After the release of Boards & Beams we received numerous requests for a holiday set that enabled people to decorate the houses as they wished. The introduction of this stamp set fulfills this request in an easy to use format that I think will be to your liking! To begin my project today, I stamped the townhouse from Boards & Beams onto our Classic Kraft cardstock using Noir Palette ink.
…………………………………………………………………………
One of my favorite things to see as I drive through neighborhoods during the holidays is wreaths and greenery hanging on windows. The little stamps here allow you to do the same thing with your Boards & Beams houses quickly & easily! Just stamp the number that you need. There are different sets of windows and doors created to coordinate with each of the two house included in the original set.
…………………………………………………………………………
Color the windows and door in to suit your needs and cut them out ( I used a sharp craft knife, but you could definitely do it successfully with snips too).
……………………………………………………………………………………..
All that’s left is to adhere them on top of the original *undecorated* windows & door. How easy is that!
…………………………………………………………………………
Here is my completed project (you can click to enlarge). A fun little card with an excerpt from one of my favorite Christmas songs; “There’s no place like home for the holidays.” I embossed this sentiment from the set with the Filigree Gold Detail embossing powder. Did I already mention how much I love this stuff?!?!? Notice the patterned paper used at the bottom of my card? That is from our NEW Holiday Vintage Prints 8×8 patterned paper collection!
…………………………………………………………………………
These six patterns are printed on our beautiful vintage cream paper.
(ETA: I made an error. Please note that this pattern collection is printed on our crisp white paper, not vintage cream! I apologize for my mistake!)
This has been one of the Design Team’s favorites (and I *have* to admit, I love it too!) It is SO much prettier in real life and I cannot WAIT for you to see it!

erica m. says
I absolutely love all the peeks so far. My favorite is the build a snowman set. I have been looking for one EXACTLY like the set you are releasing. I cannot wait to stamp with the snowman set. I am definitely looking forward to the Home for the Holidays set as well.
Kelly Braund says

Joanne Basile says
Oh my goodness, I don’t think I can pick just one! I adore the sneak peek of Lisa’s project that you showed with the snowman on top of the jar, its adorable. And, of course, Debbie’s christmas house with all its details is just breathtaking. I’m wondering if that is an addition to the Boards and Beams, or a fully new set? hmm. I will, of course, HAVE to have that new designer paper. Beautiful as always.
Oh, can’t wait to stay up late tomorrow!
Samantha Stobbe says
I’m always blown away by all the amazing projects. I have to make several holiday planners as I know a few people that could benefit. I’m also ready to start decorating and baking cookies.
Donna says
I had never noticed the EP before. Gotta check that out! It is such a nice gold.
Laura Bassen says
Wow! What beautiful ideas! I want EVERYTHING!! I love the polka dot patterned paper.
Dana Klinkner says
I loved the warm winter wishes card that you made with the Christmas tree background stamped in white. But the “light bulb moment” for me was when you explained how you look at gold – as a warm earthy yellow and it can go with any color that goes with yellow. Hello! That helped me SO much. All of a sudden my mind clicked how to use gold ribbon, ink, paper, accents, etc. when making card, instead of always thinking super fancy and elegant. I can now imagine homey, traditional, classic and casual looks using gold. Thank you for that enlightening tidbit of info. 🙂 Now I’ll be wanting to buy all the gold ribbon for sure! 🙂
Daniela says
I LOVED the snowman and the truffles gift set!!!!!! I loved all the other projects as well, but that was my favorite.
ccdlrd says
I really liked the fudge in the tin gift set. So easy to do and what a cute idea.
Pam C says
Love the Home for the Holidays set. My husband spent almost 21 years in the Air Force and we were able to make it home for every Christmas. We almost didn’t make it a couple of times, but we managed.
Thanks for inspiration.
Jamie says
Oh my there have been so many great projects!! But my favorite had to be the Gingerbread house kits on Nikki’s blog. I thought that it was a fantastic idea and I really want to make them for my neighbors.
The holiday paper is beautiful, and I am in love with the gold ribbon. I can’t wait to be able to play with it.
Irene Lenihan says
I just love the way you created a way to decorate the windows. How clever of you. And the colors in those papers are so new and different.
Mary (Happy Now) says
Ho ho ho! It IS beginning to feel a lot like Christmas! 🙂 I think the add-on set for Boards & Beams is just too clever, and I LOVED your Bar/Bat Mitzvah bank book. Terrific! Fingers crossed…
Jen says
When I purchased Boards and Beams I was trying to come up with how to use it for my christmas cards. The extra window and door stamps are so what I had invisioned. I cant wait until they are released. Love all the other examples on the others blogs, but the extra sets for the boards and beam take the cake 🙂
Steph says
Like every month, I have been so inspired by every project during the countdown! I especially loved your ice cream gift set (maybe just because I love ice cream so much) and Debbie’s Home for the Holidays card today- her attention detail was amazing. I can’t wait to get this add-on set. Thanks for the chance to win! (I hope I do!)

I collect Dept. 56 houses for the holidays and the B&B set used today on Debbies blog and here are so reminiscent of those. But, Lauren’s cocoa carrier also holds a special spot since I LOVE the snowmen and I make my own ‘secret recipe’ cocoa every year. The pattern paper is a must have for my holiday creations!! 🙂 Awesome job knockin’ our socks off this month.
Elizabeth says
I love all of the ideas; this is my favorite site to go for inspiration. It’s hard to pick a favorite but I think I was inspired most by Geny’s Cookie in a Jar. I know I’m going to be tight around the holidays so I want to make these for some of my co-workers and their families. I’m sure they would love it. Thanks again for all the great ideas!
Suzanne Dean says
All the DT projects were fabulous–makes you want to try everything. The one that made me want to “run out and try” was Lauren Meader’s snowman/hot chocolate to-go holder/gift. Really fun and what a great gift to give or recieve. Of course I want all the new stamps and the holiday decorations for Boards & Beams—LOVE IT!!

I got SO excited when I just read your post for Home for the Holidays! We are in the process of moving and the house from Boards and Beams, plus the sentiment “There’s no place like home” (I’ll mask off *for the holidays)will be PERFECT for cards to let friends and relatives know our new address! Thank you Nichole, for always inspiring!

Jodi Herchold says
I love it all. But being Jewish I love Mazel Tov and i had never seen the idea of making edible dreidels. Will have to try that this year. Thanks for all of the inspiration!
Amy says
The house that Debbie created is stunning! I also really like the look of the embossed Rustic Snowflakes on kraft that Dawn used on her bag tag.
Natasha says
This has certainly been an exciting week of sneak peaks. Every evening I’ve been checking your site as soon as 11PM CST rolls around 😀
My A-ha moment- Heather’s use of twinkling h2os and embossed snowflakes. It looks stunning and is so easy to replicate!
kristie larsen says
I think my Ah-HA moment was the cuttlebug cutting muslin. I have been wanting a cuttlebug SO bad, but have refrained and that post just pushed it RIGHT over the edge for me. Hope santa brings me one ; )
I also really love the Holiday Planner Mish did. I love lovely yet practical things. I can’t wait for the embossing powders and the shimmery paper!! And of course the stamp sets are great. I love how Papertrey has perfected the art of the “building” set. They are SO versatile and really pack in so much bang for the buck. Papertrey really is leading the industry, and I love it.
Nancy says
Where to begin? I’ve recently been hunting for snowmen, so I’m quite happy there! I love the shimmery blue cardstock which I know will inspire snowy scenes ~ and all of the gorgeous silver and gold sparkle & shimmer will brighten anyone’s holiday season. Top that off with the latest entry to add seasonal cheer to Boards and Beams…and a sentiment from a holiday song!?! That’s my favorite thing of all :).
Julie Boutilier says
I am so happy you made the home for the holidays set, I can not wait to use it! The vintage paper is beautiful too.
Alyssa Byron says
I love pine’s new snowflakes! They are perfect! Just what I had been looking for and the canvases she made…WOW! That is one talented chick…

