I’m not so keen on the whole snow thing as I live in Australia and don’t associate snow with christmas. Some reindeer would be cute too – something to put on cards for children. But as most people will surely agree – I will be happy with anything that PTI comes up with because I just know it will be awesome!!

And what about a Christmas themed set to coordinate with the star prints about to be released?

I would love a Christmas stamp set that is full of variety. I am not one to want a full set of snowflakes or a whole set of trees but a variety of different things. For example maybe a stocking, a tree, a wreath, a snowflake, a snowman, a Santa, a star, an angel, and some greetings. BTW, I just love your stamps, they are incredible.

This is a really great question, and since we are in a recession, and homemade gifts will be something I will be doing a lot of this season. I would like to see a set that coordinates really well with one of Lauren’s templates to make elegant and sophisticated packaging for homemade gifts. Your team at PTI does that really well already. Also, it would be really great to have a card kit or two or three, like you did with friends for the end, for Christmas cards. I loved last season when the DT did their own interpretations of handmade Christmas cards which were easy to mass produce. A Christmas card kit would be awesome.

I believe that this is a different idea. How about a set of penguins with different personalities that can be decorated with Christmas items such as a Santa hat for their heads, candy canes for them to hold in their flippers, presents to tuck around their feet, etc. Then throughout the year you could design additional sets for different holidays such as bunny ears for Easter, baskets to put over their flippers, etc. My son LOVES penguins and has a large collection of them so I thought that this would make fun cards for him. I never gave penguins much thought until he started collecting them and they are cute. Maybe there are other penguin lovers out there.

A set that would be great is a set similar to Birthday Basics with all sorts of short holiday sentiments for both the inside and outside of cards. I would be really excited about sentiments in clean, modern fonts rather than traditional scripty ones. And I would really appreciate sentiments that are a little more generic so I could feel comfortable using the sentiments for both religious and non-religious acquaintances. I’m sure whatever you do it will be amazing, but thanks so much for asking!

I have always liked non-traditional colors at Christmas…spicy browns, sparkling deep blues, celery greens. I love vintage Christmas scene’s with sleds and snow, children & ice skating, Christmas carolers singing at a nursing home. I would like to see a product that looks like real snow for our paper craft projects. I really love the German Tree Ornaments from the early 1900’s especially the carp fish. I collect them and have several for my tree. A very large Christmas tree ornament to stamp “scenes of Chritmas inside the home” would be awesome. As if the ornament is refecting the activity in the room. I could just go on and on. I love Christmas and glad you are already thinking about it. You have always been on top for each season and I am positive you will do extraordinary with Christmas 2009!

Wow what a question. I would love to see dark blues and silvers and stars. I know you just came out with a star stamp, but I was thinking more like night stars. Just really simple and really beautiful

I would love to see more tags (i love them!) and stockings that you can decorate. You know, Papertrey style. Maybe a whole holiday sentiment set? Whatever you come up with, I’m sure I’ll be getting it!

Hmmm…I am always looking for a good nativity set and haven’t come across one that fits my style yet. Would love to see what you and the designers would come up with. While I have you here, LOVE the flourishes set and that there are mirror images for most all of them. Can’t wait to order!!!

    Thanks,
    Suzanne

I would LOVE a nativity set of stamps that would include the basics plus a cool north star and an angel or two. That would be soooo cool, ms.cheryl

I would love to see reindeer and maybe some ornaments. For new colors, I’d like a cranberry!

“What would I like to see from Papertrey for the Christmas/winter holiday releases this year? A great “combo” kit that held everything to create super cards and tags during a VERY busy season… That would be instant success to have during the Christmas season!

o.O I’d love a PTI Christmas sentiment set with a mix of different hand-written sayings (like hand-written notes) along with elegant sayings or scriptures for card inside messages.
