to say that I have fallen in love with the Traveler’s Journal Kit. It’s my “between projects” go to when it’s not the current project!
Colleen F says
So many favorites of PTI…Beautiful Butterflies have always been a special set, so versatile with cards for sympathy right up to encouraging and even celebrating an event! Congratulations on your 10 years and am so looking forward to this new design team!
GinaEgg says
My favorite PTI product is the most basic of basic tools: the cardstock. It is the best!
Pamela Levingston says
My favorite product hands down is your Perfect Match cardstock. It cuts perfectly, scores perfectly and matches perfectly to the ink! I just wish it came in 12×12 size!
Amanda says
My favorite product is Tremendous Treats: Valentine paired with their Tiny partners. It was what my oldest really started stamping with and it’s so versatile we still use it often. Having a son who enjoys the crafty goodness mommy does is something special.
Dawn Z says
My favorite PTI product ( if I had to pick just one) is the Rustic Wreath stamp and die set. I have found it to be extremely versatile, not just for holiday use. My best project with it has to be my daughter’s wedding invitations. They came out beautiful, and we received so many compliments on them.
Kyle Eddings says
I love your Perfect Match cardstock. Working with it is heavenly and most of the colors are one-of-a-kind that you don’t see in other cardstock lines!.
SherryG says
My favorite product is the Tinsel and Tags MIM kit. I use parts of it year-round, and I love it all.

Wow, welcome new designers…although I love, love, love the existing ones. I’m excited to see new styles any day. My favorite stamp was probably the Garden Gate kit designed by Betsy Veldman…so creative and I’ve used it several times in many different ways for different occasions.
Rose Noelle says
I am going to echo several others and say my fave staple is definitely the card stock. Don’t get me wrong, I do love so many other products. But off the top of my head when I think about the first thing I bought just a small amount of just to try it out, it is the cardstock. Since then I have built up quite a collection (and have more coming!!)
Jeni says
Congratulations Papertrey on 10 Years! I found you guys on your first anniversary & have been hooked ever since. I can’t say that I really have a favorite product because I love them all but when looking back through my projects, I find that I’ve used the Hexagon Cover Plate an awfully lot so that definitely has a top spot.
Christine Nixon says
I could not possibly pick one set of stamps, but I tell everyone I know that PTI card stock is the best in the industry hands-down and I have tried a large percentage of them all. That being said, congratulations to the 2017 design team. Looking forward to seeing some of the familiar ones returning and “getting to know” the new ones.My heart nearly stopped when I did not see Amy or Kay on the list, but I will wait to see if they will return in different capacities-PLEASE!
Shelly says
Wow! What a great team you have compiled! I look forward to them sharing all their great projects throughout the year. All the PTI products are phenomenal! I don’t have one product that stands out above all in my mind..but the items I have had much fun creating with are the “color pop” kits. I am amazed at how quickly a card front can go from plain to bursting with colors and patterns with this kit! Congrats on 10 years of success! I certainly hope many more years are in your future!
Victoria h says
My current favourite is the scalloped square die collection….can’t stop using these!
Linda E (uncbballfan) says