Cindy Culpepper says
I love all the new stamps! My favorite though is the snowman, I am a sucker for snowmen!! I also liked all the cute food gifts like the cookies in the pail and in the jar. I want to try some myself!!!
Kerry says
I’m excited about several of the new sets, but I was super excited when I saw the supplemental set for Boards and Beams. Now I know what I’m going to do for my Christmas cards!!!
Kim Ross says
How generous! Thanks for the chance to win! I’ve been loving all the snowflake projects on Pine’s/Heather’s blog. That felt stationery folder is to-die-for! 🙂
Cindy B says
I like Michelle’s holiday planner a lot! All of the “treat” packaging ideas are interesting to me as well since I make and give many food items as gifts. As far as the new stamp sets go, I plan to order the snowman set and the Boards and Beams holiday additions. I’ve been buying your papers each month since I didn’t have many others and wanted to have more choices on hand when I need them. The weight of your paper is just wonderful! Thanks to you and the design team for inspiring us with your creative projects!
Sharon Holden says
All the projects that I have seen on this release have been absolutely brilliant. My favourite release is Merry & Bright. You and the design team have shown how fantastically versatile this set is and it is now my must have item. Thanks for all the holiday inspiration 🙂
Kathy McDonald says
I have loved absolutely everything! If I have to choose my absolute favorite project so far it would be Lauren’s hot chocolate set with the box that holds two paper cups and hot chocolate mix. Her use of the snowman set is absolutely brilliant! I can’t wait to place my order!
RUTH ALLMART says
Hey Nichole! I can’t wait for the full reveal tomorrow. I love your attention to detail. You truly are an artist and you totally inspire me. I loved your card and all the little details for the ‘Made of Snow’ set. I love how you used wire for the arms and popped the snowman up off the card and how you used the vellum for the sentiment over the emossed background. Ingenious :o) Thanks Nichole for all your hard work and for this fabulous opportunity!
KarenY says
This was a well thought of and diverse holiday release set that I’m sure will please alot of people. Really enjoyed the design team’s homemade gifts from the heart and will probably try out a few. Thank you!
Anette Eakins says
Oh my gosh! You gals just continue to amaze me! I LOVE all of the projects you all have come up with so far, but have to say the snowman can was my absolute favorite. There are definitly at least two sets I have my eye on for this release!

Mary K says
I’m not sure I can narrow it down to one thing either. I don’t have Boards & Beams yet, but I may have to get it now that I’ve seen Home for the Holidays. So clever and a true testiment to how well you listen to your customers. PTI has really outdone themselves this month.
Amy Young says
I love the money book that you created. I’ve never thought about giving money that way, but that would be perfect for a graduate. Thanks for the awesome inspiration. I can’t wait to get my hands on the new stamp sets this month!

Kate says
OMG. I really can’t express how amazingly impressed I am every single month with what you come up with. So elegant. So gorgeous. So creative. Thank you for sharing a little piece of you with us. You’re such a inspiration.
Michelle B. (JustPaintingAround) says
Well actually it was THIS very post introducing Home for the Holidays that got my attention. The ability to seasonally decorate the houses makes this a very versatile set and sets it apart from the other house stamp I have (and therefore I can buy this one, see!). Thanks for the chance!
Julie (Joypup on SCS) says
Oh my head is SWOONING over this. I have to say, it would be an INCREDIBLE blessing to win (I am so nervous about spending money while my husband is not working!) and I am absolutely crazy HAPPY about the new Mazel Tov set (soooooooo needed!!!)
Lauren’s basket of Judaic gifts just _stunned_ me — and I love your money holder in a box for a Bat Mitzvah (or any other giving of money) I just think that it is so beautiful and classy… and I could see making one with vellum pages and small photos for a wedding present, too. Very, very cool… a mini-album that is very expandable. Great design means that it is applicable in so many ways — these projects both fill the bill.
Lori W says
I’m loving this release! Every stamp set, paper and ribbon must be mine! I really enjoyed Pine’s stationary kit. The packaging is so beautiful and simple, I can’t wait to recreate it for the stationary sets I give to others. Thank you everyone for such incredible inspiration!
Diana says
All the projects are so beautiful! I really have to try the gold embossing powder. My big “light bulb moment” would have to be from Heather Nichols…it never occurred to me to use felt for a stationery holder (it’s soft, yet sturdy); I will definitely have to try her project.
Thank you for your inspiration!
Katie L. says
Wow, there are so many great ideas. I think I love the snowflakes, snowmen, and trees the best. I think I “need” the patterned paper as well. I truly appreciate the Jewish holiday set–I have one stamp that I use for every occassion and it will be nice to have options!
Christine says
My favorite so far is the Made from Snow set. I can’t wait to make my own little snowmen.
calliezant says
I have been waiting-since Lauren’s Snowman post- to see the patterned paper. The reveal of that product today did not disappoint. It is classic and my favorite product from this release.
Rachelle says
I just love what you guys do for releases. My favorite part is all the altered items. Ways to use the stamps to put together gifts. There were several that really inspired me this time. The holiday card mailing kit, the sundae gift basket, and the white boards from frames.
Keep it up PTI, you rock!
Sharron Gregory says
I just love all the fabulous creations–great job everyone! The Jewish Holidays set is just so thoughtfully and perfectly done. Favorite Christmas ideas are Debbie’s wonderful Home for the Holidays-such detail and I am always so impressed with her coloring technique! And I got such inspiration from Mish’s Holiday Planner and Winter Whiteboard–both are great ideas I would like to try!!
calliezant says
I have been waiting-since Lauren’s Snowman post- to see the patterned paper. The reveal of that product today did not disappoint. It is classic and my favorite product from this release.
Angelina Leonard says
I think the new snowman set is going to be fun to play with. I love how you used wire for his arms and how you used dimension for his accessories. Also love how you added the decorations to Boards and Beams. Genius. I actually love everything. Thanks for the ideas. Angelina

I’ve been loving the holiday gift sets you’ve been putting together – especially the cocoa kit and the sundae kit! It’s putting me in the mood to start thinking about the holidays!
Becky P. says
I have been so excited by all of your holiday posts; however, the rustic snowflakes, coupled with the sundae treat basket was inspiring, and I have already begun shopping for baskets so I can try it for myself. Nichole, you have outdone yourself, I have been staying up late just to see your sneak peaks, and they are wonderful. Thank you for all of your talent and inspiration.
Jessica V says
I LOVE the snowman!! I cant wait for Christmas!! These are all GOOD ideas!
Jeanelle says
seeing all of the gold accents is making me anxious to do the same with my holiday cards this year.
Kimberly says
Honestly, the whole thing has been inspiring! Beautiful!! I truly love the snowman set, though. The white chocolate truffles are a perfect idea in the pail. I will totally be doing those as gifts for the people I work with! 🙂
Stephanie says
I have been loving the uses of the embossing powder and think I may need it! It looks “cleaner” and smoother than they ones I’m currently using.
Philomena says
So far I have loved everything I’ve seen but if I had to pick a favorite…Heather Nichols holiday card mailing kit. I love to give my homemade cards away as gifts and I love the idea of adapting this to other holidays and occasions as well! Now I just need a sewing machine!
Amy says
The preview projects have all been amazing this time! I can’t wait to see the new sets that have inspired all this creative genius!!!
I think my favorite preview project was Lauren’s Cocoa to Go! Whoa! She is unstoppable!!!

