Quilting
used to remind me of my Grandma, but my first thought now is a prayer
quilt that was made for my son, Ethan. He is 3, almost 4 and is in
remission from cancer. My husband’s aunt sent this prayer quilt from
some friends where she lives and it has the story of I think I can, I
think I can…..the train that needed to deliver toys up the big
mountain for all the little girls and boys. There are strings between
the quilt pieces and when you tie them you are supposed to say a prayer
for our little boy. It is an adorable quilt that we proudly display in
his train themed bedroom!

Congratulations, Alicia!  Please email customer service with your shipping information and we will get your box of goodies right out to you!

And thanks to everyone else for playing!  Reading through your answers to the contest question each month is one of my favorite parts of a new release!  You all help me to remember that all the LITTLE moments in our lives are the ones that really matter and THAT’S what memories are made of!

Congratulations Alicia! I hope your little guy continues to be cancer free. My stepbrother had leukemia when he was young and beat that. A couple of years ago (at age 36) he was diagnosed with testicular cancer…had surgery but it had spread into his abdomen. Went to months of chemo and has been in remission for a couple years now and is doing great! Cancer CAN be beat! HUGS! Enjoy all your cool stamps!

I’m so excited! My friend called me to tell me I won, my exact words were “What did I win?” I had been laying with my son to get him to sleep and the phone startled me, but it was a nice surprise! I always enter this contest and just figured I would never win, but you just never know. I’m so very anxious to try out these new sets and the papers too. We were in the hospital for a little while this month while my son had an infection and I was hoping to enter the guest star stamper contest, but just couldn’t get everything accomplished with what we had going on! What a wonderful treat this will be! Thanks for all the kind words and prayers. I’ll be sure to share my creations in my gallery and on my blog. (I’m too excited to sleep now!)

    Thanks so much Nichole!