One of the many favorite products has to be the stitched dies. I have so enjoyed making many gifts with them. I hope you continue to have new stitched products.
Adele Holcomb says
Truly, I only order my very favorites so if I have it, I love it! Nevertheless, I scrolled through the cards I’ve photographed, and have many “favorite” cards I’ve made with PTI products. It was hard to pick, but I settled on a birthday card for my grandson made with the December “Celebrate” gift-with-purchase.
Congrats to the new team members, and welcome back to the old. Can’t wait to see your projects!
Kathy Mc says
Hard to pick a favorite PTI product because that’s pretty much my entire stamping arsenal, but I’ll stick my neck out and admit I am SO impressed with the card stock quality. Congrats on another fabulous team!
Dee says
Welcome new designers. I am excited to see what lies ahead for the coming year. I don’t know that I have a favorite stamp. I would the kits have been very enjoyable and I hope that Betsy continues to design more.
Sue in Grapevine says
It’s hard to pick a favorite, but I’ll give a shout-out to the coverplates. One of those will give you a charming card in next to no time!
Natalie Winterstein says
Wow, picking a favorite product is HARD. I love so many PTI stamps, dies and kits but I would say that the ever popular Tinsel and Tags kit has been a fav! I made a bunch of little houses for my nieces and they got such a kick out of them! 🙂
Donna says
How exciting! So many faces that are favorite stampers of mine and now they will be showcasing the fab monthly PTI products. PTI has so many wonderful products and stamp designs. It is impossible to pick a favorite. My most beloved PTI product is my woodgrain impression plate. I have had it for so long and used it more than any other PTI product.
Cindy O says
Congratulations to PTI celebrating your 10th anniversary, and to everyone on the fabulous design team! I love the PTI style and quality of stamps, dies, patterned papers, just everything, but if I have to pick one favorite, it’s the colored card stock. Wonderful quality, wonderful colors, and the perfectly matching inks to use with them. And the card stock sampler got me started with PTI, so it has a special place in my card making heart!
Sue McRae says
So exciting to see new faces on the design team! My favorite product would have to be the card stock. I love quality of the paper and selection of colors and all the new shades that have been added in the last few months.
Melissa S. says
I don’t have a specific product that I can name cause I love so many of the Papertrey stamps and dies and papers, etc.. However, if I had to name a product category that I really like the most it would be the introduction and continued evolution of Papertrey Ink’s metal dies. They are great and some of the best priced dies out there. Of course what always brings me back to PTI is their amazing timeless stamp images. Even the really old ones can be used today and they are classic and beautiful and versatile. I still use some from PTI’s first year.
Lindsey L says
Wow!! What an incredible line up!!! I’m trusting you to not panic about a few faces I do not see, but am so thrilled for the continuing an new faces I do see!
Jayell says
My favourite product would probably be one of Betsy’s kits but it’s hard just to pick one. However I’d never seen anything like the Tinsel and Tags kit, it was just amazing.
Heidi says
Congratulations to everyone on the design team!
One of my favorite products from the last 10 years is the Make It Market: Nostalgic Notions kit. I’ve always loved the 40s style and was so excited when that set came out. I love the variety of products and styles that Papertrey Ink offers!
Cyndie says
Welcome, new team! Can’t wait to see what you create!
So, my favorite: I just recently acquired ALL of the #papertreyink inks as ink cubes, and I love them! Now I can finally play along with the color challenges with the actual colors. I also have nearly all the matching cardstock. But, you need to issue a new bundle of cardstock in all the new colors only, so I can get up to date. ?
Lindsey L says
In my excitement I forgot to put my favorite: O Holy Night. (Through the Don’t Dorget to Write kit is close behind.)
AllysonA says
Looks like a wonderful design team! Can’t wait for all the beautiful inspiration headed our way in the coming year. If I have to choose a favorite Papertrey Ink product (which is really hard, BTW!), I suppose it would be a toss up between the sentiments in the Friendly Flower stamp set and the Berry Sorbet patterned paper pack. I use those things all the time! Thanks for all the many years of fun and inspiration. Happy 10th Anniversary, PTI!
Sharon D says
How to choose?? I’m going to say my favorite is the Keep It Simple series of sentiments–perfect size, and I was wanting them for so long! But I also LOVE your card stock, love the Peony cover plate, love the Garden Gate kit, love that you have matching dies for stamp sets, and love way too many stamp sets to mention. And I LOVE the forum–my happy place!
Sharon J says
A hard question for sure! But I will say “Wreath for All Seasons” is my favourite go to set. I use it literally for “all seasons” and in so many different ways. Can’t wait to hear what everyone else says in response to this question.
RedGem says
Love the new design team and I’m looking forward to more inspiration from them. As for my favorite product is very hard to choose, but I do love the great quality of your dies. Your company always seem to create ones I’m in need for. You have a great selection of storage items and embellishments, and there is always your cardstock, high quality! Congratulations on 10 wonderful years, I’ve been there with you for the last 7 of them!

When I was trying to think of a favorite stamp set, I will just pick the first one that came to mind, which is MIM Garden Gate. It is so beautiful! I just have to sneak in both sets of the Noted: Scalloped A2 dies as well. I love using the background scalloped image for card bases.
Penelope Tucker says
I am so excited for this coming year. The new additions to your design team are going to be a real treat for us. (Especially Wanda, who is not only one of my favorite paper designers, but also a fellow CAL grad — go bears).
I have been such a devotee of PTI for the last couple of years…but it was Tinsel and Tags that first drew my attention to your company (via Jennifer McGuire) and I’ve never looked back. So for its sheer inspiration….T&T is my favorite product, along with the coordinating die and stamps that have subsequently been released.
janet GOSHORN says
I agree with everyone – it is so hard to choose but I will go with the Stampers Select white paper as my favorite.

1st off, a big hooray to all the designers, old and new. So happy and excited to see what they will be doing. Favorite PTI product? You might as well ask which of my children is my favorite! But I will say, I came to love PTI for their card stock, which is the only card stock I use. Stampers Select is the best white card stock on the market. I know. Thank you, PTI for bringing all of us who already love you, another year of the best!