All the projects are so creative and inspiring.

Love the Christmas trees, they are so many different combination we can make.

I love the snowman set, but I am ecstatic over Mazel Tov! I LOVED the Passover card that you made and the awesome gift basket from Lauren’s blog. I’m going to have to try those edible dreidels this year, too! I cannot wait to get this set and start creating! I love the shimmery colors this release, too! Thanks so much for listening to your customers!
Dawn says
I love the snowman set! He has such a sweet face. I am also dying to get the silver ribbon. I am wondering if your snowman can fit on the snowman soup containers you designed last year? How cute is that?
buzzy says
Rebecca’s build a snowman box is such a fun idea. Where I live we only get a few snow days a year so they are highly anticipated and celebrated. I am already planning on putting together a few of these in anticipation of that most wonderful forecast! I know they will be a huge hit with my family.
Lisa Rogers says
I love the snowman set and can’t wait to see it in it’s fully glory tonight!
Tammy Barbe says
I have loved everyone’s ideas. Yesterday’s post from Mish with the holiday planner inspired me to run out, buy some notepads and practice making the planner so I would have it down for when my new order comes in. I also loved Lauren’s snowman coco carrier.
Sherry says
I love the snowman set most of all! Can’t wait to see the whole set. I am inspired by the cookies in a jar made by Lisa and Geny. I love the new background paper too! And the tree set, oh I just love everything I’ve seen this time!
krista says
I love ALL the sets. I am a rookie at all this stuff, so it can be overwhelming. But it’s all so cute!

I have loved all of the sneak peaks so far. All of the projects are beautiful in their own way – from Debbie’s beautiful and intricate Home for the Holidays to Nichole’s simple style – I love them all! But I have been really inspired by Michelle Wooderson’s Holiday Planner! I will definitely be making some of these!
Connie K.
Betty C says
You’ve done it again! I’m so excited to see all of the beautiful things you have designed for us.
JoAnna Rivera says
I am loving the Snowman Kit that Becky did 🙂 I am thinking of making these for all my cousins, and send them around the beginning of December so that as soon as the snow arrives they will have all the supplies to creat their snowmen. Such a cute idea 🙂
Jody Morrow says
I am LOVING all the peeks of the new snowman set! It is ADORABLE! I love that masking is not necessary and that there are different options for scarves. I like to Knifty Knit scarves during the cold months and this will make a SUPER CUTE set to make tags with for my scarves! *fingers crossed* Pick me… choose me… love me… LOL
Bellawhoop says
I loved Boards & Beams but didn’t feel I HAD to have it until I saw Debbie’s stunning masterpiece! I must have it all now!
Stephanie says
I, of course, have loved every project and idea for this release. I think my favs are Becky’s snowman building kit (my neices and nephews would get a big kick out of those), Heather’s felt book to hold a card set, and your ice cream sundae kit. I think I will alter your ice cream sundae kit and make a muffin kit to be baked on Christmas morning. I will put different dried ingredients for the muffins in the tins instead of the sundae toppings – blueberries, strawberries, cinnamon/sugar, chocolate chip, pecans, walnuts, cranberries, etc. I will also add a basic plain muffin mix in a jar. Add baking cups and maybe a couple of cute plates and a butter knife in the basket. I think it would be fun for each person to “design” their own muffin concoction using the different ingredients provided. This would be a perfect gift for some of our close neighbors to enjoy. Thanks for the wonderful ideas!
Thao says
I love the look of the white ink on Kraft paper! I actually ordered both the ink and paper to try it out for myself. =)
nina says
Oh boy, my wish list of Papertrey sets just keeps getting bigger – I’m sure the snowman set will be added too. Thanks for the chance to win!
Kim says
All the ideas are just wonderful but I think the Ice Cream Sundae Basket is my favorite! We are starting the family gift idea this year and this is going to be a favorite with everyone I’m sure! Went shopping today for supplies so all I need now is the stamps!!!!!
Brenda says
Wow, there have been so many great peeks so far, I dont know if I can choose just one. I always love Debbie Olson’s projects, and dream of stamping like her some day 🙂 but I have to say my favorite is the snowflake set. Im a sucker for snowflakes big time. Love the idea of embossing them in white or clear and coloring over them with H2O’s or Radiant Pearls. Good excuse to dust them off 🙂 Thanks for the chance to win one of these great new sets!
Kathy says
So many beautiful new sets. It’s going to be hard to decide what to get but I love the Boards & Beams accessories!

Wow! Where do I start??? I have many Jewish friends so that year round set will
be so useful. And I love the interchangeable Christmas trees. What a
clever idea! Can’t wait to see the whole
set. And then there’s the new shimmer
cardstocks, and the metallic ribbons and
the designer paper……ooooh, my! It’s
all just wonderful. Thanks so much, Nichole, for a chance to win one of your
wonderful stamp sets.
Sharon D says
I think the all the stamps look awesome (as always!), but what I am really, really, really excited about is the silver sheer metallic edge ribbon, and the white sheer polka-dot ribbon. And the glittery paper!
Every month, the design team’s projects are amazing!
Chris L. says
I have loved everything you have created this month! What has inspired me the most is that each day’s project has been an ensemble of projects, with so much attention to detail. I can’t wait to try something like the trio you did with Melissa’s set (hot cocoa) or the ice cream sundae basket. Thank you for sharing your creativity.
glorie says
What beautiful ideas! I can’t choose just one. But your idea for the ice cream kit is fabulous.
Katie says
Although I am not Jewish, I love the Mazel Tov set. From what I’ve seen, you’ve created an absolutely beautiful set to fill a void in the stamping world. It will be a great addition to my collection for those special moments in others’ lives.

I’m doomed. I might as well sign my paycheck and send it to you. I don’t really need to eat this month, do I? 🙂
My favorite peek is of the Boards & Beams additions. It’s at the top of my list. But the wonderful projects you’ve made with Mazel Tov really caught my eye. I’m not Jewish, but I’m definitely making the dreidels!!
Jennifer says
What really stood out to me is the ice cream toppings box. It may seem simple, but the transparency lid is such genius! I will be trying that one out immediately…no need to wait for the holidays! Thank you, once again, for giving us such great products and terrific ideas!
Heather J. says
Hi Nichole! What a generous giveaway! I was truly inspired by the “family gift” idea that you presented with Rustic Snowflakes. I have a hard time buying for my siblings and their children and I have already started thinking about some other ideas that I could make for them this Christmas. It looks like another Papertrey Holiday Season!!! Heather

I always make all the Christmas cards we send out. This year, I hadn’t seen any sets from any company that had caught my eye yet. But on this very post, I LOVED the saying, “There’s no place like home for the holidays.” It’s perfect. So now I HAVE to have Boards and Beams. And the chance to win it is even better.
Tracy says
Every month, these sneak peeks are like Christmas! When the Boards & Beams was first released i wondered how i could put a wreath on that front door – and now its as if you were reading my mind 🙂
I love the add-on set and everything else – and I appreciate all the wonderful samples created by your amazing team. Thanks so much!
Amanda says
I love the felt note holder and set. I know so many people that would be perfect for! I am also anxious to see the complete snowman set – I just LOVE snowmen. And the add for the houses has made me reconsider the orginal set as we live FAR, FAR away from home and will not be home for the holidays.
valerie says
Well I do hope it’s me that gets one. I’m so far behind on purchasing my wants. But I’m super excited because I’ve got extra moolah and its going strait to PTI on Sunday night.

