I’ve sent PTI many emails since last night as I encountered one problem after another. No place to order the I WANT IT ALL selection. Discount code not valid. I entered over $200 in products individually when the I WANT IT ALL option wasn’t unavailable, only to have the system empty my cart . . . TWICE! And I’m disappointed that many of the products I wanted are now UNAVAILABLE! Wth? If things had worked out last night as they should have, I would have it all, plus the discount! I’m going to save my money!

I sympathize with all of you having ordering difficulties. I had a few myself last night. In the end, I got my order through. I have to say, I was expecting issues and they materialized. Just so much going on with the anniversary, release and new website.
I love PTI and I know they want to get things right with their customers, so I try to take it all in stride.

I expected some slowness and quirks with the new Web site, but goodness gracious! I put items in my cart last night only to have the cart “emptied” several times. I gave up, and tried again today to place my order…only to have the cart empty again. I really wanted to take advantage of the 5% discount. I hope everything is back on line before the discount expires tonight.
I have faith in PTI and am sure the site will be back in order soon.
I will note tho’…not that anyone has asked me…but the old site was much easier to navigate…the new method for searching for a specific stamp set or die takes way too much time and is quite frustrating.
BTW…I’m sure this isn’t the proper forum for complaints, but I’ll be darned if I can find the gallery or blog. Sorry….

I just wanted to express my thanks to the entire PTI team. I am sure recent days have been exhausting, challenging and frustrating. Just want you to know how much all that you do is appreciated.
I know it’s been a lot of work this month with everything going on, but I too have had major problems ordering and now I missed the 5% off. I can’t log in to see what it says about the website either because my password won’t work and I can’t figure out how to reset. I wanted to order and now I can’t. I hope I get an answer from my email.