Congratulations to all the new design team!! My favorite product-how do I pick? Wow…so excited about all the new designers, can’t wait to see more of their creations. My favorite stamp set is City Scene, love all those amazing buildings!
Teresa beg says
I love the make it market kits! Really I love it all 🙂
Lorraine says
Yay for the design team!
Hmm…can’t pin it down to one thing, lol.
Love all of the stamps, but also love all of the colorful sturdy cardstock!
L. Sunn says
So excited about the design team this year! There are a couple of new faces that I look forward to being inspired by! As far as my favorite PTI product Rosie Posie! I absolutely love this set and use it often!
Greta H says
Congrats to the new team members & glad to see the “old timers” are continuing for another year! Fun to look back through all my PTI projects–a lot I had totally forgotten about! Very hard to pick one favorite product, but right up there would be Turning a New Leaf & Snowflake Flurries. Of course I also adore The Sweet Life & I’m sure Don’t Forget to Write will be a favorite once I take time to use it more. Happy 10th anniversary, PTI!
LaFaunB says
I love the variety of PTI colors and the coordination in ribbons, buttons, paper, ink, etc.
Josiane says
Happy 10th anniversary and many more, PTI! Welcome new designers!
My favorite item is the Noted A2 die collection which I had been hoping PTI would release for years and years. I hope more dies in this series will be released.
Becky Green says
OH MY!!!! My “Favorite” product from the last 10 years, would be the Movers & Shakers Dies! 😉 They are the dies that got me started here at PTI & of course, our kids LOVE THEM! LOL I could give you a list of “favorites!” 😉 “WELCOME,” to all the Design Team!!! 🙂
Heather says
It’s impossible to pick just one; but I love the Shakers & Sprinkles Kit (and everything that goes along with it!) and the You’re A Masterpiece Kit.
Congratulations to the team – welcome to all new and returning members!
Keri says
My favorite PTI product from the last 10 years has to be any and all of the 3D favor box dies. I use them for ALL occasions. Aside from card making, creating small gifts is my favorite part of paper crafting.
Rebecca Ednie says
Ooh, this is a hard one. I’ve always loved Mega Mixed Messages and the Sweet Life is another I grab often. But what I use most is my cardstock! Especially sweet blush, white and kraft.
Samantha Johnson says
I love your paper and ink so much, but my favorite thing you’ve released in the last 10yrs has been “fillable frames” stamps/dies … they work on male/female/kid/palin/fancy/watercolored/and every other card you can create. I own them all and the additions. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these… how about a new version?
Nancy M says
It’s impossible to pick just one favorite product since you’ve introduced so many amazing things over the years. I think that I’ll have to do what others have and fall back on the cardstock – in my case, rustic cream. Happy anniversary!
joybells says
So many favorites! But one that I absolutely love is Rustic Wreath.
Carol Blaisdell says
My favorite has to be Leaf Prints. I love to make cards in the fall because I adore the autumn colors!
Jill G. says
Favorite product? Easy–PTI’s cardstock. It’s the basis of every good card. It’s the best out there and every time I share some, the crafter wants to know, “Where is this from? Where can I get some?!” 🙂
Amy Cooley says
I discovered Papertrey Ink a little over a year ago. I’ve enjoyed all the beautiful inspiration and fabulous products. My favorite has been the sprinkle sequin card kit.
Kristin *jcmom04* says
My favorite PTI product is a 3-way tie… and the reason why I really do not buy from any other company for products relating to crafting. They are: stamps (of course!), cardstock (obviously!), and the matching colors (paper, ink, ribbon/buttons/felt).
Rachael Burdick says
I can’t pick one product, it’s way too hard! The products I currently use the most are the Keep it Simple and Tucked In stamps, the Noted sets of dies, your cardstock, and dye inks. I can’t wait to see what gets released this year! Happy 10th anniversary!
Janet Mack says
Welcome to the new designers, all of whom I have seen their work. Must be so exciting. I am happy to see the regulars return including Dawn. I don’t have pictures but my favorite projects are the ones with my favorite sets, the Friendship Jar series.
Karen says
The Friendship Jar series remains a favorite. I pull pieces of it out over and over again. It works great for adults and kids.
Kelly Schirmer says
I have loved your stamps from the beginning, but you started me on a die revolution! I never thought that I “needed” dies when I could just fussy cut. How I just guffaw at that statement now :)! One of my fave dies is the Hexagon Cover Plate…and as for stamps…I could HARDLY wait to place the order for the first Button Bits!
Mimi R says
I absolutely love the stitching dies! Makes my life so much easier to make cards and baby items with!
Shelly K says
I don’t have any pics of projects I’ve done…loved em all!
But my favorite PTI product I ever purchased is “Newsprint” and “Background Text” stamp sets! Use them so much!! as well as “Simple Alphabet”…LOVE PTI!
Congrats on 10 years!
Dianne S says
I have way too many favorite Papertrey Ink products, but I love the Embellished Elegance stamp set and the Birthday trio die set of 3. I’ve used the latter so many times in birthday cards over the years. It’s versatile paired with the wet paint set of stamps and dies.
D.Ann C says
What lovely projects from all the design team – past and new members alike! Looking forward to seeing your fab skills this year!
My favorite PTI product? Hmmm… so hard to choose! I think I’ve used Simply Jane the most, but many other are right up there beside her – like the Love You to Pieces Fox and the 2014 SAF Renaissance and more! I wish the Petite LED lights would come back!! hint-hint!!
Cindy Otto says
My favorite product ever from PTI is the Love Lives Here! I am continually going back to that set for the sweet little house and tiny hearts. So sweet
Mary W says
Your designers really are great. I certainly enjoy and learn from the monthly posts highlighting new products. It is agony to try to pick my favorites since the designers ALWAYS make me see things in a new light and I ALWAYS get the “I need” syndrome after seeing their creations. My wallet wishes they weren’t so good. Can’t wait to see the newest designers works and, of course, see new creations from the returning designers. Can’t wait to hear about the new inspiration posts that will be coming our way. Your rock, Nichole!
Helen F. says
CONGRATULATIONS on your 10th Anniversary!
So happy to see the 2017 Design Team Super Stars. Welcome back to the familiar AND to the new members, it’s going to be a fun and inspirational year for sure!
PTI has so many amazing products from the paper line to the kits. If I have to pick a fave, I would have to say the “Song Birds” stamp/die sets…that is no surprise to anyone who has ever visited my blog 🙂 I love the versatility and have used it for every card giving occasion and holiday.
Erika T says
My fav has got to be Friendly Flowers
Pai says
i don’t think i can possibly pick a favorite PTI product! PTI stamps and dies have long been favorites of mine. One of my favorite card sets i made was using asian fusion…
Leslie Scholes says
Congrats on 10 years! Welcome to the new designers and glad to so many of my favorites are here for another year! My “current” favorite is Don’t Forget to Write. The set has everything I love about PTI…beautiful stamps, greaqt dies and gorgeous papers!!
Terri E. says
So excited to see the design team! Hope Kay Miller is still around as I ADORE her water coloring and smashing style!
Terri E. says
Sorry to leave out my favorite product would have to be the stamper’s select white. I know super boring, but best staple in the business!
Donna M. says
I’m truly excited about this anniversary, being a long time PTI supporter. I love all the products… always have the thick white cardstock, use all the matching cs & inks. Guess my fav set (such a hard choice) would be the older “Hands of Time”. The last card I sent for the passing of my friend’s mom brought such emotion- she hugged me, tearfully thanking me for the perfect card. Congrats PTI, thanks for making such beautiful products that add so much to a huge network of people!
Cynthia says
Congrats! I honestly can’t pick a single product. I’m going to go with my first order many years ago, which had stamper’s select white and the cardstock assortment pack. Once I saw those and had a chance to use them, I was hooked!
Cynthia Johnson says
Welcome to the new team! I love so much of PTI products. But I think the Make It Market Kit: All Through the House with all of Betsy Veldman’s projects is my absolute favorite! I love all the Doodles also.
Martha says
I have SO many PTI items that I love. It’s difficult to just select one item. So, I will have to say that my favorite PTI items are the dies, especially the Tag Dies and Word Dies.
Michelle Laulu says
I have many of the cover plate dies and lettering dies from PTI. I love being able to make a beautiful card with one or two cuts and have them turn out better than a store-bought card. Keep up the great work!
Lemalie says
Each month I look forward to the new dies that are released and also the examples made by the team. I have two kits that Betsy designed and I absolutely love them!
Lisa Elton says
Oh goodness, there are so many PTI products I love! But the Tag Sale: Quilted Die is a favorite. Love the shape and size of it! Congratulations on 10 years and on this amazingly talented new DT!!
Simone Naoum says
Congratulations to all the new designers joining the team and to those that are staying on! Such an amazing group of talented designers and I cant wait to see all the new creations!