Absolutely love the ideas with the egg boxes! The “Snowmen fall from heaven unassembled” is such a clever sentiment and then to have the necessary items to make a real snowman is absolutely precious! Very clever! The box with the gingerbread house makings is also terrific.
I especially loved the entire section from all of the design team which focuses on homemade gifts from the heart. I totally believe these are the very best things that anyone can give. It really expresses the thought and joy that goes into such a gift. I am always touched the most by the most simple handmade gift.
Thank you for such inspiration!

I think I was most inspired by Heather’s felt card folder. I could see so many applications! I went through a “felt phase” a few years ago, so I have plenty to work with. I just need to create a pattern (or cross my fingers and toes that Heather will share hers).
My favorite stamp set so far has been the Home for the Holidays set. I love Boards & Beams and am so excited at the versatility this new set offers!
Thank you all for the work that you do to introduce these great products! Your efforts really make the sets “come alive” and allow me to better visualize all that I could be doing with these amazing stamps. Great job, everybody!

I’m LOVING everything this month but in particular Debbie’s “Home for the Holidays” card and Lauren’s box for hot chocolate. I’ve already made two of the boxes – one that will be filled with tea, a honey stick, and an individual package of cookies; and one for coffee – with biscotti. I plan to make one for hot chocolate and one that will have baby items rolled up and placed in the box. Thank you to all of you girls – fabulous samples. I’m looking forward to having the snowman set – how fun. My checkbook will be hurting this month!

What a difficult decision – I probably have to vote for Melissa’s ‘Merry and Bright #3’, due mainly to the simple but effective techniques used. While not everyone in the world is able to enjoy snowflakes at Christmas (certainly not here in Australia!) the traditional Chritmas tree is universal, and so beautifully done with this set!

This simple, yet amazingly versatile book really got me thinking of other occasions that this could be used for…like a cash gift for a wedding, or giving someone spending money for a trip. How did you think of such a neat way to display cash?? It’s just amazing! And I loved the way the simple yet very effective gold border was created. This really finished the project off. Thank you again… your ideas inspire me into action!

I loved the new snowman set & can’t wait to see all of the options it gives for personalizing each one. But what made the little light bulb come on in my head was today’s add on set. I didn’t think I needed the original set, but after seeing all of the wonderful add-ons to make each house look so “holiday ready”, it’s going to have to come home to my house.
Mary Vogel says
I think I need the house sets!!! Every sample I have seen is awesome and has such detail! And being in the real estate business, I can certainly put these to good use!

Oh, goodness… that is a difficult question… way too hard to pick just one project because they are all so inspiring! I love the build a snowman set and card Nicole made, the tree set and card that Melissa made and that decorated Boards and Beams house card by Debbie is truly a work of art. Fabulous job, design team!! Can’t wait for the new release!

I have been so very excited for the Holiday release this year, I have put many SU products on EBAY to gear up for a new stash of PTI.
My fave has been the snowman that you have showed on your blog, I love the wire arms, great idea. All of the products you have shown have been very inspiring, such great work from yourself and your team.
My second fave has to be the Merry and Bright, love all of the posibilities with the trees.

There have been so many great ideas shown so far. I am especially inspired by the Boards and Beams add-on set. I love the large house, since it looks so much like the house we just bought this summer. We even have a lamppost just like the one in the set. I can’t wait to make my Christmas cards with “MY” house!! Thank you so much for a FANTASTIC release!!
Kathy says
Love the holiday windows for Boards & Beams! I won’t know until I have the set in my greedy little hands, but I would try masking the windows, then going back and stamping with the new windows. Then of course I would save the masks so I wouldn’t have to cut them out every time! Gonna have to try it out!
Crafty Math Chick says
What an exciting (and expensive! LOL) release this is going to be! So many beautiful sets, so many AMAZING projects.
I think I am most excited by Mazel Tov’s release. It is unfortunately very rare to find a Hanukkah set at all, let alone one that is GORGEOUS and covers the other Jewish holidays as well. I was delighted by Nichole’s quick and easy marshmallow dreidel treats – can;t wait to try them with your stamp set.
Thank you all for taking so much time to create so many incredible sets and so many terrific projects with them to inspire us all. They must have taken all of you so long, and we really appreciate your efforts; I have looked forward with anticipation to seeing your new creations every day.
I am so excited for the end of the day to approach…

I am going to adapt it (we’re in NC..not much snow if any) for my daughter’s preschool friends this Xmas and going to do the OTC snowman kits with your bags! I actually stopped myself from buying the lastest Papercraft magazine because I reasoned I get so much great inspiration from the PTI team. Oh yeah, those $ can go to my PTI purchase too:)
Katherine Wall says

Now, THIS is a tough assignment! It’s so hard to pick a favorite out of all of these wonderful sets! I continue to be genuinely amazed at the creativity and ingenuity displayed by each of you! If I HAVE to pick one set that I’d have to try, I think it would be Merry and Bright, since as you said, Nichole, it is so versatile. Also, I’m not an experienced stamper, but I think with this set, I could make simple, yet elegant cards.
(But honestly, all of the sets are simply beautifully designed.)
Thank you for the opportunity to win – it’s much appreciated!

Although I am not of that faith, I send these cards to friends and have never seen a set as detailed. But I must admit my ‘got to have’ set is the boards and beams addition set. I love the samples made by you, Mish and Debbie with this set.

Oh my gosh, this is seriously my favorite release yet, it’s so hard to pick a favorite thing I’ve seen so far. I guess I’ll go with a “Duh!” moment I had yesterday – it never occurred to me to cut off one edge of a scalloped Nestabilities rectangle to create a border like you did in your card. So simple and so easy and yet I’ve only ever used the rectangles whole. Thank you for that tip!
pesc says

I love the new sets, the papers and the gold ribbons! The projects are really awesome! But I keep thinking about all the possibilities of making the project that Mish made using the frames and the dry erase markers, I mean you could personalize and give these to everyone. I am an assistant teacher, so I could see this project made using an apple stamp, we are always writing notes at our school. I could just go on and on but I won’t. Thanks for the great stamps and ideas.

I absolutely LOVE snowmen, I collect all types…resin, woood, plush…and yes, even Snowmen stamps. I have so many snowmen stamps that I could never use them all in one season, but does that stop me from adding more to my collection – absolutely not! Let’s see…my favorties…I love the new Made of Snow set and the ideas shared by Nicole (the snowman arms made from wire are so cute). Heather’s Rustic Snowflakes is wonderful – love the idea of the ice cream sundae gift set. Lisa’s quick and easy cookies in a jar kit is fabulous. Melissa’s Merry & Bright – what a neat set. Congrats Nichole, another winner!

My favorites sets, so far, have been Made of Snow and Rustic Snowflakes. All the sparkly and shiny ribbons and paper are incredible along with the embossing powders – WoW! It will
be very easy to choose the I Want It All button! I was especially
inspired by Heather’s card kit.
Katie Lanouette says
I love Michele Wooderson Holiday Planner. Christams is my favorite Holiday but I hate shopping the last 2 weeks before Christmas when the stores are crowded. I am also an organizational freek. So you put these 2 things together and I have to try Michele’s project. I did think all the projects were great by the way.

All the stamp sets are a reflection of a lot of talented ladies.

The Boards and Beams Holiday additions are just beautiful! So many details!! And, I think the Merry & Bright set is versatile with absolutely adorable tree combinations. I’m so glad you developed the set for Jewish holidays and it is very classy looking. I’m definitely making the edible dreidels for collegues.

