Luray says
I guess it would be the doggie doo-doo bag: you’ve always gotta be ready! It’s empty, by the way.
Betty says
The most surprising thing in my wallet right now is my senior high school picture. I went to my moms to get it to compare with my daughter’s senior picture. Totally forgot I still had it in there. Surprising and a little weird. LOL!

A chestnut that I picked up in the Tuileries Gardens in Paris in 1992.
Anja Bytyqi says
The most surprising thing in my purse right now is that there is no money in there 😮 (although only half of the month has passed). Think I have to check my bank account later for weekend shopping.
Michelle C says
Money! My husband & I have been doing tough for a little while now. We give our kids everything they need but we sacrifice a lot ourselves. My husband surprised me this morning by sneaking $200 into my purse so I could splurge on groceries & have a stress free week. I was so excited. I havnt bought the groceries yet but I did buy my 4 year old son a pop up dinosaur book which he loves so much he’s sleeping with it in bed! It’s definitely going to be a great week 🙂
Penny P. says
An empty plastic container I got from work (recycling it)to use for embellisments in my stamp room. I keep forgetting to take it out of there and use it!

A bracelet that needs to be repaired, going with to the store to see if new bead string and findings can be found. Sure hope it can be repaired because I love the spring colors in it.

Some expired coupons.
Jude says
It’s probably surprising that there isn’t anything surprising! I just recently switched to carrying a small purse with just a few things…before this, I carried a larger tote with “everything” in it!

My purse is boring, too! I guess the most surprising thing is I still have a handful of individually wrapped Life Savers rolling around the bottom from when I had a nagging cough at the end of January.

The greatest keychain ever! I bought it on Etsy – this woman took a baseball apart, embroidered my son’s name and jersey number on it, then folded it in half and re-stitched it and made it into a keychain. Baseball season is right around the corner and I can’t wait!

Dee Rose says
I keep my younger daughter’s learner’s driving permit (she’s now active duty military) and a note she wrote me from boot camp in my purse. When I need courage, I look at that permit and read her note. I think of where she is and what she’s doing and I tell myself that nothing can scare me because I’m the mom of a Navy Sailor and I was brave enough to teach her to drive when she was in high school!
Julie Rae says
Ditto on the money comment! But seriously, probably a flash drive. YUP, in my sixties and granny has the need for speed, or um storage.

Pamela Burke says
I must have the most boring purse in the world. I carry a very small purse with a few essentials that are probably in every woman’s purse! The only surprising thing would be a folded up $100 bill that my husband makes me carry hidden in my wallet only to be used in extreme emergencies. Does buying PTI stamps count as an extreme emergency????

The most surprising thing in my purse is that it is CLEAN! I recently got a new purse and have been keeping it super tidy.
Kay says
Well digging to the bottom of my purse I discover a stuffed zebra toy….strange only because all the kids are grown. It must belong to my 10 month old great nephew. He inspires me to make cards for children and happy colors. I definitely have to purchase your “happy” stamps and die this release! Thanks for inspiring us.
xoxo
Isabel Z says
The most surprising thing in my wallet is money. Yes, I know that there should be some of that in there but usually I don’t even have a $1.00! Of course, after this release there will no money in it for a while because there are too many PTI goodies to spend it on.

There are 2 things that I always carry in my wallet; a gift enclosure my husband included with a plant that he sent to me on the first day of my job as a school administrator (I am now retired after 27 years ) , and a 4 leaf clover encased with a blessing that a kindly old gentleman gave me many years ago.

I’m such a minimalist about purses. I don’t carry one, but I do have a little hard side wallet that holds my important cards and a little currency. I keep it in my pocket. However, I am plagued by the loose coins that accumulate in that pocket! I try to deposit them in my piggy bank, but it is useful to have a few around at times…. Ummm, I have nothing exciting or fun to report about my purse’s contents! Just last night at dinner we saw 2 couples with “littles” (less than 13 or 14 mos old) with a HUGE diaper bag each. And there I was with our 10yo & 7yo and my little wristlet (that I didn’t even NEED b/c my husband was paying!). CRAZY! My 7yo dd carries her purse and wallet with her everywhere and my 10yo son puts stuff in his pockets so all those little things just don’t end up with me anymore.

Only to find out he didn’t have one to replace it…We’ve seen the truck several times but it wasn’t convenient to stop. So I carry it off and on…. Just in case….