and I am excited to see what this new year brings!!!!
Janet Sisk says
I don’t have one particular favorite PTI product, but many. I love all the Faith-based stamps and dies. Thanks for a chance to win! 😀
marcy says
This is way too hard to list one. I really appreciate all the scripture dies and stamp sets. They are so hard to find and yours are so beautiful!
Chris B says
I’ve been a customer since 2007 and its impossible to pick a favorite anything – it changes each year – anything by Betsy Veldman, Melissa Phillips and the splits dies – so versatile! There isn’t anyone who has better cardstock! And I’d say the generous spirit of the designers – simply the best!
Julie Fiehler says
Erin Lincoln’s stitching dies!
LeeAnne says
Favorite product? That’s a tough one! I love the felt, the paper, and anything that is Pure Poppy or New Leaf. I’ve adored Everyday Button Bits and Life! So many great products!
Betty Wright says
I loved when PTI introduced dies to the collection of products! I love PTI coordinating and a la carte die collections!
Vicki Finger says
I haven’t known papertrey existed until about 20 months or so ago, but my favorite dies would be Noted: Scalloped Vertical A2 dies and Tulip Time is my favorite stamp set so far but there are many set that I love!
Penny J says
Everything! But if I have to choose one thing, I will go with the cardstock. It is just too hard to try and pick one stamp or die.
Julie L says
I just discovered PTI last year, so my my stash is not as large as maybe others. But I knew the moment I saw the Garden Gate MMK I had to have it! I LOVE the hollyhocks bleeding heart and wisteria on the latice gate. It is just beautiful!
karen h says
Favorite product is an impossible choice! I’d say stamps, and if I had to narrow it down – then flower stamps. I suppose from that I could get to Ruby Rose, but you offer so many styles of stamps (multi-step/layer, outline, solid, etc) that my favorite changes every day! (And we just won’t even get into the awesome dies…)
Karen Jones says
I am fairly new here, but my favorite is All Through the House. Thank you for making it available again, can’t wait to get my order!
Linda Reilly says
My favorite has to be the letterbox dies from the Post and Parcel kit. The letterbox is so perfectly cute. I used it at Christmas and now for Valentine’s Day too.
Kristie H says
This is a really tough question since there are so many things PTI produces that I love. But I think I will stick with what I always use, the PTI cardstock in all those lovely colors!
Linda Lander says
Love, love the miniature Christmas nativity…have made
many for my church sale as well as given them as gifts.
(I did most as an ornament) but couldn’t resist doing some
on special Christmas cards. Everyone that has received one of these 3 D designs say they “leave them out all year around”….what a complement, not only to my work, but to your designs.
see mary stamp says
Choosing a favorite PTI product, impossible. I second all of the comments about the cardstock – beyond compare! The introduction of the metal dies was amazing! So appreciate you going retro and issuing dies for older sets. I’m also a huge fan of the cover plates. All of the products really help achieve a much more polished look. Looking forward to all you have in store for us in the coming year!
Julie J says
Because I love all my stamp sets, especially the florals and inspirational sets, I’m unable to narrow it down…so, I love the ink pads!
Annette Snyder says
I have loved your company from the beginning. I don’t know if I could choose a favorite. I absolutely love your cardstock and I love the Make it Market kits!!
Emma S. says
Like everyone, hard to pick just one favorite. I LOVE all the Make it Market Kits but my all time favorite is the Tiny Town House Series. I also love the PT paper.
Wendy G says
I have so many favorite stamp sets but the first thing I bought is still my favorite, cardstock. I don’t use any other. I have a drawer full of all my old cardstock which my kids use for their art projects. They can’t touch my PTI!?
Madonna Roberts says
I love the stitch dies. They are easy enough to use with children. My favorite dies are the booties. So many possible variations.
Tanja S. says
My favourite stamp set is the Stamp a Faire 2015 Fashion Sense set, so much fun to use!
Annette says
I love the What the Doodle sets both for their unique style and for the amazing price which allowed me to choose several sets.
Leanne S says
My favorite are your unique floral stamp designs. Love the kits too but all I can do is drool seeing them.
Heather says
Tinsel and tags, hands down! I gift homemade goodies every Christmas and these little snow globes never fail to make the recipient smile!
Adili says
my favorite product is the one and only year of flower collection stamp set. i have made with it endless number of cards and i use it, by far, more than any other stamp set. I just LOVE it!!!
Cheryl B. says
Congratulations to all Design Team 2017 members, old and new! My favorite PTI stamp set….. Rosie Posie. Favorite PTI Christmas set….Christmas Critters. Though I’m not a fan of real mice, those little guys are so cute and easy to stamp!
Kristie Wilson says
My favorite product is your color palette of coordinating inks, cardstock and embellishments.
StephClapper says
If I had to choose a fav, it would have to be Tulip Time. Every card made with this gorgeous set is, well gorgeous! The fonts truly add the finishing touch. In second, are your tropical themes. Thanks for a great year!
paula e. says