Maureen says
Wow! There are so many yummy things to love this month! I love so many, but the one that jumps out is Heather Nicols card “May you never forget” made with Rustic Snowflakes and Aqua Mist. I love how the colours work together and although I have many snowflake stamps, she has convinced me to get this set and has given me one of my Christmas card designs!! THanks, Heather!! The silver products are delicious as well, especially the ribbon!!
Tracy says
Altho I loved the birdhouse decoration from last week, the windows cut out for todays design reminded me of that technique, which I have never tried (being a very boring stamper so far). I am going to try stamping certain elements and then cutting them out and layering them up to see how it looks. Thanks for another great countdown.
TracyTracy
Brenda says
Great idea, I love the idea of being able to make up your own house design, so at the moment I am feeling very inspired by this project (if I just had the stamps). The new stamps look great so far, I can’t wait to see the rest. Thank you for the chance to win.
Loydene says
Because I co-host an annual retreat themed with snowflakes and snowmen — I absolutely LOVE the new snowman set with the seasoned snowflake set!
But – I have to admit that I’ve told more “virtual friends” about the new Jewish themed set – friends looking for a grown up look for their special celebrations!
Loydene
Leslie says
Hi, I can’t wait for midnight! and the chance at a free set! Looking forward to getting into the holiday spirit with the new stamps!
Joanne Boys says
My favorite seems to be the additional elements for the Boards and Beams Set – “Home for the Holidays”. I am also so excited about “Mazol Tov” as I have very good friends that are jewish and I struggle at Christmas time not to offend them, yet include them.
All the extra items like the filigree embossing powder and metallic pens are wonderful. Everything one needs for a project at PTI quality.
Catherine says
My favorite time of the year and i’m loving what i see…well, that’s every month anyway =) Thanks for the chance!
Laura G. says
Every month I look forward to the countdown because I know I will be amazed once again by the fantastic projects highlighted…I am never disappointed. This month you have outdone yourself once again, Nichole! I love snowmen, but if I had to pick just one, it would definitely have to be Mazel Tov. It promises to be an absolutely beautiful set, but the sentiment behind how it was thought out and created really touched my heart. As someone of the Jewish faith, I have been wanting a set like this for the longest time and know this one promises to be everything I am looking for.
Julie S. says
I TOTALLY love that christmas set!
Thanks for the opportunity to win!
Kacey says
The projects that inspired me the most this release were the personalized ice cream set and Heather’s felt covered card set – I loved them both and totally plan to make my own versions for gifts this holiday. I can not wait! The possibilities are truly endless with this release – I am so excited! Way to go PTI team 🙂
Terry says
Oh My Gosh! I’m not sure I can pick just one set or project. They’re all great. I love the build a snowman set, and Merry & Bright is just WONDERFUL! Debbie’s card using the Home for the Holidays set has really inspired me to use this set for my holiday cards. I’ve never done it before, but I may be using that “I Want it ALL” button tonight.

i love the way the paper piecing looks, for example your windows with the extra touch. i see this on lots of cards, but when i sit down to stamp, it seems like i forget to actually do this. it looks great. and that is one thing i would like to do more.
Annapurna says
Mazel Tov is the only one that spoke to me this release. I don’t remember seeing this kind of set from any company. I am not Jewish myself, but have friends that are and it will be nice to have something that speaks to them. They probably get tired of people wishing them Merry Christmas and getting Christmas cards 🙂
Lacey Stephens says
I love the card kit that Heather made!! I make card sets as gifts and this is PERFECT for Christmas cards!! I Love it!!
However, all of the sets I have seen so far are unbelievable…you have outdone yourself as usual!!

All of you and your design team’s creations are so inspiring that it’s hard to choose, but one that sticks out in my mind is the baby shower favors, especially the “It’s About Time” timer favor by Jennifer Ellefson. So clever!
Diane Schultz says
I just love the “No Place Like Home” card. The holiday set which fits with Boards & Beams is just great. This will fit just great with my Christmas mini album. I can’t begin to tell you what all this inspiration has done to my creativity. Thanks for all the wonderful ideas and inspiration.
Jen Caputo says
You ladies have just blown me away this month, everything has been amazing! My favorite card was the one Pine did the other day with the twinkling h20s over the embossed snowflakes. I saved it to my harddrive to CASE as soon as I get my mitts on those stamps 🙂 That card was just so simple and stunning and I can’t wait to put my own spin on it!
Shelley says
The snowflakes: has to be the snowflakes! So many great projects and ideas. Beautiful work, everyone! Thanks…

I can tell you I have made two birdhouse decorations from a previous week and one is a Christmas one and one autumn. Adorable!

I just love all of the awesome projects that everyone designed. With the economy the way it is and the tight budget, I’m leaning towards homemade gifts this year and you and your design team have come up with some awesome gift giving ideas! I love all of the stamp sets! Couldn’t pick a favorite there. If I have to pick a favorite project…it would have to be Melissa’s coffee gift. But I think I am going to use many of the gift giving ideas that were shown. Thanks, to you and your team!

I don’t know where to begin … so much has inspired me this time around. The simple fact that you created the unique Mozel Tov set is very pleasing to me. The project that you created making the edible dreidels is without a doubt, spectacular. I was equally intrigued by Lauren’s Rosh Hashanah gift basket, so beatifully put together! I have not ordered in so long because of the increased shipping charges to Canada, but let me tell you … spending the extra shipping will be WELL WORTH IT! Thanks Nichole for all that you do.
Jennifer says
Wow, what a great card! I love the new set preview and the paper too. Can’t wait for the release!!

To pick a favorite would be very difficult with this release. Perhaps “home for the Holidays”, maybe the “Rustic Snowflakes”, perhaps “Merry & Bright”, oh heck, they are all fantastic, waiting for the release is very difficult this time. Debbie Olsons “Home for the Holidays” is a good inspiration. Thank You for all that you do. All the designs are so refreshing. I am so addicted to PaperTreys products.

I of course love seeing your cards, but I also enjoy when you throw in a recipe or a sewing project (something alternative to use our stamps on/with)…After your instructions for making the fabric tote bags I had to make a run to Hancock fabrics to make my own. Your ideas are ALL inspiring! Thank you…
Whitney says
I love the paper and I can’t wait for the snowman set!!
Cheryl B. says
I really can’t pick one thing that inspires me because it all inspires me. Unfortunately for me, whenever I do get inspired nothing usually comes of it because I keep all my stamping stuff at my sister’s and by the time I have any stamping time and can get to her house, I am just overwhelmed with all the projects that I want to do.
Alice says
The different kinds of windows are a neat idea. It is almost as fun as decorating my dollhouse for the holidays.

It’s hard to pick! I’m probably most excited about Home for the Holidays… love the samples made by Nichole and Debbie. I also love the snowman set… Nichole’s sample is lovely, and I also liked Becky’s project… so cute! And Merry & Bright is really growing on me, especially after seeing Debbie’s sample. So many stamps, so little time!
Tamara says
I love the new sets. For me, the biggest WOW moments were Niki’s gingerbread house kit, and Becky’s snowman kit. I LOVE them both. I have actually purchased a snowman in a bag as a gift before, and Becky’s kit made me realize *I* can do that at home. I can also see how much fun it would be to give, and receive, a gingerbread house kit. These are now both on my Christmas list. Thanks for all of the inspiration.
Jessica says
I love the Christmas “cracker” with the marshmallows rolled up inside. That’s such a cute idea to go with hot cocoa. The snowman set is my favorite of the holiday sets.

Your card is fantastic…but my fav is Debbie’s w/ the Boards and Beams…that is a real WOW card! Something to do only for those really special people that appreciate it…like my mom. 🙂 Thanks for all your sharing. Keep up the awesome work!!!!!!!!