It’s impossible to pick one product as my favorite…I love the card stock-I use it on all my projects. I love the dies that coordinate with the stamp sets and also the “freestanding” ones-doily, pillow box, etc. I have used all PTI products when throwing a shower or party-from the invitations to the favors. Happy 10th anniversary PTI!
Sharri Reeves says
Choosing one is almost impossible. My craft room looks like a PTI outlet store! But the stamp set I come back to time after time is The Sweet Life. Love those roses.
Melanie Ann MacKenzie says
Asking us to pick one favourite is an impossible task. There are just so many. I have to say that I particularly like Betsy Veldman’s designs and her stamp sets and kits are much loved but I will have to give the nod to Tiny Town. I simply adore that little village. Cheers.
Jackie Lic says
Such a hard question. PTI is everywhere in my studio. I have to say I reach for Poppy Red and Raspberry Fizz inks the most. Stamps Inside and Out Birthday I and II. The list can go on and on.
Happy Anniversary PTI
maryrose says
I owned Green Thumb…bought it when it first came out. But for some silly reason, I sold it. And now I want it back! Waah! Green Thumb and Little Lady totally sold my on PTI!
lainey says
I do love your cardstock, but I really wouldn’t be able to pick just one favorite PTI product. Every time I have a favorite item, PTI comes out with something new that becomes my “new” favorite. It’s impossible to pick just one! Happy 10th anniversary PTI!
Noelle says
Wow! Lots of exciting changes. PTIs team has been unmatched by their creativity and inspiration. And it looks like it’s only getting better! Judging by the comments it looks like I need to try your card stock =) choose a favorite…oh my…MIM Kits are so neat, keep it simple: praying for you sees a lot of ink and folded tag die a lot of cutting.
Sue LD says
My favorite is the stitching dies. Love the coin purse (both versions) and the key fob.
Carol Steedman says
So hard to choose but if I only had 1 choice it would have to be the linen and canvas impression plate. I can’t tell you how often I use it – it’s a fabulous basic that adds just the right finishing touch.
erin says
How am I suppose to chose? I started with the sentiments and have collected a fairly sizeable collection in the last 7 years of being a PTI fan.
Rosemary D says
love pti’s stamps, of course, but hands down the cardstock is my favorite! best cardstock out there!!
Kristie Goulet says
Welcome to the new designers! LOVE every product you make. Doodlie-Do has to be my fave though!!!
jan metcalf says
Truly a difficult task to choose one PTI product! I do have a special fondness for Don’t Forget to Write! But I also love the new inks, the papers (especially soft stone and linen white), the cover plates, the dies (almost more than the stamps!), stitching products and wool felts…..the sentiments…..a girl needs it all!
Leigh Penner says
So thrilled to see some of my favourite designers returning to PTI! And welcome to the new DT members! Looking forward to seeing how you will inspire us in the year to come!
Victoria Nelson says
I think my favorite products PTI has released over the years are the stamps and dies–hope I don’t have to narrow each of those down to one stamp set and one die as I can’t! The stamps are truly unique and a great value. I think Papertrey was my first introduction to clear stamps as previously everything in my collection were wood mount stamps. And the dies just raised my crafting ability to a whole new level.
Debbie Archer says
Congratulations to all the main 2017 Design Team members – old and new, it looks to be a GREAT year! Happy 10th Anniversary, PTI!
Beverly Perdue says
I love Papertrey Ink and I have so many favorites. One of my favorites is the Ruby Rose stamp set. I love the layered flowers and also the sentiments. Congratulations on 10 amazing years of awesome products!
Barb Waldsmith says
I don’t know how you can ask a PTI fan since DAY 1 what her favorite item is. Let’s see, start with the most awesome Design Team you can ask for, stamp sets with matching dies that can’t be beat, ideas and friendships that are everlasting, and…see, it’s impossible. I will say that since day 1, PTI cardstock has been a staple and will continue to be. It’s hard to make a card without the awesome white cardstock involved.
Susan K says
Of all the PTI products I have, I probably use the word dies the most often, especially the Happy Birthday and Christmas ones. But I should admit that I am ecstatic to finally have the Botanical Silhouette set – I anticipate it will become my most favorite one to use!!!
Megan Carroll says
My favorite product is the Modern Cross Quilt coverplate!
Susan Beauchaine says
Picking my favorite PTI item is just too hard…I am going to take the easy way out and say the dies. They totally changed the way I make cards…maybe Damask Snowflakes…or Life is Beautiful butterflies…
Mutzy Mia says
I’m sure glad you said not to panic if you don’t see some of your favorite DT members because I am missing some! Of course some are still there and welcome to the new members…some names I recognize. Excited about the new year. I can’t pick just one set that is a favorite. I remember the first set I bought was the VW with all the different license plate wording you could add. I love some of the flower bouquet sets, many of Betsy’s kits and her monthly series. Also love all the scripture sets and word sets you have come out with. Also like the Christmas mice from this past season…love whimsy.
janet says
Wonderful lone up of returning and new faces – applauding!!
Eeeek, I’m struggling to pick just one – lol Some purchases I haven’t even used (yet) – I do LOVE your card stock – brilliant quality and amazing array of colors.

Daniela Dobson says
Simply Stationery stamp set was one of my favorites. I love creating backgrounds with it. I still have the grid background cardstock and hoard it.
Linda says
Hard to pick just one favorite. Pretty Peonies and Rosie Posie are a couple of my favorites of the past. And of course,Butterfly Dreams is one I still use today.
pmm says
My favorite PTI product is probably the last one I used. ;D I do especially love the birds designed by PTI, including the Winter Woods, etc. series.

One favorite PTI product…is just not possible..two..maybe..white and rustic white paper(oh and all colored ones too!!) and stamps!!
Joyce says
Looking back my first blog post I can find is using a Vintage Picnic. But I’m sure that isn’t my oldest or first set. But I was absolutely thrilled when I got the dies to go with it. I still love this set! But by far PTI paper is my favorite, I love the weight and I love how copics and pencils color so nicely on it.
Wishing you another 10+ years of continued success!
Ann says
Welcome to Designers for 2017. I’m so sad not to see Danielle in the line up for 2017. I just love her style and design of cards and creations. The cards Stephanie shared are so pretty, so I will be looking forward to her creations this year. My favorite all time set has been Rosie Posie.
LindaM says
This is such a hard question because I have so many favorites and with each release I have a new favorite. But I guess if I had to pick it would be Papertrey Ink Rosie Posie. It was one of the first set I purchased and still use today.
Sarah Biswabic says
I am new to your company. I thank Wendy for introducing me to your wonderful company. My favorite is the Mini God Stamps and the Garden kit (not of the name) I love the flowery cards.