Wendy Peatross says
I LOVE this Home for the holidays card. The stamp set looks wonderful. Can’t wait to see what the others do.
Jeni Benson says
Two of the projects you made for this release will work as great ideas for my Christmas projects this year.
I just loved the idea of the Bat Mitzvah Bank Book & Box. This idea will work perfect for those I give money to instead of a gift. I never know what to do with it because I want them to feel as though they are opening something as well. This will work perfect.
I also loved the favors you made using the glassine bags. I’m in charge of making the favors for our Christmas meal each year. These are so simple & inexpensive yet so adorable. They are also another great way to put that Cuttlebug to use. I can’t wait to play around with these bags & see what I can come up with.
Amy says
Wow I can’t wait to see what the new releases are. I love how the “decorated” house for Christmas!!! New releases here we come!!! 🙂
Patricia says
By far my favorite project is the money book. Nicole, you never cease to amaze!
Mary Wilson says
I love all the ideas at Papertrey. My favorite is the gold and silver paper and pens. There is so much that can be done for the holiday season, which is fast aproaching. Can’t wait to get my hands on the new goodies.
sarita says
i am so glad that i “found” papertrey ink earlier in the year..it has changed my life..i have been to just about everyone’s blog – and have become a better stamper because of the blogs! and the good “vibes” between everyone at the forum is very uplifting. What a wonderful thing to have – creativity and caring “friends”. Thank you to everyone at the forum for sharing your ideas, jokes, families and prayers…
Kathy V. says
Gosh, I’m not sure it’s possible to select a favorite. They’re all wonderful. Guess that means I’ll have to try it all. Thanks for the quick picks–at least that part will be easy! Now as to which project idea to try first….
barontwo says
Wow! That’s all I can say….I love everything. I guess I will just have to be broke this month!
Jolene says
I’m excited about all of the new sets. If I had to pick a favorite, I would choose Rustic Snowflakes. Your sneak peeks and projects are getting me excited to start my Christmas cards!
Shannon says
I LOVE the home for the holidays card-so gorgeous! All the designers have outdone themselves with the gift ideas.
Josiane says
I appreciate the thought that went into the stamp set designs. For example, for the Made of Snow set, the options are endless: 2 snowman bodies, 4 heads, 4 faces, 6 scarf designs? Wow! So cool that you always listen to customer feedback – love that you created the Home of the Holidays set so we can decorate the Board and Beams set.
Thanks so much!
Angela K says
Wow, I love so many of the ideas, but I think Lauren’s hot cocoa to go was my most favorite, but it could also be Michelle’s holiday planner or the beautiful felt card keeper from Heather! Can’t wait for tonight!!
katherine (beadfreak22) says

I love all the sets but my favorite is the Jewish Holiday one. The projects that inspired me the most were Pines snowflake card that went with her cardmaking set, Laurens Rosh Hashanah basket and your Jewish holiday projects especially the marshallow dreidels.
Barb B says
Another winning release. They just keep getting better and better. My favorite holiday memory was a Christmas eve when my father took my brother, sister and I out for a drive to see the Christmas lights. My mother said she wanted to stay home and take a warm bath. When we got home “Santa” had come and all the gifts were under the tree. My mom told us she “thought she heard something” while she was in the bathtub and was so surprised when she finished and saw all the presents. We believed every word!
Leeann says
I am so inspired by the September line. PTI is my old, new favorite!
misse336 says
I love the idea of using the cuttlebug folders to dress up the bags you put treats in. I’ve never thought to do that and now I have to try it out!
Bekka says
I have loved them all 🙂 But if you forced me to choose it would have to be the three tiered Christmas Trees in white on craft – just scrummy
Kathy says
The house set is so cute. I like the idea of being able to change out parts of it, like the windows and such. Very clever.
Katie Skiff says
Oh man word, every time I stop by I have a light bulb moment. Seriously, I wonder how you all think up such creative ideas. I was really inspired by the way Melissa used the trees on the Kraft with white. That was so beautiful.
Thanks Nicole!!
Crystal M says
I loved all the projects – but I think the one that really made ‘the light bulb’ go off for me was the mailing card kit that Heather had on her blog. I loved the colors she used, but I think the idea is so easy to duplicate and very versatile. I can see myself making several of these for the holidays. Thanks PTI design team for some amazing ideas.
~Crystal M.
michele h. says
I can’t wait to see heather’s new stamp set revealed. I think I am waiting for that one the most, along with melissa’s! I love Christmas and can’t wait for this month’s release. Since it’s my birthday month…I think I deserve the right to buy a few extra presents for myself don’t you? 🙂
I think one of the projects that struck me was one that was done by Pine…it was the card sending kit. I knew right away that was something I could recreate with ease.
Charmaine

Cuts down on the stress level! I liked the little packets for “Next Year in Jerusalem” and the set for the dining room table. Great ideas!

Each month you and the design team come up with the most amazing projects. I don’t know how you girls do it! I wish I had an ounce of your craftiness.
I love the new addition to Boards & Beams. It’s not the holidays without garland and wreaths on my home, putting them up each year gets me into the spirit. So this set is a must for me.
Another great release!!
Pauline says
Debbie, I love all of your designs. I don’t own Boards & Beams but after seeing what you and Debbie have done with this set and the add on, I just have to have it. The snowman set also intrigues me because I love snowmen. And of course love the designer paper this month too. Thanks for the inspirations every month.

My ~AaaHHH~ moment with PT’s sets was when you released the Polka Dot Basics. I was always forever trying to get a pattern with just dots on everything ~ using a ruler and pencil, trying to even them out, and so on. When I saw this set it was as if someone had been leaning over my shoulder, and saw all the time and effort I spent previously trying to get my Dots perfect.
It’s my favorite Papertrey set to date !!!!
Kendra says

I jotted down numerous notes to try the projects. One was the notes kit by Heather Nichols and the other is the Bar/Bat Mitzvah bank book idea by Nichole Heady. More than the sets themselves, I am most inspired by the incredible creations that you and your team produce. It’s so hard to pick a favorite! I love the new snowman set, but I also love the add-on for Boards and Beams. I just saw Debbie Olsen’s Home for the Holidays card and it is stunning!!! I love the icicles and all the wonderful little details on her house.
Alexis R says
Great card..i just saw Debbie’s. There is something about the house that just makes the cards! I can’t put my finfer on it!!!
Allison says
I loved the Jewish projects. I really like the elegance of the stamp set and I REALLY appreciate the time and research that you all did so that making projects will be easier for us!
Thanks again and congratulations on the latest release!