Favorite product?! Hard to pick just one! I would have to say the very first anniversary set. I always wanted it but was too late in discovering PTI. How fortunate that I finally got to order it with the sale!!
Teddra says
My favorite product has to be the one used on almost every single project, Stampers Select white card stock.
Connie G says
It is impossible to say which one product is my favorite. I have used the phrase play dies alot and i love the inspired series that is still ongoing.
Lori B says
So hard to pick a favorite PTI product-I will say my favorite series is the Hills stamps (summer, winter, etc), love those images. Want to add a welcome to the new designers!
Ohhh Snap says
It’s really difficult to pick ONE favorite, so I’ll generalize and say my favorite is the kits lol. From the Make It Market (both large and mini)to stiching and SAF.
Julie says
I really love the Graceful Greetings set and so many other of your sentiment and floral sets. And the team of designers are incredible. I love seeing their samples with each release.
Patt H. says
It’s so hard to pick just one of my many PTI favorites! I reach for PTI sets almost every time I stamp. I’ve been using Maille’s Splits sets a LOT lately & Love them. Soooo many ways to use them & something for every occasion. I love the Perfect Match cardstock too. Congratulations on 10 awesome years! Here’s hoping for many, many more!
Maureen P says
I have loved all the matching dies that go with the stamp sets and the Tag Sale die collections. Congrats on 10 years!
Joyce M. says
I have so many favorite PTI sets–it’s like they are all my favorites. But, if I had to choose one, I’d probably say Harvest Berries, as it is likely my most used sets and one of my first purchases.
Lori Cullen says
Who can choose just one?! I love your card stock, it is my go to. I also love the different dies for packaging. I especially like the berry basket dies. I could go on and on…

Fantastic team! Congrats to everyone! It’s so hard to pick a products… I have too many that I love… but I’d go with The Sweet Life… timeless, beautiful… roses are always in. 🙂 Tag sale #4 is another favorite of mine… but I LOVE pretty much all of the dies!
Linda Sodano says
My favorite PTI Stamps are Spring Birds and Winter Birds. I have a few hundred PTI sets though. I’ve been a PTI fan since
2008.

Katherine says
I’ve always loved the Vintage Picnic Basket set. This was probably the first set I came across when I found PTI and I still love it,
Jan Pufall says
I love the Anniversary sets. Some of my plastic containers are hanging on by a thread, because they get so much usage. Best one, 2011!
Jill A says
I love PTI cardstock and the stitching dies!!!
MaryB says
This is such a hard question to answer! My favorite PTI stamp set changes depending upon which one I’ve just finished using. There are so many fabulous sets. So instead, I’ll just say my favorite product is the cardstock. I have all of it, and even though I also have lots from other companies, the PTI is what I reach for first. Cardstock left from other companies is just getting used here and there until it is gone, and is not being replaced.
Bev W says
My favorite product is theMIM Dont forget to write kit. Ive made so many gift sets of cards and always enjoy the reactions I get. All of the designers always blow me away and I look forward to seeing what the new ladies bring to the team!
PT says
Pick a favorite out of all the amazing PTI products?! Nope, can’t be done… From beautiful stitching dies, to adorable Petite Places, it’s just not possible to pick one. Happy 10th anniversary PTI!

Congratulations on 10 years Nichole and all! And welcome to the new members of the design team as well as the returning members! Oh my! How to pick a favorite product? My most used products are your cardstocks and The Friendship Jar Series stamps and dies! I LOVE the font in these sets! But it is impossible to pick a favorite product really because I love all my PTI sets and have never sold a single one that I have purchased. I just wish I had more time to stamp with them! Lol! Thanks for teaching me and inspiring me in this craft that we all love! I am looking forward to another amazing year! Hugs!!!! Jill
Anne B says
Very hard to come up with just one favourite product – but I’ve used mini blooms over and over again so will pick that set.
Melissa Friedrich says
I love the Life is Beautiful stamps and dies, the butterflies always look pretty on many card designs and I love all the sentiments, for both the card front and inside.
Angela Person says
My favorite product from the last 10 years would have to be the Make It Market Kits. I love that is a bundle pack of stamps, dies, paper and sometimes extra embellishments that make amazing projects.

I love the stamps especially the layering stamps. After reading the comments I guess I need to try your cardstock too 😉
Denise Bryant says
Welcome back to those who are returning, and welcome to the new designers also! Very exciting news! Congrats to Keeway, Laurie, Michelle, Stephanie and Wanda!
So hard to choose a favorite, but the one product that stands out in my mind is the Scene It: Bethlehem die set!
Deb Hudson says
My favorite product is what brought me to Papertrey and kept me coming back – the paper. The quality is the best, as are all the products I’ve purchased at Papertrey. And I must add the customer service is also the best. I love coming here. Congratulations on 10 years.
Vicki Smith says
I have been with PTI for close to 3 years and I have many products so it is hard to choose a favorite. Anything floral melts my heart! Love the inks (have all the cubes). Extremely jazzed to see the 2017 design team.
Karen says
How do you pick one favorite – I don’t know. PTI has so many innovative products and such a classic style. Anything you buy at any time will always be in style and up to date. I haven’t seen that with other companies. I have such a fondness for tiny things, that if I have to choose, the whole Petite Places line starting with Tinsel & Tags is my favorite. I just purchased multiple ink pads and am looking forward to giving that product a try. Congratulations on 10 years!
Karen
Daria Zender says
Year of Flowers: Poinsettia is my only image stamp from PTI. The rest of my stamps are sentiment stamps and I couldn’t possibly pick a favorite one. I really love the variety of styles and fonts that PTI carries – I reach for these sentiments quite frequently.
Mary-Anne V. says
Right now its the Delightful Dahlia’s set…its timeless.

I would have to say my favorite product from the last 10 years would be the MIM kit Tinsel and Tags. I have been able to use that kit for so many different things year round.

I am not super-familiar with your products, so I can’t choose a favorite. All the projects I am seeing people enter look fabulous!!

First, I adore all my PTI stamps! However, a game changer for me was the discovery of PTI card stock – love the heft, love the colors!! While I do use up what’s left of my old card stock from other companies for matting or small punched images AND I’ve donated a ton of it, too, I only buy PTI’s card stock now.

Happy Anniversary!!
Wow…my favorite product…I don’t have just one favorite PTI product. I like and have so many of your fantastic stamps, paper, dies, kits, and more. I love the thought that PTI puts into their products. The quality is fantastic. Looking forward to another 10+ years of great products.

My favorite product has to be the Friendship Jars. I was smitten when they first debuted and they are still at the top of my wish list. I almost have all the sets! Anything looks good in a Mason jar.
Leslie L. says
Favorite product…that is a loaded question. I love the cardstock. The weight is wonderful, colors are great and the price point is good. The stamps and dies are great too. One of the things I liked instantly about the stamps was the quality along with the fact that they do not smell bad. Some stamp brands have a horrible smell – not PTI!
Crystal M. says
Congratulations on ten fabulous years, Papertrey Ink!! My favorite stamp set to this day… that’s really tough! I guess the one set that I reach for the most is Flipping Out! I love my flip flops!
Jeni says
I can’t say that I really have a favorite product. My favorite thing though is that there is paper, ink, patterned paper, ribbon, felt, etc that all coordinate together. I love everything to match & Papertry makes it so easy.
Miriam Prantner says
Well my current favorite is the Choose Joy stamp set. I feel like I reach for those sentiments all the time!

I don’t think I can limit it to just one product, so instead, my favorites, that I look forward to every year, are the Christmas stamps and dies. I just love PTI’s collection and every year they just get better. Happy 10 Year Anniversary!!
Kris says
There are so many wonderful PTI products…so hard to choose! One of my favorites are the Scene It dies. They can be used in so many ways and I’ve loved every card/project that I’ve seen from the Team.
Janet W says
Well, thank goodness the question asked for favorite PTI “product” and not favorite stamp set or die, because I certainly wouldn’t be able to choose! Hands down, my favorite product is the cardstock. I originally found PTI in a quest for the perfect “kraft cardstock”, and have been here ever since!
DiAnn says
boy it is hard to believe its been 10 years. I first saw the beautiful stamps at stampfest in Orlando Florida and have been addicted ever since. My first stamp I bought there was Green Thumb and still today I love the set.
Lets have another 10 years. Thanks for all the great designs that bring the stamp sets to life.

Oh my goodness, it is impossible to pick just one product – I love the variety! The Wet Paint series is probably one of my most-used sets (both stamps and dies). And then, of course, there is the card stock – I have some in every color! And then, there are the cover plates . . .
Tammy W says
While I love (and own) MANY of PTI’s stamps and dies, I really have to say that I love their cardstock the best. The quality and price are seriously the best ever!!!

My favourite product would have to be perfect match cardstock. Hard to pick one. I love all my PTI products