Ashley says
I absolutely love how PTI expands the usage of their stamps. As soon as I think I will not use a certain stamp set as much, you come up with additional options, which make me want it! That’s a great marketing concept – that I love! Holiday stamp sets are difficult because we only use them for a month or so, but ways to use certain stamps year-round is ingenious!
Shiloh says
This winter sets are so cute. All of the projects with them have given me so many ideas. I love Michelles project making a christmas organizer. the paper for this month looks so pretty too.
Lisa G. says
I love all the gift sets that the design team has made. This has given me some inspiration for gift sets I need to make for the upcoming holiday season. I have to say this is my favorite site to visit (and PTI forum/gallery)for inspiration. I visit paya visit everyday. Thanks for all you do.
Shay says
I terribly excited about all the upcoming stamp sets and the new line of colors, papers and products (like every month to the extent I am always wondering how I can buy everything! Now if only I had more money!).
I also am constantly amazed and inspired by you and your design team. Thank you for all the effort you put into everything you do!!!
Mary Kelly says
I love the Made of Snow set as soon as I saw it the first time. Later in the day, my four year old was browsing your blog and stopped at the snowman. “Mommy, do you have that snowman stamp?” “Not yet,” I said. “Well, you need to get it right away!” And I will! I can’t wait to make some snowmen with her!
Nina says
The patterned paper is great, I’ll definitely have to buy a pack of those. I’m only waiting for the new stuff to be released and then there will be a biiig parcel sent to meeee, harhar! I’m so looking forward to that, I love your stuff!
Greetings from Germany
Nina
Erin Miller says
Ooh, I love the new designer paper and the embossing powders. I think my favorite set is the Merry and Bright one, but it is a hard decision! I absolutely LOVed Mish’s holiday planner. Need to do that myself!
Beth Winn says
All the ideas were wondeful. I enjoy making cards, but I think I love the cute gift ideas even more. They are always easy enough to duplicate but they look like you spent alot of time on them, and I know I would love to receive any of them as a gift. I really like Michelle’s idea of her version of the dry erase boards. Using the frames with glass, and the paper was such a great idea. We leave notes for each other every day, so I will be making these for my myself!!! So cute, and easy. Thanks so much for all the inspiring ideas from everyone. I’m already looking forward to next month!
Beth Winn
Katie says
This release is going to be the best one yet! I’m most inspired by the Rustic Snowflake set – snowflakes are my favorite so I’m very excited to have a set with Pine’s signature spin on it.
Edie says
I’ve been busy making my Christmas cards but when I saw the additions for the Board and Beams set, I knew I just HAD to have it to make some cards. Have several ideas in mind already. And then – the ice cream basket was the best! I plan on making something similar for one of my friends. Thanks to everyone for the great sets and fantastic ideas!!
Kathleen says
OH my—-to pick one of the projects would be awful—I LOVE the snowman project you did, but your Mazal Tov set & everything you did with it is also amazing! I’d still go with the snowman….at least that’s what I’m sticking with! The paper is beautiful this month! I can’t wait to see it IRL!!! Thanks for the chance!
Judylb says
Love the versatile snowman set–so many different looks you can achieve with one set–some very creative thinking went into this!
BarbW says
I just love Papertrey products! They are so elegant and classic, they will never go out of style. I love architecture. And when I first saw the Boards and Beams set, I thought, Nichole is going to do something fantastic with this for Christmas. I was right! The companion set, Home for the Holidays is perfect! And my favorite projects are the one you’ve done here, with the tall house and then Debbie Olsen’s, with the big house. LOVE LOVE LOVE them! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to create with such wonderful designs. Nothing ‘cutesy’ here, it’s class, class, class all the way. Be Blessed!~Barb
Victoria says
I have been camping all weekend and as soon as the car was unloaded I jumped on the computer to see all the PTI I have missed! It was a lot!
I think I have been most inspired by Mish…I always love her style. I have made holiday planners in the past for friends and now with this new spin on it with the pad I know I will be making them again! Maybe for teachers too! I don’t own the Boards and Beams although I love it and now I am going to have to get it so I can get the Holiday accessories!!!!
I can hardly wait to go back and look at it all again!
Barbara says
I can not wait to get mazel tov. I have many Jewish Friends for whom this set will become very useful.. Its a very elegant set.
Toni says
Christmas is always special to me and this collection will be too Im sure
wonderful snowmen
Malyssa says
It’s impossible to pick just one product/project to be inspired by. Debbie’s masterpiece with Boards & Beams is absolutely amazing. It’s inspiring to think that you can create something that gorgeous. And I was equally inspired by Nichole’s ice cream basket and Geny’s cookies in a jar gifts. Both of those will definitely be made this season as gifts for friends and family! Wonderful sets and wonderful pieces of work by everyone:)
Heather Curoe says
I truly love Home for the Holidays. My husband will leave after Christmas for another deployment and this set is a reminder to make the holiday warm and fun before he goes! It is also inspiring to get gifts made now so I can enjoy him more and not be stressed out! I love the ice cream set and the hot chocolate caddy. These show love and care and capture the true meaning of the holdays!
Pat S. says

i love becky’s build a snow man! that is such a cute idea! i also loved michelle’s winter whiteboards…definitely got my brain running. 🙂
i have enjoyed so many projects from this release!!! thank you for sharing your ideas with us 🙂
Janette Olen says
I don’t know that I can pick only ONE- seriously! The new sets are fantastic and I have really loved all the sneak peeks. I think what I really loved most and will try and use is the wonderful new color combos I have seen for the holidays and ones which I would not have thought of myself. The gift idea I am most apt to use is a gift in a jar like the cookies or brownies or maybe even soup.
Carla D. says
I am so waiting to see the snowman set that’s being released tonight!! I love the snowman project with wire for arms and how easily you stamped the scarf.
Carla D.
Michele Swanberg says
I love everything that you and your design team has come up with for this month’s release! You are all so very talented. It is very hard to narrow it down to just one favorite. However, I think that the one project that I will most likely try to recreate is Geny’s Cookie in a Jar. I just love to bake cookies and have always wanted to give cookies in a jar to my friends and family. Now I have everything I need to do that, including a yummy recipe!
Debbie Barnhart says
I am also a lover of Christmas!! I loved all your sets from last year and am totally inspired by the previews of what’s to come tonight! I love all your ribbons and your cardstocks. My favorite projects are those which involve treats….LOL!! Especially chocolate! Can’t wait for the release party tonight! Just hope I can stay up that late.
Diana Cook says
I just love the new additions for boards and beams.
brittany says
I get inspired by something each day. I really like the rustic snowflakes by Heather. I enjoy looking at the ideas she comes up with.
Sibilance7 says
I will definitely be making the Christmas card sending set that Heather made! We just moved and have some wonderful neighbors who have been mowing our lawn because we don’t have a lawnmower, and this will make a nice gift for them this holiday season.
I also cannot wait to use the new filigree embossing powders! I’ve had such terrible luck with the cheap embossing powders I have, and I’m so excited that PTI did the work for me and found the perfect ones.
Teri says
I have been debating about getting Boards and Beams – definitely not going to debate any longer! I love that you can add to the original set with new pieces from Home for the Holiday – fabulous idea and I think I will be CASEing your idea for Christmas cads this year!
Melissa F. says
I think all the projects showed by everyone were great but I think my favorite was the Cookies in a Jar by Geny. The recipe is one that is very similar to one I use for a cookie exchange most years. I think I will make some of these up to give to family & friends.
Karen M says
I really like the personalized sundae gift basket. That is such a brilliant idea. My favorite stamp set is the Home for the Holiday set. I am so excited about using the Boards & Beams set to make my Christmas cards.
Janet says
I have to say that my favorite project from this release has been the “Let it Snow” ice cream “kit” I’ve been thinking about doing something like this for a while and haven’t been able to ‘get it together’. I’ve got plans for at least 3 kits for teachers and special neighbors! Thanks for the inspiration. Janet – WI

I am a huge fan of Debbie Olsen so anything she makes is inspiring. And I’ve tried several projects that the team has made because the clean, simple lines that you all use make them seem easy!
I love the clean modern look of your stamps, packaging, etc. It’s appealing to my OCD nature, lol! Keep up the fabulous work – I'[m anxious to see the new colors in your line!

The card is b-e-a-utiful! I’ve had my eye on the Boards and Beams set for a while now, I will definitely order it with the add-ons now! Would a few red rhinestone “blings” look great in the greenery to simulate berries? Or put some white “snow” on it and the room and steps? Oh, my mind is racing with the possibilities.
Denise says
Just looking at the projects is making me long for Christmas – and its 90 degrees here right now!

Love the new stamp set–just when I think I’m not going to buy anymore stamps you come out with a new release. I was really inspired by all the projects you put on your website for first fruit. Then I had to buy it and now (believe it or not) my husband and I are going to do our first Thanksgiving dinner here and that was my inspiration–the stamp set! Thanks!

This is my first release with Papertrey so I’m excited to hang out on the forum and see what all goes on! I still haven’t bought Wise Owl yet though and that is one of my must have sets!!! 🙂

As always, every project was great and so inspirational but I would have to say my absolute favorite was home for the holidays. I’ve been wanting boards and beams for soooo long and then it was out of stock. I have a feeling its going to be out of stock again so I probably should finally pick it up tonight!
Jennifer Batchelor says
I have to say a lightbulb went off when I saw Lauren’s cocoa to go! I always make homemade cocoa for gifts and I loved her packaging!! I’m excited to try it and give it as gifts this year. Love the snowman set, too. Everything looks great!
Barb says
I love all the ideas I have seen. What an unbelievably talented group! If I really have to pick I would have to say the Make It Snow set project that you posted. What a beautiful, yet simple to make gift. I loved the softness of the colors and the snowman is to die for! I am so looking forward to this set. The bank book was also a genius idea. What a unique idea for giving the gift of money.
Jenny Mick says
Wow!! 15!! You are so generous with your freebies!! I love all the sets you previewed! I think the cutest project I saw was the gingerbread house making pack!! Very cute!!

I’m really excited about the Merry & Bright stamp set! I love how the the trees will allow you to create modern and simplistic projects – but with a huge graphic pop. I can totally see using non-traditional holiday cards with this set. So fun!! I can’t wait to see the full set. And I am also excited about the Rustic Snowflakes set – I adore Heather’s style!
debbie207 says
My friend loves snowmen. She displays snowmen at home and work – year ‘round. When I saw the White Chocolate Coconut Truffles in the snow pail decorated with the Made from Snow set I was inspired. I am inspired to make some snowballs for her even though temperatures are still in the 70s. It will be a taste of what is to come – real snow in a couple of months.
amy G. says
Awesome prizes wow!
I love Christmas, and seeing your sets has gotten me all excited for it all over again! I told my hubby as much, and in honour of that he played Christmas music on the way to church this morning. I still shake my head and giggle at the thought.
Anyway,
Thank-you for all the inspiring ideas, I can’t wait to start my cards for this year.
Amy.
Denise Erickson says
Wow, it is so hard to pick just one idea. I have to say that boards and beams really speaks to me. Until I was married, I never lived in a house of my own. And the holidays are fun because I can decorate my home. So the new Home for the Holidays set caught my eye.
As always your sneak peeks have exceeded my expectations. If I could, I would own everything!
Thanks for the opportunity to win a set.
Denise

It’s really hard to pick just one thing out of all the great projects. I think I’m gonna go with Heather’s card kit. I love the idea & the simple beauty of the cards themselves.
Amy says
I feel like I’ve hit a gold mine of ideas and talent every time I visit this blog. My favorite idea this time was the Christmas white board on Michelle’s blog. I can envision different versions of this idea all over my house. What a great gift idea!

Heather A says
Wow, love all the projects that i have seen so far. The last one of Nicole’s with the house is really sharp.
Maria says
The silver and gold ribbon and shimmer paper really appeal to me. I thought the tip about using the rectangle nestabilities to make a scallop border was very clever. Melissa’s gift card holder and the bank book (for a birthday present) projects will be the first I try.
Judi Farr says
WOW. I am in awe, almost impossible to pick a favorite. Everything that is produced by Papertrey Ink is exceptional. Since I have to pick, I guess this time it will be the new accessory set for Boards and Beams. I just received the later in the mail this week, and now I’ll have even more possibilities for it’s use. Thanks for all the excitement and inspiration in the stamping world. Judi

Kristyn Sinnott says
I LOVE the snowman set already. Can’t wait.
I had a lightbulb experience today: As I was scrolling down your blog, I saw a lot of new things that I had missed earlier. I realized that I checked in early in the morning and missed some of the posts that you had posted later in the am/pm. What a surprise to see all the pretty gold and silver paper and ribbons. Too fun!
Thanks for allllll your hard work.
Janelle says
A few weeks ago I didn’t even know there was such a thing as blogs devoted to stamping — although I’ve been creating with rubber stamps for years. I’ve quickly become addicted to checking your blog (and the ones of those associated with you) — to the point where I’m probably going to need intervention!! I’ve been so inspired by this countdown process, but especially love the Merry and Bright set. I love the idea of being able to “build” my own trees using different numbers and styles of the various sections. The hot chocolate gift with the marshmallows rolled up together was really neat, as were all of Melissa’s ideas. Thanks for spending so much time thoughtfully creating your stamp sets and projects — and sharing them with the world!
Gail says
Not sure I could pick just one. Lauren’s carrier sparked fun ideas, Debbie’s tricked out Holiday house card was to die for and I loved all the embossing. Can’t wait to get some of the new papers and ribbon and get started with holiday projects.
Leslie E says
Wow! This is an awesome release! I think Rustic Snowflakes is my favorite. Thanks to you and all of the designers for the fantastic designs and creations. Makes me want it all!
Marge says
Oh, no, I’ve been so tied up with my first CKC that I’ve not had time to read all the posts the last 2 days; I may be too late, but I still wanted to say that I just adore the card you posted here. I’m still looking for a Christmas card that grabs me for this year & this yours is just beyond gorgeous!!!
colleen says
Your creations are always so elegantly stunning – it is impossible to single out just one project or set. I love everything having to do with snow (snowflakes, snowmen, snow days!, etc.), but I was hoping when you came out with your Boards & Beams set that you would offer an accessory set with wreaths and garlands for the windows & fences – greenery, red berries & red bows are my favorite holiday decorations – so the sneak peeks from that set were amazing. And the Night Sky Shimmer paper looks yummmmmmy!
xiumaiyuki says
It’s really hard to pick just one project as I love all of them. But the one stands out to me the most is Lauren’s Hanukah gifts…they’re so different from anything I’ve seen.
Kathy Hering says
WOW Lots of great stamps!!!
Pam says
Love them all! My favorites for this release are; Home for the Holidays & Made in Snow. These are must haves along with Boards and Beams which has been on my wish list for a while.
Thanks for all the great releases
Krysten says

I can’t wait . Another great set. Tons of great projects!
Sara says
Christmas is a great time and I love what I’ve seen of your Christmas sets.
I can’t stop using last year’s sets on this year’s cards.
Rhonda C says
I absolutely love the Home for the Holidays add-on to the B&B set! Just think of all the other additions you could come up with for all the seasons of the year! Pumpkins and hay bales for fall…little potted plants on the porch and in the yard for spring…the ideas are limitless! The main thing I love about your stamps is how they can be used in conjunction with other PTI sets! Talk about getting a bang for your bucks! Keep up the good work!
Andrea says
I’m new to PaperTrey Ink, and it’s all my sister’s fault if I go into debt. She showed me Boards & Beams, and since we built a house a couple of years ago but I haven’t scrapped the photos yet, I thought the stamps would be perfect for that project. The other day she calls to tell me about Mazel Tov, which is absolutely WONDERFUL !!! What a perfect release time, with the High Holidays coming. Then, of course, I get caught up looking at the designer’s posts, and come across the magical Rustic Snowflakes…I love snowflakes! Gonna hafta get that one, too. But, to be entirely honest, I was amazed and inspired by Lauren Meader’s glass etching on Sep. 11. If you haven’t seen it, go right now. It’s a fabulous use of acrylic stamps. I s’pose I’m hooked now.
Doris says
When my children were small, they thought Christmas was celebrated weeks at a time until we celebrated by ourselves and wondered what happened to all those other dayss – they had one Christmas with my family in LA, one Christmas in Sacramento with my husband’s family and our celebration at home.
Sharon says
You are so creative! Just love your ideas… clever, clever, clever! Blessings to you!
